About this apartment rental
Elegant apartment of 140 m2, with elevator. Parquet floors. It has three double bedrooms, with capacity for 5 people, in the heart of the center and very close to the shops, the marina, Canalejas and the Esplanade, you can reach Postiguet Beach in 10 minutes, giving a pleasant walk under the palm trees The Esplanade or under the sun along the port. It has two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower; Spacious and sunny living-dining room with terrace and beautiful views of the port and the Paseo de Canalejas and Avenida Doctor Gadea.
Completely equipped and of great comfort, it has air conditioning (heat / cold). Has independent kitchen with ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, toaster, water heater. Smart TV. It has WiFi connection.
Two bedrooms consist of 2 separate beds and the third consists of a double bed. The master bedroom also has a double sofa bed.

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful apartment during our holiday. Our family group was a range of ages from 69 (Nana) to 3 years (our son). We all enjoyed the apartment for various reasons, and the location was perfect with great access to supermarkets, activities, and not too far from the beach. There were even some sand toys and fun little kids items to play with, which my son loved. We did have to be really cautious with safety for him on the patio, definitely didn't allow him out there without close supervision, but that wasn't a problem for us.
Lorena was very communicative leading up to check in and met us right outside the apartment after getting out of our taxi from the airport. We really enjoyed our Alicante adventure overall. Thank you!

Great location. Lovely host! Nice apartment with great views. Very minor problems such as one bedroom not having air conditioning. And no plug for kitchen sink which meant difficulty washing small amount of dishes.
But was spotlessly clean and in a great spot. Would stay here again. Thanks Lorena!

A very nice apartment. Spacious with large living room, private kitchen and three bedrooms. We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was located in the middle of the city center with a short distance to everything. There was a festival in the city theese days, with music, dancing and parties everywhere (a bit noisy - but fun). In addition, bonfires and three days of large fireworks. An experience of a lifetime. We are very happy with our stay and can recommend the apartment to everyone.

We did a long-term stay in this spacious apartment. The apartment is in a terrific location, close to everything including shopping, transportation, and even the beach is only a short walk. It is in a quiet, very well maintained building, with two elevators. The two smaller bedrooms and second full bath are down a hall from the master for added privacy. The apartment is on the ninth floor, and the view is stupendous, both to the marina, and especially over the city’s rooftops to the castle.

We liked the apartment and the location but nobody told us about the major roadworks right beneath us from 8.00am till 7.00pm. It literally sounded like the battle of Stalingrad! They only stopped at weekend.
Also, as agreed, there is a 25.00 euro charge for arrival after 10.00pm which we were happy to pay (the flight was delayed) but we arrived at the apartment at 10.04pm so I thought it was a bit harsh. I didn't have any 5.00 euro notes and had to give 30.00 euros but wasn't offered any change.
However these are minor gripes we would definitely use the apartment again but would definitely wait till all the construction work has finished!

Visit to Alicante
The location of the property was excellent with short walks to the esplanade, grocery stores, cafes and restaurants. Lorena was very helpful and extremely efficient in respect to any requests for information or help within the confines of the apartment.

We love Alicante and we loved this apartment. We are 3 older women and have been holidaying in Alicante city for 8 years. We like to be central but the downside is nighttime noise. This apartment is the quietest we have stayed in. Two of the bedrooms are on to an internal yard and the night traffic on the wide avenue to the front was surprisingly light. On the ninth floor there is an amazing view. Lorena's welcome was warm and informative. The apartment was spotless and the beds and couches very comfortable. The bedding was cotton and there were plenty towels. The building has mainly permanent residents and we loved the feeling of being part of a community for a short time. It is very secure, with a concierge during working hours. The concierge went above and beyond the call of duty when I locked my phone in. The neighborhood is more 'local' less touristy than around the rambla and seafront but we were only about 3 mins further away from the beach and our favourite restaurants. And we discovered new favourites on our doorstep.

