We had a wonderful stay in David's apartment at TRG. The location couldn't be better with two lovely beaches to choose from, both within a minute's walk from the complex. Shops, supermarkets, excursion booking, bars, restaurants & e-scooter hire are right on your doorstep. Despite all of these amenities, the apartment is very quiet at night ensuring that we all slept well.
The complex is lovely with a beautiful swimming pool that the balcony overlooks and a sea view to the left. You are on the first floor so high enough up to ensure it is not noisy in the daytime and we felt safe at night to leave the balcony door open if we wanted to. There is a pool bar and restaurant on-site, plus pool & air hockey tables. Plenty of space & sun beds around the pool too.
The apartment itself is equipped with everything you need to make a comfortable stay. My partner and I were with my teenage son and his friend and we managed fine in the space if you are wondering if it's big enough for 4 people. The balcony is quite spacious so that acts as an extra room in the daytime & is well equipped with table, chairs & even sunbeds.
There is a lift almost directly outside the apartment so handy for when you have your suitcases. David provides you with the security code for the gates so you have a choice of ways to get into the complex.
If you have a car, parking is very limited in the daytime, but there is a small free car park to the left by the beach, if you hang around you can often get a spa

Upon arrival the cleaner told us the shower was broken but they fixed it, we were pleased, but it was fixed with a cable tie so immediately broke again, we told the host but were happy to work around it, later we also found the shower cubicle in particular was dirty, the pillows were stained brown from sweat, the hob didn’t work and one of the sunloungers leg was broken, the host was responsive to emails regarding these problems, but unfortunately for us they were only rectified by the end of our stay, but the next guest will benefit,

This is the second time that we have stayed in David's apartment. The location is ideal-around the corner from the beach and within walking distance to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Even though it is close to everything, the apartment is very quiet. The apartment complex is lovely with beautiful landscaping and a two section wading pool (one side is heated which is a bonus).
The apartment has everything that you need for an enjoyable vacation. Another thing that we like very much is having a washing machine in the bathroom with a drying rack--it makes life so much easier if you are staying for a longer duration. The apartment is also air-conditioned.
David responds quickly to any questions about the apartment.
If we return to Tenerife, we will certainly stay again in David's apartment!

Quiet, spotlessly clean resort in a brilliant location. Although the appartment / studio is not massive in size (it's big enough for two) it has everything you need to have an enjoyable stay in the sun. It benefits from a short walk to the beach, supermarket, bars and restaurants. All at your doorstep. Best thing was, we didn't have to rush for sunbeds in the morning!

Great holiday. The location is TOP. The apartment is clean and nice with a great pool.
Maybe just a tip for the hairdresser: add some small cooking utensils for 2-3 people in the kitchen, some cushions for the loungers on the terrace and some shelves in the bathroom.
All in all, I highly recommend the apartment.

Stayed at royal gardens numerous times but on this occasion we was disappointed with this apartment. Bed was very hard, pillows very hard lumpy and old with brown stains not a big cost to replace. Only 2 towels to which both had served there time. Room in need of some TLC.

To small no shelves in the bathroom no where to put cases i can't see how they can advertise it for 4 people, even if we where with young children the wardrobes are not big enough for 2 we had leave things in the cases, shower overflows the water did not run away and no where in the shower for soap or shampoo, had to put everything on the washing machine all right as long you dont put it on ,then it all falls off and lands on the floor,tv only had channel 4. all in all i would not recommend it to anyone

The flat is well equipped for a great holiday. It has a large sunny balcony and is within a beautiful complex which is well situated for walking on flat promenade to Playa de Las Americas or Los Cristianos. It is very close to a beautiful beach. Host checked in with us once we arrived to see if everything was ok. We had a great holiday here and hope to visit this flat again.

Incredibly nice area with lovely pool and close to everything.
The apartment has great views of both the sea and the pool.
Unfortunately, the cleaning was not so good when we arrived. Also missing some towels and bed linen.
The apartment is great for 2 but slightly too small for a family of 4 like we were with teenage kids.

