The structure, with independent access, spread over a single floor and has a double bedroom, a room with bunk beds, a bathroom with shower, a large living room, a kitchen and a comfortable veranda with large dining table. A comfortable shelter for the current part of the outer perimeter allows the use of the outside the villa at all hours of the day. At the rear of the entrance porch a comfortable outdoor shower. Large upper terrace. The house can accommodate up to 6 people. Villetta molto confortevole in posizione strategica.
La villetta si trova in una posizione strategica: vicina al mare e a negozi essenziali come supermercato, panificio, pescheria e pasticceria :-)
La casa è arredata con gusto e fornita du tutto. Anche gli esterni e il giardino sono molto curati. La villetta è collocata in una zona silenziosa, anche se in posizione centrale.
Ottimo alloggio anche per chi soggiorna senza macchina: la fermata dell’autobus per raggiungere le località vicine è poco distante dalla villetta.
Il proprietario è stato molto gentile con noi e ci è venuto incontro nelle nostre esigenze.
Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole e ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative.

great accommodation and a diligent host
We have been staying one week in this house and enjoyed the time. especially the veranda is quite nice - in the evening or night- you can enjoy yourself with a glass of wine. ninni is a careful host who takes care that from the arriving to departure everything runs smooth.
the house is located near a bakery and a small supermarket, but san vito lo capo is small so everything from the beach to the bars is close by.
the house was very clean and provides anything you need. the only thing that we missed was free wi-fi but if you have roaming than it's bearable. I would recommend this place for sure.

Villetta consigliatissima....
Abbiamo passato 3 settimane in questa bellissima villetta tra Luglio e Agosto 2018. La casa ha una posizione strategica: 500m dal mare, panificio e supermercato vicinissimi, pasticceria top vicina. Ideale per chi non vuole essere in pieno centro dove c’e piu confusione. In casa tutto è pensato per una vacanza ideale. L’esterno è meraviglioso per serate in tranquillità. Nota particolare per la doccia esterna che non ha prezzo per vacanze al mare. Casa molto pulita. Ultima cosa ma fondamentale, il proprietario Ninni è una persona splendida che si è dimostrato sempre disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta. Grazie Ninni a presto !!

E’ sempre una sicurezza!
E’ il quarto anno che soggiorniamo nella villa di Ninni e famiglia. Ogni volta scegliamo di tornare in questa casa perché sappiamo che non ci deluderà. E’ accogliente, perfettamente tenuta con un patio meraviglioso da vivere in ogni ora della giornata! Ninni e’ una persona attenta che si prende cura dei propri ospiti ed e’ sempre disponibile. Noi la consigliamo al 100%!

Sehr sauber, zentral und ruhig....
Wir haben 2 Wochen in dieser schönen viletta verbracht, der erste Eindruck war noch besser wie auf den Bildern, normalerweise wäre das erste was ich tuhe wenn ich nicht in meinen eigenen 4 Wänden bin, alles zu desinfizieren und reinigen was ich oder meine Kinder anfassen könnten, hier haben wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt, es war alles sauber und ordentlich.
Die Küche verfügt über alles was man so zum Kochen braucht, und wenn man keine Lust zum Kochen hat ist alles wenige Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Abends ist man in 5 Minuten mitten im Nachtleben, Bars,Restaurants, Eisdielen, und vieles mehr...
Wir haben das Auto nur benutzt um zu andere Strände zu fahren...
Die Eigentümer sind sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar.
Wir empfehlen jeden der in San Vito Lo Capo Urlaub machen möchten dieses Domizil, würden jederzeit wieder hier unseren Urlaub verbringen.
Leider gibt es von uns einen Stern Abzug weil es kein WiFi gab unser Internet schlechten Empfang im Haus hatte.
Sonst gibt es nichts das wir bemängeln würden.

Semplicemente Ottimo!
La villetta è davvero molto bella e dotata di tutto quello che si può aver bisogno durante una vacanza lontani da casa! Si trova in una zona centrale ma lontana dai rumori notturni. Supermercato e centro sono raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti mentre per andare in spiaggia si può usufruire delle biciclette in dotazione (5 minuti di percorso). Quello che però ha contraddistinto questa vacanza è stata la gentilezza del Sig. Ninni, che grazie alla sua disponibilità ha saputo alleggerire le conseguenze causate dalla perdita delle nostre valigie che sono arrivate il giorno dopo il nostro arrivo. Abbiamo apprezzato il suo aiuto sincero e sicuramente quando torneremo a San Vito, soggiorneremo di nuovo in questa bellissima villetta immersa nel verde!

