Enjoy your own private balcony from this space with sea views to Lundy and further down the coast. There are a further five bedrooms accommodating a range of guests. Situated along both sides of the house, one of the large rooms offers two spaces, one with zip together singles beds and alongside a double bed, this allows a great flexible for the children's group or couples with young babies. The family bathroom on this floor offers claw foot bath, shower and toilet. Downstairs is a further shower, toilet and laundry combination.

The main sitting room includes a snug with sofas overlooking the garden and another area for television or games by the fireplace. Separately off the living area is the conservatory/play room - a delight for the children.
