Excellent apartment. It's really nice. There's plenty of room for all 5 of us.

Nice and clean apartment, good for a family. Good location, easy check-in and flexible check-out. Restaurants, grocery store and bus stop very nearby.

It smelt really bad coming into the property
The apartment itself was really run down and extremely dirty. Beds not comfortable, one set of bedding had a cigarette hole in it. Just in general a really run down apartment

Convenient location. Comparatively good and comfortable facilities. Wash room and rooms are good.
Parking was ample but sometime it will be full and no space inside the premises. They will take a deposit of 150GBP before you arrive. Even though they agreed to refund the deposit with in 2-4 business days, we got it after 7 working days. I assume they do it through a 3rd party service and delay occurred with them.

Apartment was almost value to money
People's living down stairs were noisy. There is no lift if you have luggage so it was very difficult to take luggage by my self.

It offered all basic amenities that was required.
I would have liked for the whole property to be spotless, toilet could have been cleaned better. I stayed in flat 6 and late night there was people coming and going in flat 5. You could also here voices of these people in flat 5 till early early morning, all this meant there was a safety concern as well as not getting proper sleep because of foot flow.

Location was good as a base camp as only 10 mins walk into town and train station to go into London.
Rubbish & broken furniture in the not 'secure' compound outside. Communal areas dirty, our landing was covered in burst balloons and gas canister. I ended up cleaning it up and spraying air freshener in the stairways. It has all the makings to be a good place to stay, but needs a good clean, maintenance and fresh coat of paint, white prob not best in communal areas. Kitchen was good, but no oven trays. Pictures were obviously taken when it was all new.

bathroom door needs cleaning, was sticky and dirty, which attached onto my clothing.
dishwasher is very old, salt has accumulated, it needs to bd cleaned.

well, I frustrated after I check out actually, basically I paid the deposit £150.00 which i understand it's required, so I expected as soon as I check out and the landlord check the flat is fine (no damage ) to pay back my deposit, so I called I message after one day , I request my deposit back, so they reply the paid it back and then I ask how long it take , they reply two working days, then I wait more than five working days, nothing happen, then message again after initially ignoring my message, they reply by asking is it flat 6!!, then I shocked and I reply this not acceptable you said you paid and now you said which flat is that? it's absolutely unbelievable I have to fight to get my deposit, so my recommendation to every traveller try to avoid this place

Filthy dirty, had to mop the floors when I got there and hoover all the spider webs. Was infested in false widow spiders. My son was having nightmares. Definetly wouldn't recommend

Location was good for us. Close to local amenities.
Apartment was poorly maintained. Black cobwebs in most rooms, dead spider in corner of bedroom between ceiling and wall. Dirty marks on every wall in apartment, dirty carpets, skirting boards. Beds and linen old and dirty. On entering the building the smell of cigarettes is over powering. Noise is also a problem from other apartments in the block. Doors slamming until 4am. The tenants in the apartment below had a gathering of people until 4am. Doors were slamming and this radiates throughout the building.
We didn't stay the second night and instead chose to return home. The owner agreed to refund us after the issues we had, however this hasn't been forthcoming more than two weeks later..

Accessibility to major highways, Heathrow Airport and shops are nearby. Property owner / manager are polite and readily responsive to request swiftly. Neat property including internal facilities.

Spacious, clean, comfy, free parking, home from home. Would definitely recommend & plan on staying again.
Couldn’t fault the property at all, the only thing was my son left a bag of clothes by mistake & looks like it was just thrown away!

Not COVID safe or clean. Mouldy plate in the dishwasher with dirty water, food in the plug stopper, windows filthy, dirt on the rug, so much hair blocking the bath plug hole. 2 mugs, 2 plates, not enough cutlery. Ripped sheets. Smoked alarm removed. Carbon monoxide alarm covered up. Wifi did not work at all. Messaged the owner through booking.com messages on the first night with the issues and received nothing back.

The location and parking availability was ideal. Was greeted by Aaron, who was lovely and welcoming. Was a nice space with mostly modern decor. Picking up and returning keys was easy. My deposit was returned extremely quickly once I enquired.
Particularly during a pandemic, I would have hoped for it to have been cleaner. There was still dirt on the rug and just generally not as clean as I would have liked (for example mould by the corner of the bath, a weird smell in the fridge) which made me less comfortable than I would have liked. The front door lock was not 100% secure.. it either slams and closes or stays ajar unless you Chubb lock it.
Overall I enjoyed my stay and it was fit for purpose but I definitely feel like the caliber of the cleans need to be higher.

Too expensive for the facilities
Too much disturbance, was not given the property booked. I was given the ground floor property and whole night could not sleep because of the residents in the upper floor, banging sound even if they walked. Could not manually alter the temp in this cold weather. We were at the mercy of the owner regarding temperature control.

The property was very spacious clean and well managed with plenty kitchen utensils. Also the staff and management were all extremely friendly and helpful. Overall it was great value for money and even my deposit was retuned in a timely manor. Thumbs up from me!