SOGGIORNO SUPER
Abbiamo soggiornato a San Vito ad Agosto con i nostri tre bambini.
La casa e' bellissima molto curata con un giardino esclusivo ben curato con fiori meravigliosi.
Nini e la moglie sono persone squisite sempre molto disponibili.
Non saremmo mai tornati a casa.
Consigliamo di soggiornare in questa meraviglia a chiunque abbia voglia di pace ,relax e comodita'.

Villetta accogliente per una vacanza intensa, piacevole e rilassante
Sembra uno slogan ma nol lo è: nella casa di Ninni La Fata, grazie agli spazi ampi e ben organizzati, abbiamo trascorso con la famiglia una vacanza intensa, piacevole e rilassante. Tutti hanno avuto lo spazio per vivere la vacanza al proprio ritmo, al proprio piacere (momenti di gioco, riposo, studio, lettura, colazione, pranzo, cena, doccia, cantate con la chitarra, chiacchiere, ecc.). Utilissime le biciclette e il pass per l'auto (con parcheggio davanti a casa e in tutta la zona B). Un piccolo problema alla pompa dell'acqua è stato risolto in un baleno grazie alla rete di assistenza sul posto. Da consigliare agli amici e parenti. Ritorneremo volentieri.

casa molto bella e comoda in zona tranquilla
La casa è davvero carina e non manca niente.La veranda esterna è perfetta per far giocare i bambini inoltre l'interno ha l'aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, cosa davvero utile se non si è abituati al caldo della Sicilia nelle ore centrali della giornata.
Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e non ci ha fatto mancare nulla, sempre disponibile per qualunque esigenza. Infine a due passi da casa c'è un forno che fa anche gastronomia dove abbiamo trovato cose buonissime tutti i giorni.Che dire se torniamo in Sicilia abbiamo un posto perfetto per stare.

CI ABBIAMO LASCIATO IL CUORE
Ho trascorso una settimana con mio marito e un figlio di 17 anni in questa bella casa e ci dispiace di non esserci rimasti di più. La casa di trova in una tranquilla viuzza laterale appena fuori dal centro, comodissima a tutti i servizi (panificio, supermercato, rosticceria, etc) e a 5 minuti di bicicletta dalla spiaggia. La casa è una villetta singola, ben arredata e completa di tutto quanto possa servire ad una vacanza: lavatrice, ombrellone, giochi da spiaggia, due biciclette, generi di prima necessità come sale/pepe, olio, detersivi, etc. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la doccia esterna e la vaschetta per sciacquare i costumi al ritorno dalla spiaggia, il bel giardino fiorito e il portico attrezzato, dove ci siamo rilassati nei caldi pomeriggi, e la gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario. Insomma, davvero un bell'indirizzo da consigliare!!

A fabulous week!
What a brilliant half-term week. Just over an hour's drive from Palermo and greeted by the delightfully welcoming Ninni and Roberta despite us arriving late at night! The property is in a great location a couple of blocks away from the main shopping streets in San Vito, with a bakery, supermarket and petrol station very close by, and lots of nice cafes / restaurants and especially gelateria (which we sampled pretty much every day!) just 5 minutes away. The property itself is lovely and clean with everything you need for a stay including air-conditioning and a lovely outdoor terrace. The beach is just a 10 minute (15 with small kids) walk away and is very safe for young children swimming or playing (ours are 7 & 5). We also went twice to Zingara nature reserve (lovely, rocky coves), and we also managed day trips to Erice and Segesta (on way back to airport) which were both well worth it. Would both highly recommend and love to come back, especially if you can guarantee the weather would be as good! The Maun Family, London.

Séjour dans la villa de Monsieur La Fata à San Vito Lo Capo
Maison super agréable et vous pouvez me croire les photos montrent exactement la beauté de cette maison. Tout est propre et tout fonctionne très bien. Il fait calme tout en étant très proche de la plage. Le village de San vito lo Capo est tout aussi agréable,les habitants sont très cool et certains parlent même le français, ils sont très accueillants. On peut visiter de très beaux endroits et y faire du sport (escalade).
Nous sommes ravis d'avoir choisi cette villa.