Perfect!
The apartment is very well located for any activities. Beach at 15min walk, shopping 5min and good restaurants nearby. The check-in and check-out processes are very easy. Hosts were really helpfully and proactive. They asked us and then ordered us a cab with a baby sit to go to the airport (before we asked them). The apartment was clean and ready even earlier than the check-in time. A baby bed with stuffed animals was waiting our child. Everything was done to feel at home. Thanks a lot.

Leiligheten er nesten perfekt med topp beliggenhet i sentrum.
Balkongen er litt i minste laget. Savnet lys og bedre puter til stolene. Madrassene i sengene kunne vært litt mer komfortable og adkomst til det innerste soverommet har adgang gjennom et annet soverom.
Vifta over komfyren var ikke rengjort på lenge.
Generellt en stor og meget komfortabel leilighet med topp beliggenhet ved marinaen.
Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

I can not say enough about this property or the property manager.
We arrived early and were welcomed with open arms.
The property is huge and was very well maintained. It was located in a ce trail location and provided views of both the marina and the castle.

Fabulous location. Lovely spacious apartment.
Ideal location for exploring Alicante. We were able to walk everywhere, the beach, the marina, the Museum of Contemporary Art etc. There is an amazing choice of restaurants and cafes. We were only there for 5 days so did not use the kitchen much but it has everything you could need. Lorena was a very obliging host and came to meet us even though we were earlier than expected. We had a lovely time celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary with our two teenagers.

It was delightful to stay in this apartment. Sitting on the balcony with a morning coffee looking towards the marina was such a pleasure. On every level it deserves 5 stars. It is bright and spacious and in an excellent location. Everything you could possibly require was provided. Ample towels, cleaning materials, dishwasher and washing machine detergent, tea bags, coffee etc etc. I cannot recommend it highly enough and I certainly hope to return ( without the taxi drivers being on strike!)

A perfect spot for a group of 5-6 people!
The layout of this flat is perfect for a group of 5-6 people with several separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. A spacious livingroom to hang and allt the equipment you need. Location is also very good. Would definetly choose the same apartment again!

Spacious rooms with cute balcony to sit outside.
We were met and shown around the flat. Very friendly. It had everything we needed. Cooked a few meals and all the appliances worked well. Great location!

Fantastic location, tons of space
Stayed 2 weeks in lovely Alicante and the location could not have been better. We were 10-15 minute walk from all of Old Town Alicante, the Esplanade, the Tram, Renfe train. Two grocery stores right around the corner and tons of little restaurants all within walking distance. The apartment is exactly as shown, great kitchen and super large TV. I plugged in my Apple TV and connected to my Netflix right away. It was great to have a washing machine to do a couple loads of wash. Previous tenants had left lots of spices, teas, coffee rice, that we could use and so we left our extra supplies to continue the favor for the next tenants. Lorena was there to meet us with the keys on time as promised and it was very easy to find. We walked (15minutes) from the bus station and our GPS took us right to the door.

Spacious and great central location for Alicante
Lovely spacious apartment, close to marina and a short walk to Postiguet beach. Tram stop is a short walk away and is very cheap and easy to use.There are lots of bars, restaurants and cafes nearby as well as supermarkets and various other shops. The apartment had everything that we needed and was a lovely functional family space. Lorena was a wonderful host who met us when we arrived to show us around the apartment and she sent us lots of useful information for our stay in advance. Thoroughly recommend!

Close to shops, bars all within walking distance at the bottom of the road less than about 1 minute walk you are on the main strip with all bars and restaurants lots to choose from

Great place to stay, super location, fab roomy, clean apartment .
I stayed here with my daughter and a friend. It is a lovely big flat, nice decor and very clean. The balcony is comfortable and has great views. It is very central, we could walk everywhere. There are lots of bars and good eating places nearby . We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would love to return to Alicante. Thanks to the owners for making us very welcome and comfortable.

Excellent position of the property and a very comfortable stay
Well being the first time to Alicante we didn't know where any where was or what sort of neighbourhood we were going to visit but let me put your head to rest as the property is in an excellent safe position and near to shops, beach and the harbour.
The property has most of the things you would look for as a home away from home.
We had a very comfortable stay and thank you to the owners any question were answered near enough straight away and were very accommodating to arrivals and dispatch times .
