Close to the slopes, nice size unit.
Water is terrible and tastes like it came from a hot tub, unit was not cleaned to my satisfaction, visible dust on light fixtures and fans, coffee rings on countertops, hair that clearly was not mine in the bathtub. No cable tv- local weather is nice to be able to watch on tv when you are planning your day. Sauna was out of order.

Proximity to Super Bee lift
No coffee was provided in condo.

no breakfast. location was right across from the lift.
There was blood stains on the comforter, the heat was broken and made a high pitch noise, the blankets were so thin we FROZE and the extra pillows and thin gross blankets were dirty and pathetically thin. We actually had to go buy blankets ON OUR VACATION so were weren't freezing. The outlets didn't work in the kitchen. The overhead fan didn't work .. the TV didn't work.. It smelled so bad and there were disgusting stains on the rugs and couch. This property was overall GROSS. We called the property management company, Vacasa, and they did NOTHING. They promised to send someone over after we sent pictures and THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. We didn't see a human representative from Vacasa until one hour before check out. WE WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN and are filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to request a full refund. Booking.com was not at fault at all but they should take this property off their site. IT IS NOT RENTABLE AND WAS THE WORSE ROOM WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN.

Location and the heated garage
It was a tired unit. Not sure when the building was built, but this unit has been neglected ever since. A cute note at the front door says to “please remove shoes”- so you could walk on filthy carpet! Good thing I brought slippers. It was advertised as a queen bed and a single. The couch became the extra bed, but it was a king size pullout. The hilarious part was they only provided single sized sheets for the king couch!!! Unbelievable!! My daughter slept there- we just made due. The dishwasher sounded like hell, the service items were from some garbage garage sale. In short I hated it. Copper is my home mountain, it’s nice to not drive back to Denver and stay up at the mountain overnight or for a few nights, BUT never again will I stay in East Village at copper, or this building again.

The area and mountains were nice. Beautiful outdoors. Little Copper Mountain town was cute but expensive. Great central location to travel to the other towns like Vail and Breckenridge.
The unit we stayed in was disgusting, and hot tubs were closed off. The clearing service came and mopped but didn't even get the gross dried food off the kitchen floor. Comfort was meh. Beds had very cheap uncomfortable mattresses. They need to replace the dirty-old-stained-torn carpet.

Ran out of toilet paper.....
Really should have keys at location and not at central village. Glad I had a car since late arrival. I would have had to walk 15 minutes with my gear an son as shuttle was not in service and building was locked. This really needs to change.

Great location, nice views.
These are little things, but they add up. There was no facial tissue in the unit and coffee grounds would have been great for the morning. Other than that all was great.

Check in was detailed in the email. Check out was a text that I couldn't open, and calling was an over hour wait.
It would have been nice to have a written list of checking out procedure. We had to get on the road so we couldn't wait.
Other than that, the apartment was excellent.

The beds were awful.

The location was good.
Finding the office to get the keys is like a scavenger hunt. They give you clues and I believe try to be clear but it was convoluted and confusing. The office was a deal which looked to be in a mailroom in a building. No parking. Etc. not a good experience for the price. The condo itself was small and a bit dated.

A home away from home in a beautiful mountain setting where we could celebrate and honor the children & their families cared for by Children’s Hospital Colorado

My key to the front door stopped working my third say, so I had to walk around to other entrance or enter through parking garage. Not a big deal, but I did have to walk longer after finishing skiing. It was inconvenient.

the quality of the mattress in the master bedroom was poor it sunk with two people on it and squeaked with each move, the quality of the sheets was very low and this place was very expensive. Hard to get around from east village unless a good skier, beginners have to ride the bus
