Prima keuze voor een verblijf op Tenerife

Goede ligging op het park. 2e verdieping, dus goed uitzicht richting de Teide. Balkon precies goed, beetje zon ‘s ochtends en ‘s avonds. Voldoende schaduw dus voor de zon die al vroeg erg hard schijnt. Rustig zwembad en kort bij de boulevard. Net en schoon interieur. De ligbank was wel wat gammel, maar sliep prima. Nette badkamer.

Het huren van de ligbedden loopt al snel op met 5 personen: €2,50 per bed, €1,- voor een ligkussen erop. Parasol ook zoiets. Voordeel is dan weer wel dat er altijd plaats is.

Average apartment in a good location.

Location was good, a good sized apartment.

I had a bit of a nightmare with this property in the build up to the holiday. I sent across all passport details as requested, only to be met with an email saying none of the people met the minimum age of 21 for check in. Thinking I had made an error, I frantically went back through all the policies to see if I could find it, but with no joy. I questioned this and was just rudely told to comply. I again politely asked where I had missed the info so I could see it, and they sent me a screenshot of a different booking provider. This policy was not shown in Booking.com, but then whilst I was on the page they updated it and made out it was there all along (I know this because a message flashed up whilst I was on the page saying the info was now out of date). Rather than just own it, apologise and try to help me, all I got from that point onwards was attitude, short and stroppy one word answers and told I now had to pay double the security deposit. Obviously I had no choice - in one email I was simply told “it makes no difference, you have to comply”. So for the week the boys were under threat of losing €400 if they didn’t follow the house rules (one of which is that you can’t even put your towel on the balcony railing). The apartment itself serves a purpose, and the location was perfect for what the group needed, but if you are looking for any level of customer service, this is not the place to stay. There will no doubt be a snide comment made in return (as with most negative reviews of this place), but take it from someone who has stayed in over 50 properties with Booking.com, these are possibly the most unfriendly hosts I’ve ever encountered. Could have avoided a lot of stress if they’d just admitted their mistake from the start and been a bit friendlier. Thankfully the boys are a great bunch and followed the house rules to the letter and didn’t get stung with this double charge.

It was a great getaway

I liked the apartment because it was big and it had everything I needed for my family the pool was very good and right beside the apartment is a supermarket which is very handy and the location is great its close to everything

Nothing really in my opinion everything was great and it made my holiday very stress free and easy because the apartment had everything I needed

I would not stay at this apartment again.

Lovely spot. Grounds were spectacular, beautifully kept. Pool and surrounding area were spotless

2 couches were very dirty. The oven hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. We didn't use it. Wifi was very poor, it flitted in and out. Some electric wires were very dangerous. Outside chairs were very stained. Bed linen was very old and shabby.

apartment is a good size, and good locaction. nice new bathroom and new aircon fitted, but this leaks water all over bal

uncomfortable beds. old tired bedding and towels, really let the property down, they need binning. Sofa bed all stained and very uncomfortable, needs renewing. although there’s a washing machine nothing dries as balcony is permanently in shade.

very disappointed with apartment .

Not much dirty and smells out dated furniture.

No sunshine on balcony at any time found it hard to dry towels or swimwear. Not the cleanest apartment sofa’s smelt of urine and sweat .Poor decor horrible bedding needs the bin years old . Fridge buzzed all night lack of hot water at shower time for family. To many stairs with kids and buggy .Very noisy at night .Towels so hard . Booked hotel because of heated pool and it was cold and salt water which kids eyes were stinging should have put this in description also having to pay for sun beds chairs mats parasol’s which puts extra cost to holiday . Not once did apartment get cleaned in our stay . Also pool and bar closed at 6pm when sunshine was still lovely and kids enjoying themselves . Overall worse holiday stay I have had through booking. com . Would appreciate some kid of compensations.

Great location, spacious apartment and very accommodating owners. Thank you for the great stay!

We struggled to get the door open as there’s as there’s a knack to it. They kindly sent a cleaner over to show us how to get inside. They also allowed us to check out at 4pm which was a huge help. Would stay here again! Great location, great pool , huge balcony, very clean and super helpful owners.

Nice location, nice view to the pool, mostly quiet (no street noise at all, only sometimes neighbours can be heard), good WiFi, close to Sand beaches

Equipment and mattresses could be renewed, bed pillows could be thinner, could be cleaned more thoroughly, while one bedroom has a nice window front to the pool the other one only has a small window to the corridor with little daylight

Apt clean, comfortable and well equipped with good pool view. Hospitality from agent and staff excellent.

Unfortunately apt position meant balcony did not get the sun through the day. However this may be a plus for other people.

Perfect for a short week away

Easy, central, nice pool, quite in evenings. Supermarket in complex was very handy. Very close to good pubs (Dubliner) and beach (although its not a sandy beach). Apartment had two bed rooms, and central kitchen/living room and a decent sized balcony. TV with some channels available, but its a very had to navigate (lots of different language channels). There were only two of us, so a room each was plenty of space, a family (2 adults and 2 children) might be a bit cramped.

Salt water pool was odd. No air conditioning, but roof fans in the rooms were pretty effective.
