Sehr sehr gern wieder

Personal ist extrem freundlich, geht auf Wünsche & Anfragen ein, sogar auf kurzfristige Anfragen & ist besorgt um die bestmögliche Lösung für alle. Und beim Reinigungsteam sind einfach Engel angestellt.

Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit dem Abfluss in der Dusche, doch das Reinigungsteam konnte es nach 2x beheben.

Raňajky - dostatočný výber všetkého. Lokalita tichá, zároveň kúsok od centra mesta

Izby trošku potrebujú technickú údržbu. Dvere sa slabo zatvárali, batéria na umývadle povolená

Odlično! Še bolje kot sva pričakovala. Se še vrneva! :)

Imela sva odlično izkušnjo od začetka do konca. Sprejem je bil izjemno prijazen, osebje zelo ustrežljivo, vodja hotela pa je poskrbel za nadgradnjo najine storitve, brez da bi zaprosila. Soba je bila čista, lepa in udobna, s čudovitim pogledom na morje. Uživala sva v savnah in bazenu, zajtrk pa je bil vrhunski. Res je, da je plaža malce dlje, a do mesta in dogajanja je zelo blizu. Imajo urejeno dovolj veliko parkirišče. Toplo priporočava!

Plaže so malce dlje, a nama to ni predstavljalo težav, saj sva se z veseljem do njih zapeljala.

Great service and breakfast. Good amenities at hotel.

The service was very good. Special thanks to the reception and cafeteria staff. The breakfast also has good variety and quality. We did not use the pool and spa area much but it was a good option to have.

The hotel is slightly far from the beach. its a 10-15 min walk.

modern resort worth visiting

architecture, interior design, quality materials and furniture, flawless wifi, tv, breakfast - selection and timing, personnel kindness, spa and pools, free room upgrade, tinted windows and sound damping.

surroundings - in a few years this resort will be surrounded with other developments, but for now there is a lot of free space around. I would suggest some add on offer - ebikes rental, big wheel e-scooter or similae, a display of Gligora and other Pag/Croatian products for sale (you already gave a wineroom, so…)

Below all standards for a 4-star hotel

Extremely negative experience. After a problem with finding the entrance to the hotel (there are no signs), I was aggressively approached in the parking lot by a restaurant employee who continued to be rude even after entering the hotel. The hotel has no director, so all employees are without control. Although the owner is aware of the incident, there was no real apology. Breakfast is below all standards for a 4-star hotel

The hotel is obviously very new, but will be a great place to stay once they get things organised.

The breakfast was OK but we were surprised there were no trays in a self service restaurant. Our room was excellent and the bed the most comfortable we have slept in for a long time. Despite being very crowded, we were not disturbed by noise at all.

The food wasn't as good as we had hoped and curiously the disabled parking space was the furthest away from reception of all the parking spaces.

The room was as expected, nice and cozy! A nice pool, location is not too far from the Novalja center. A fast EV charger (50kW) was in the parking space of the hotel.

It would be great to have more asphalted parking places

A modern hotel with very comfortable and clean room in a great location for visiting and exploring the island of Pag. Pet Friendly hotel where we and our dog felt more than welcome. Very friendly and helpful staff. A rich breakfast and an excellent offer of various dishes and drinks.

Lovely place to stay!

Well-maintained outdoor and indoor pools, gym, friendly staff, pet-friendly place, 10 min. from center, especially abundant breakfast even when traveling in the off-season!

Beautiful hotel. Nice rooms. Everything is ok. We just missed more professionalized stuff. More edjucated empoyed stuff for this rang of hotel. Breakfast is wonderfull.

Hotel stuff drinking Jagermaister shot in front of guests. One indian girl and one croatian boy. Drinking in front of guests is not ok. We also missed e-bikes witc hotel could have for rent. Also food for dinner looks nice but one Rice with meat taseted worst than army MRE.

New and pretty hotel. Beautiful room. Very nice personal. Close to the center. A great sea .view

It was a very bad smell at the shower. The directions to use the safe didn't fit the safe. The air condition control, was difficult to manage.

Exceptional

Great location, a bit out of a remote area but also not far from the city. Rooms very clean and tidy. A view of the mountains on one side and the sea on the other. On the plus side, the very nice and pretty lady receptionist 😊.

All was fine, as this is a new hotel, some small things should be improved

Staff moving the tables at the terrace and producing a lot of noice 07:30 in the morning, waiking up guests. But that is probably learning process