Perfect!
We spent 2 weeks in the house this summer : it was perfect! Ninni and his wife are very welcoming! We felt like at home! The house is confortable and close enough to the beach (you can go there by walking with little kids) and far enough from the beach to be in a quiet environnement! You'll found all that you need less than 2 minutes by walking : bakery, supemarket, fruits and vegetables truck and caterer... If we get back one day to San Vito lo Capo we will clearly rent again this house!

Don't hesitate and come enjoy the house of Ninni.
The place as everything to offer a nice stay to its guests, nice bedrooms, well assorted kitchen, great blue living-room and very comfortable patio that welcomed all our kids best play times.
The lovely San Vito beach is 15 min walk which finally did not seem so far once we discovered all the ice cream shops around! Finally the best attraction for our kids was the shower outside the house, delightful and so fun!

MAGNIFICA VACANZA A SAN VITO LO CAPO
Trascorrere delle vacanze in una località come San Vito Lo Capo è rigenerante dopo un anno di fatiche lavorative, farlo in una residenza come questa, messa a disposizione da una proprietà attenta e fortemente focalizzata alle esigenze di una famiglia che in vacanza vuole trovare tutto a portata di mano, lo è ancora di più.
Abbiamo trovato la residenza veramente comoda, confortevole, pulita, ben organizzata in ogni piccolo dettaglio, vicina a ogni servizio utile per le necessità di quei giorni, mare compreso, ma anche riservata e distaccata dal centro affollato e rumoroso. Comoda la casa ma altrettanto vivibile e rilassante il porticato, per trascorrere delle belle serate giocando o chiacchierando in famiglia o con degli amici.
Anche nelle sere di particolare caldo afoso la dotazione completa di climatizzatori installati in tutti gli ambienti, completa la comodità e la funzionalità ella residenza.
Complimenti a chi dedica tutte queste attenzioni alla sua clientela.

Ti fa sentire subito in vacanza!
Abbiamo da poco trascorso 2 settimane di vacanza in questa villa e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Appena entrati ci siamo sentiti immediatamente in vacanza. Grazie al patio è godibile in ogni ora del giorno e gli spazi sono ampi e ben organizzati. E’ assolutamente conforme alla descrizione ed è tenuta con molta cura. Il Sig. Ninni e la sua famiglia sono stati gentilissimi…ci torneremo sicuramente.

Perfetta!
Abbiamo appena lasciato la villa del gentilissimo sig. La Fata dopo un soggiorno stupendo di due settimane, che sono passate troppo velocemente!
La villa si è dimostrata perfettamente adatta alle nostre esigenze di famiglia con due bimbe di 7 e 10 anni, e ci siamo sentiti subito come a casa. Sia gli spazi interni che quelli esterni sono puliti, ben organizzati ed arredati con gusto. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la veranda per la zona pranzo, la freschezza del patio, dove si può riposare sulle varie poltroncine, la doccia esterna, il barbecue, le biciclette ecc.
Un altro punto di forza della villa è la sua posizione, che la rende tranquilla e senza problemi di parcheggio, ma al tempo stesso vicina allo splendido mare ed al corso principale, che si possono raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi.
Ci torneremo sicuramente.

très jolie maison, décorée avec gout, correspond parfaitement à la description, avec une très jolie terrasse ombragée. Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire, NInni, qui était à notre écoute et qui a su réagir immédiatement aux questions que nous lui posions. Nous vous conseillons largement ce logement.

Villa indépendante et tranquille dotée de tout comfort. Elle peut accueillir une famille jusqu'à 4 enfants. Spacieuse terrasse agréable à toute heure de la journée. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances!

We spent one week in this house, two adults and two children (6 and 8 years old). The house is spacious and well equipped if you are self catering. We found it spotless clean and welcoming on our arrival. We enjoyed the outside space that surrounds the house a lot; it offers shade and sun all day long. A nice plus: the warm shower outside to get rid of the sand after the day at the beach.
We could park our car in the alley, and the house is walking distance from the bakery (one block) and the supermarket (two blocks); less than 10 minutes to the beach via the pedestrian central area of the town.

This villa was excellent for this holiday and had everything we needed, it was very comfortable also close to the shops and bars, the owner was very helpful and did everything to make our stay a good one, we would certainly use it again in the future if we decided to visit San Vito again