This was already our third stay in this apartment. We stayed for three weeks and had again a fantastic time. Excellent location, close to the best beach, bars and restaurants. The apartment is comfortable and has all you need. The beds are good, the airconditioning works perfect and it is really nice to have a washing machine. There is a nice swimming pool with enough space and sunbeds. The apartment complex is very clean and quiet. David arranged a few extra cleaning sessions during our stay on our request. He reacts very promptly on any question. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. We would recommend this property to anyone. Thanks David.

Unfortunately this was marred as my wife was in hospital most of the holiday. As far as the resort location, amenities and cleanliness it was excellent.

Fabulous location
This apartment is in a fabulous location. It is well equipped, with air conditioning, ceiling fan and a powerful shower with constant hot water. We had a good night sleep each night during our stay, bed very comfortable to our liking. My partner and I will defiantly use this apartment again. Thank you David.

The property was good for my needs, in a lovely location. My friends were in another property in the same complex so ideal! Pool area is great with loads of sunbeds and right beside beach too for beach days.
Washing machine didn't spin towels, so still very wet when they came out is the only issue everything else great. Thank you!

Perfect Location
Quiet apartment in a great location. Apartment had everything we needed and the balcony had the sun all afternoon which was perfect. The pool was lovely and it was all well maintained and clean.

Cost apartment, ideal for a couple
We love TRG, so central to everything yet quiet. This apartment was perfect for us as a couple. Air con, TV, lively south/west balcony. Will definitely come back again.

Excellent location
Lovely property in great location, very compact but ok for 3, 4 persons may be a struggle as not much storage space. No hangers in wardrobe, but was able to buy some from a local shop.

Lovely holiday however a little surprised to say such major maintenance on the pool area that we were unaware of. We still managed to sunbathe on terrace but would have liked to be made aware

Good apartment.Two things needs fixed to make it even better.
The complex is very quiet at night. There’s no entertainment in the day or night.But you have plenty restaurants and bars only a couple of minutes walk away. We felt very safe at the complex. There’s 3 entrance points into the complex that are all locked. 1 entrance point you need a code to enter and the other 2 entrance points you need to use a key to open the gates.The apartment is very clean and modern. New sofa bed that is very spacious size. The apartment has a nice decor. Air con,washing machine,tv has uk channels,iron,ironing board,microwave and a safe. The balcony is a good size that has a pool view and to the left a sea view. Theres a dining table with 4 chairs and also there’s 2 sun loungers on the balcony.The balcony gets the sun from around 14:00 until sunset. The shower bracket for the shower head needs renewed. You can’t have the shower on fully as the shower head then raises up and the water goes over the top of the shower glass. So you have to use the shower at a reduced speed. The WiFi didn’t work at all during our 10 day stay. We tried numerous times and it wouldn’t let us connect.My wife and i had a 3G signal so we could still get internet access with that,however our two boys couldn’t use their iPads at all for the duration of our stay in the apartment. We messaged David about this a few times throughout our stay and he said he would get someone to come and fix the problem for us but nobody came. I’ve since read some other reviews and this has been an ongoing problem going back 1 year. All in all i would stay again if the shower and WiFi was fixed.I’m giving my overall rating 3 stars based on these 2 issues however if it wasn’t for these 2 issues i would have had no problem giving 5 stars.

Apartment perfectly placed for us. Great view and complex area was well kept, pool area lovely and quiet! Apartment was listed as 1 bed however it was more of a studio. No problem for us but may be for some. No wi-fi in apartment. Small but well equpped with a lovely sea view, pool facing terrace. Bedding could do with an update. Would stay again.

Quality apartment in top location
We had an excellent stay in this apartment. The location within the complex is very good with pool and sea view. The location of the complex is also excellent on the edge of PDLA heading towards LC. There are all types of activities/eateries on the doorstep and quality walks in either direction. The apartment itself has an excellent shower and good quality appliances. Size wise it was perfect for two. The balcony is large, private and has the sun from 11ish to sundown, top quality!!The WiFi was a little iffy during our stay although the owner was trying to rectify this. We would definitely rent here again in the future.
