Comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Nice pool on the top.

Weak Wifi and Defective vault

I like the location of the hotel

The wifi internet is very weak inside the rooms even along the alleys 🤕... Thiis is my second time to book at this hotel and still the same wifi issues. Another thing is that no one from the maintenance dept to check all the safety vault for every room. Most of them are in low battery or totally damaged. Change the unit please. I did informed the front desk and they said they relay my complaint for respective , but of them came to rectify the problem, I waited for 3 days. 😰😭😓

The cleanliness and the fresh sheets always make me come back for more.

the room is so clean and the sheet, towel - i can feel that they change it very frequently. The rooms always well maintain. We so happy with the facility provided.

nothing!!! in fact, i been keep on coming back if i happen to be in Miri town for my short stay.

Location - satisfactory.

1) Staff not friendly, less smile / no welcoming or greeting. 2) Door lock failed to open/not working, have to get new door card and went up to the room for 2nd time. Failed to open the door for second time. Went down and given new room. It’s work finally. No sorry or right word by the staff (should say, for example “Sorry for your inconvenience or similar sentence).

the facilities was much better as excepted and rates are reasonable !! street food is only 5-10 minutes away

Nice, comfortable and quiet.

I booked twin bed, but it fit 4 people to sleep. And yes.. we sleep comfortably and nicely.. Got quiet room with nice scenery of Bukit Kanada in the early morning... I dont even need to switch on aircond because the room itself already got a nice and suitable temperature for our body..

Water for pool too cloride.. me and daughters cant even stay too long because the water still got stinky smell of chlorine... Sauna cannot use, and seems already broken for a long time.. And toilet cleaning seems already done ages...

Very good

Staycation with family at this hotel. Worth the money and they upgrade their TV to new TV. Overall good place to stay.

Other than the breakfast,everything was excellent.

Location and comfort with good hospitality.

What was dissapointing was the breakfast for RM28 and it could have been better.The menu was minimal.One of the eggs was rotten(i didn't take another due to lost appetite)and i also saw someone else threw away and left it on the table also. Sadly the restaurant had just opened and it would refelct the hotel's image nevertheless.

Basement secured parking was limitted. Some of us seemed to be asked to just parked outside street unattended.

The best honeymoon hoteru ever

Excellent! We're treated like royal family, the staff and the room was fantastic! The most satisfying is the bathroom oh my god i can even sleep in there
