Worse night in Hotel ever

The carpet was wet , everything in room was damp , including what we brought. The room smelled of stale cigarettes. It was like staying in a 50 dollar motel , not a 195 .00 Hotel . Got up early to get out of dampness and bad smell. You need to update badly. Rusted door hinges and sprinkler system. Lamps from 1970 . No where to charge phones . Could not get in fitness room because card thing was was broken

Not again!

The ability to get in on short notice.

The property did not match the picture, the room smelled, the sheets and towels felt like the detergent wasn't washed out, the bathtub was very slow to drain and I was standing in shower water.

It was raining awful and hard to find it with Apple Maps but the hotel is nice. There were few restaurants we could get

Apple Maps couldn’t navigate us there in a rainstorm. It felt like it was in the middle of nowhere by the time we arrived. It’s not the hotel’s fault but they should definitely make sure that apps can navigate to them.

The Staff Is Very Friendly, Caring, and Professional.

The Upkeep of The Facility Isn't Like It Use To Be, But The Rooms Are Clean. They Need To Have More Towels and Bedding Available At All Hours.

Comparing this to other hotels, it was quite overpriced.

Breakfast was limited but tasty.

Rooms are quite outdated. Had to hunt for el. plugs etc.

Exceptional

It was a very nice area

The only downfall was the wifi was not very good and there was barely any cellphone service. I am not from around there so it made it difficult for me to search stuff on my phone.

Disappointed. Expensive for the quality.

Poor cleaning. Coffee maker not cleaned. Old filter found in machine. Under bed frame netting falling off. In our sister’s bathroom toilet flusher handle coming off.

Won’t stay at another Baymont Inn. I have the dog barking video wish I could submit it.

The beds were comfy. Good location.

We had a small frog in the bathroom, Cheerios and debris on carpet. We had kids outside our door screaming and running until almost 12:00. We woke up to a dog barking for over 45 min. Starting around 2:30 am. We heard the people come in then and a baby crying then a fight started. Didn’t sleep well at all.

Fine vacation accomodations

The front desk staff was great and accommodating. The person in charge of the breakfast was considerate and patient with last minute guests.

The room we were in smelled smokey and was pretty dated. It was clean, but the rooms themselves probably need updating.

For the price and location this is an awesome hotel.

They offered an awesome free breakfast. Was close to everything we needed. Pet friendly. We enjoyed taking pictures with bg blue chair

The breakfast was only from 6;30 am till 9:30 am. Some minor repairs are needed like paint and cleaning of carpets and tile needs to be fixed in bathroom.

Delicious breakfast and very helpful staff. Same lady was very helpful each am!

Saturday night . The people next to my room 302 was very talkative all night long. They were not overly loud but they were right next to my bed. I woke up a few times during the night. My first night was fine!

Disappointing

The breakfast was very tasty and the variety was nice. Staff was polite and helpful.

We felt the cleanliness of the rooms was not very good. The bathtub was not cleaned well and the room needed wiped down. We also felt that more towels should have been provided. We had two bath towels, two hand towels and one wash cloth.

Disappointing. Basic services didn’t work.

The breakfast was good.

The internet did not work. The remote control for the tv didn’t work. The taps in the bathroom sink were defective.

we’ve been here a few times, the staff is always so friendly

wish they had a double bed suite with a jacuzzi. I go here with my kids & the 1 bed is hard for 3 people

It was OK at the beginning

The fire alarm was going off nonstop and then after the fire alarm the fire department came and then there was water all over so you heard the scraping and vacuuming for nonstop hours because we were on 128 that was on the main floor right next to everything that was happening and instead I even get a minute us a discount or something because of all that my kid actually had to go on the side door not even the front and below zero weather because they couldn’t even get in the front door because that’s where the all the water was
