The staff made the stay!

The value was really shocking. Charging a £200 per night almost for a middle of nowhere 3 star hotel is quite outrageous. The staff were lovely and made the stay hit the building is in very poor condition. The smell of bleach and disinfectant is nauseatingly overwhelming however, I do understand why. The marks on the carpets, chips in dirt other, peeling of walls and bath fixtures is really off putting. It just is not worth the money and with no breakfast included for London prices is quite unfair. Our sitcom unit sounded like it was going to lift off when it was turned on. It should be no more than £100 per night. Stating there is a gym and pool shouldn’t bump the price up for this establishment as neither are well presented. A very underwhelming stay for the price and it is unfairly advertised by yourselves.

Close to the locations I needed to visit

We got a 3rd floor room above large garbage containers. The hotel was by no means full! No paper seal as proof of cleanliness of the toilet

it had a pool. we were on the first floor that was nice because I'm handicapped. it was nice and clean. the staff was very helpful. I did not receive my confirmation and some how my first name was put as my last name .he looked till he found it Thank you

we could not use the pool. 8 very loud teenagers came in as we were going to get towels, they had a loud boombox. just wanted to relax in the pool. The lounge bar was loud a party going on i think. we went to our room and left early to come home. for the price it would have been nice to use the pool. I never received my confirmation number.
