amazing comfy stay

it was an amazing place to stay. dont forget in that area there are no hotels or apartments to rent out, so i was very scered before what will i do but thanks god i found this place and it was just amazing, great beds, great service, check in could be made even in middle the night. good bathrooms and showers to. i was in total shock when i entered the room it was just great.

Das man Tag und Nacht einchecken kann und der gesonderte Parkplatz im Innenhof. Und auch das leckere Frühstück.

Colazione discreta, c'era un po di tutto; posizione buona.

Alla reception non c'era nessuno; ho dovuto chiamare il numero che era sulla prenotazione per cercare qualcuno. Prima mi ha risposto un uomo che parlava solo Polacco, poi mi ha fatto chiamare da una donna che parlava un pò Inglese ed infine mi è venuto a prelevare un ragazzo che mi ha portato alla pompa di benzina dove un altro ragazzo, non proprio ospitale e con modi rozzi, mi ha consegnato le chiavi. Il ristorante era chiuso e per farmi consigliare un posto dove andare a mangiare ho dovuto aspettare che cinque persone pagassero il rifornimento di benzina.

Brak balkonu. Zdziwienie było duże gdy w szafce zobaczyliśmy używany pampers.

Solidnie, choć z paroma drobiazgami do poprawy

Dawno nie spałem w tak wygodnym łóżku - aż się nie chciało wstawać. Czysto. Bliskość do stacji paliw na plus - zawsze można się szybko zaopatrzyć. TV na wprost łóżka miłym dodatkiem. Wystrój miły dla oka.

Dojazd na wyznaczony parking jest słabo oznaczony, a recepcja jest na stacji paliw, która znajduje się tuż obok Hotelu - takie informacje powinny być od razu umieszczone w ogłoszeniu, zaoszczędziłoby to trochę czasu. Tylko 1 torebka herbaty zostawiona jako "zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty" to chyba mocne niedopatrzenie, ale niesmak pozostał. Brak szafki w łazience na drobne rzeczy na wysokości rąk na minus. W pokoju w nocy zimno, ale pewnie jest to spowodowane ciepłymi dniami, a więc zakończonym sezonem grzewczym (taki okres). Proponuję też odetkać spływ wody w aneksie kuchennym i łazience, bo lada chwila i się przytka na amen.

Aankleding appartement was krakkemikkig. Badkamer was verouderd. Het hotel ligt achter een benzinepomp die gedurende de hele nacht verkeer aantrekt.

Za te pieniądze standard kojca dla piesków.

Pani, która przygotowała śniadanie, starała się jak mogła, ale słabo na stole to wyglądało. Zaproponowała kawę z ekspresu i była miła i uśmiechnięta. Jedyny plus.

BRAK OGRZEWANIA!!! W łazience jak w lodówce, ściany żółte i okropne, dziury w firankach. Przytulność 2/10. Recepcja obsługuje stacje benzynową.

Dobry, tani hotel na krótki odpoczynek podczas podróży.

Dobry, bezpieczny parking przy hotelu. Lokalizacja w spokojnej, cichej okolicy.

Wyeksploatowane i kwalifikujace się ze względu na stan i szczelność drzwi wejściowe i łazienkowe.

I stay often in Arkadia because the location is good for us, since we travel for work.

Breakfast can be better, there is no coffee (only a jar of instant). And I am missing a hairdryer in the room.

Value for money

The cleaners of the room and bathroom was good. Comparing the Arkadia to the hotels in Kielce, the guys from Kielce should take cleaning classed in Arkadia.

the doors to the room were thin are thus the people passing by the doors made noise. Teh lock in the doors was broken? It was diffucult to lock and unlock.
