The perfect cozy home for a relaxing weekend. Tons of yummy restaurants within ~5 mins but still quiet and tucked away. Loved falling asleep listening to the rain and feeling the breeze through the many (screened) windows!

We enjoyed the house - just right for two people visiting the Asheville area. Quiet and comfortable.

I stayed here for three nights. The cabin was warm and inviting. It was very clean and equipped with everything I needed.
I didn’t spend a lot of time on the property as I was visiting my family, who kept me very busy. It was lovely having my little cabin to come home to at night and recharge

We had everything we needed for a getaway and yet we were just around the corner from all the main attractions! It felt like we were in a caving in the mountains surrounded by wildlife. The cabin was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed.

My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights for her Senior Spring Break. The cabin was absolutely adorable and had everything we needed for the 2 of us. It is conveniently located to plenty of shops and restaurants as well as a short drive to downtown Asheville. Would definitely stay again.

Cozy cabin recently remodeled but has original charm. Thoughtful details has everything you need for a restful stay. Loved sitting on the deck in the morning and evening listening to the birds. Washer and dryer is a nice feature. Great hostess provided info on the area - grocery, restaurants, trails, etc

Overall, I really enjoyed my week stay. It wasn’t as remote as I thought it would be but that didn’t dampen the stay. Just be aware there are houses all around you and the owner is on the same property.
The house was really cute and comfortable. Bed was squeaky but very comfortable.
The gas stove in living room was awesome. Kept me nice and toasty.
Kitchen was fully functional with pots, pans, etc.
Nice and easy to get to great restaurants and all parts of Asheville.
Owner provides tons of tourist pamphlets about the area.
Although I didn’t use it, there is a washer and dryer.
Perfect stay for solo travel or couple.
Definitely will stay there again.

The cabin was quaint and eclectic. It might not be for everyone, but we just loved it! It was perfect for the two of us and our dog, who enjoyed playing with Sadie. Good location with easy access to Asheville and the smaller towns north of the city.

A cozy & charming getaway for two. Very close to all the activities we hoped to get to, yet still a nice little retreat from the hustle 'n bustle.
Rebecca and Sadie were BOTH delightful to meet.

Can't say enough about how great this cabin is. Very clean and well equipped. Located in a very picturesque area which is also conveniently located to restaurants, groceries, and highways. Definitely would stay here in the future.

Vacations can be hectic but this cozy cottage will calm you down and make you want to stay in, on the porch, with a glass of wine, and just enjoy the garden view. We visit Asheville often and this cabin makes us, and our service dog, Wiggins, want to prolong our stay. Wiggins refused to get in the car, she loved it so much.

The directions were great, the communication was good. We had a wonderful time for a short weekend visit. Location is close to lots of places in Asheville and the small shops around the area had a lot of charm. Would recommend to anyone.

I came into town to visit my son and attend family weekend at UNCA. I wasn’t sure if my son would want to stay with me or at his dorm, but he stayed with me the whole time. It felt like we were in the mountains, but we were less than 10 minutes from campus and just just slightly farther to downtown. Very clean and lots of amenities for a small place, I’d definitely stay here again!

We were zip lining north of Asheville do this was a great location to have easy access to the facility and hiking on the Blue Ridge Parkway. We enjoyed stargazing on the deck, too!

This was a good stay and great location. Quick to both Weaverville and into North Asheville with a close interstate exit off of I-26. I was a little concerned about the portable air conditioner setup on the hottest days of the summer, but it worked well. It has a good stock of essential items, everything we needed in the kitchen, and you could tell the owner put effort into the property.
I think the people who don’t like this didn’t understand what they were booking. This is a 75+ year old cabin that has been renovated and cared for. There’s still things about it that are akin to a 75 year old mountain cabin. The ceiling height in the shower is right at six feet and it’s up a little gravel mountain driveway.

Lovely stay at Wishing Tree cabin. Convenient to everything in Asheville and on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Deck is ideal spot for morning coffee and evening wine and chips/salsa! Perfect blueberry pancakes and biscuits at Homegrown and loved all the tacos at White Duck Taco Shop. Thank you Rebecca for hospitality and Sadie for the tail wags. 🐶 ❤️

The Wishing Well cabin was exactly what we were looking for and exactly as described. A piece of paradise in the woods, but close to Asheville, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and all other points of interest. We brought our motorcycle and went for some of the most beautiful rides in the country. We hiked, enjoyed many breweries, and ate in wonderful restaurants in downtown Asheville and surrounding areas. Last, but not least, Sadie (the host's dog) was the sweetest! This is a fantastic cabin!

This is such a cute little cabin that was absolutely perfect for a couple with our fur baby. We found it to be peaceful and so relaxing!!
The kitchen was set up perfectly to cook a meal and a grocery store was only a short ride away. Just about everything we needed was found within reach and it was nice to have the washer and dryer there as well.
The host was right on point with recommendations and was very friendly in our interactions. We really enjoyed seeing Sadie each day as well.

This cute and creatively decorated cottage was the perfect location for our Asheville vacation. It's private and tucked away, yet close to everything we wanted to do—the impressive Biltmore Estate, downtown Asheville with its great restaurants and shops, many nearby hiking trails and the River Arts District. The cottage was very well stocked with linens, cooking essentials, and charm. And Rebecca's sweet dog Sadie was a fun companion for our dog who vacationed with us. It had all we needed and then some. Thank you Rebecca & Jon!

Great mountain getaway
Spent a long weekend on a hiking trip with my dog. The cabin was perfect. Well equipped. Comfortable furniture. Cute yard outside. Road was a little steep to get in but had a SUV so not an issue for me. Perfect proximity to the Blue Ridge Parkway and downtown Asheville. Owner was extremely responsive. Would absolutely stay again

What a wonderful getaway
We loved the cottage - private, quiet, and surrounded by flowering bushes and trees. The birds never stopped singing, and we were happy to be able to have the windows open all the time. The cottage itself was very clean, and just enough room for two. All the amenities but with a remote cabin feel. We really enjoyed it, and hope to be back. Especially hope to see Sadie the beagle again,

Birthday getaway
We were there for almost a week to celebrate a birthday. The house is beautiful and the gardens are amazing. Rebecca was proactive in getting all the info we needed to us - although we found very little need to get in touch with her while we were there. It is an old cabin and is exactly as it is described in the listing. We had no issues at all with the internet, the TV, the kitchen - all were great. The kitchen is not over crowded with utensils but we were amazed that it contained every item we needed while we were there. The location is fantastic. It is very close to Asheville - we found it to be about 10 minutes to most things we went to. And the town of Weaverville is a great place - we spent a good amount of time there also. We loved our visit and we will definitely consider coming back here if we make another trip to Asheville. We would also recommend it to others.

Quiet, cozy cabin
Wonderful little cabin for our 3 day getaway to the Asheville area. Perfect for couples.

Super cute little cabin
We really enjoyed our stay in the Wishing Tree cabin. You might want to bring warm clothes in the winter - the house can get cold overnight! The cabin is far enough out of town to feel semi-secluded, but close enough to Asheville that we could go into town a couple times in a day without feeling like we were driving too much.
