Near Valbonne village - beautiful country house in a hectare of greenery in absolute calm. The villa is in complete immersion in nature, for your tranquility and your privacy.

The location is great for a family, with outdoor games like ping pong, badminton, and trampoline.
Inside board games, Wifi access, Netflix and international channels.
All this 15 minutes from Cannes beaches, Antibes, 25 minutes from Nice, and about 40 minutes from Monaco.

Our stay at this charming home spoiled us for the rest of our visit in France! Communication with our host was easy, with rapid and thorough responses to our questions. Once on site, Bernadette welcomed us warmly and provided great recommendations for local places and activities. Our teens loved the pool and ping pong table. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we need to cook from home and more! Laundry on site was a plus, and the house had so many thoughtful touches for a family: games, pool floats, extra towels, etc. Convenient walking access to Valbonne village, and an easy road trip to Cannes, Monaco, Nice, Eze, Grasse, etc. Hard to say goodbye to this lovely home, a beautiful region and its charming host!

This is the second year we have stayed in the villa in Valbonne. The villa location is excellent a short easy walk into Valbonne and the restaurants. The sun is on the villa all day and the pool was a great temperature for cooling down. There was just the two of us. The villa is a very good size, comfortable and was lovely and clean. Bernadette was excellent to communicate with and always responded quickly. We had driven to Valbonne and there is secure parking, which is a bonus. Yet another lovely holiday in Valbonne.

The villa was very quiet and only a 10 minute walk from the centre of Valbonne. There are a number of nice restaurants in the centre of Valbonne and Mougins is only a 10 minute drive away, if you have a car or call a taxi. There were just two of us staying at the villa which is large and can easily accommodate six people. The outside space is very nice and gets the sun all day. The kitchen is well equipped although we didn’t do any cooking! For people who like to barbecue there was a comprehensive barbecue. We had driven to the South of France and the electronic gates provided security for the car, as well as there was ample parking. The pool was very nice albeit I found it a bit cold. We really enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend the villa.

We had a fantastic stay in Bernadette's villa! The property is located in a tranquil relaxed setting. Inside there was a lot of space and a very well equipped kitchen. And with >30 degrees it was very nice that there was good airco in the house. Outside a big garden with pool and a large bbq. Bernadette is very communicative and helped us well with our queries. We needed a high-low bed for our disabled daughter and she arranged everything for us through the local pharmacy. All in all a perfect stay!

Jolie maison avec piscine magnifiquement située
Maison parfaite pour 6 personnes avec jolie piscine et jardin très plaisant. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le patio avec chaises longues et parasols l’après-midi. L’intérieur est simple, propre et confortable avec une grande cuisine et 3 chambres. L’extérieur fait le charme de cette maison à 2 pas du centre de valbonne (10-15mn de marche agréable). Seul point faible, la connection wifi très aléatoire mais est-ce vraiment important?
Bernadette, notre hôte a été merveilleuse (présente lors de notre arrivée tardive, excellente bouteille de rosé Minuity dans le frigo pour nous accueillir et attentive à nos besoins. Serviable comme jamais, elle vous aidera si vous en avez besoin.) Bernadette, merci pour tout et nous espérons revenir passer plus de temps dans votre magnifique maison.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Valbonne. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr schönen Wohnsiedlung. Haus , Garten und Pool sind absolut picobello gepflegt und unglaublich toll ausgestattet. Die Vermieter standen jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung,der Kontakt war sehr nett!Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Great house in a charming small town
This house worked really well for us. Everything we needed was one one floor and everything worked, including Netflix(!). If I have one small criticism it is that the garden is not dog proof, at least as far as our two small determined cairn terriers are concerned so we could not let them wander the large partly wooded grounds which was a shame. Bernadette, the host, was charming and very helpful giving us recommendations about where to shop and eat and we used them all. L'Amandier in Mougins was really good and the two small places in the village were good too. Valbonne is a charming place to walk round and it's not too far to get into the hills to get away from the Nice/Grasse/Cannes conurbation.

A great stay in Valbonne that had been long awaited and much needed! Bernadette was exceptionally helpful during a time of significant uncertainty in the run up to our trip. She contacted the French authorities to help with conflicting advice and was an enormous help.
She met us very late in the evening when we arrived due to terrible traffic on our way through France and she couldn't have been more helpful throughout our stay! We hope be back again in the future.

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Häuschen mit Klimaanlage, großem Garten und herrlichem Pool. Wir haben hier eine wunderbar unbeschwerte Woche mit unserem kleinen Sohn verbracht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und aufmerksam und der Kontakt war absolut unkompliziert. Es ist wirklich ALLES vorhanden, was man für einen Familienurlaub benötigt.

Cozy villa in a great location
the villa itself is a little gem. Bernadette was super friendly and helpful, she gave us many recommendations and was always available. We had a great time in the villa which was fully equipped. Great location to discover the South of france. The town of valbonne is walking distance and is sooo beautiful with many delicious restaurants!

Sehr nette Begrüßung duch Bernadette. Das Haus und der Garten wie beschrieben. Durch die Bäume , die rings um das Haus stehen, war man mitten in der Natur.
Alles im Haus in Ordnung. Die Entfernung zum Strand
( ca. 25 Minuten ) völlig in Ordnung. Schöne Orte ringsherum, die wir uns gerne angeschaut haben.
Insgesamt ein gelungener Urlaub in einem schönen Haus mit noch schönerem Garten.

Lovely house in Valbonne
The house was very clean and well equipped with everything you would need, including toilet roll/kitchen roll/dishwasher tablets/hand wash/towels etc. Bernadette looked after us very well, setting up a WhatsApp conversation and supplying us with a high chair, travel cots and even extra fans (though the AC unit in the house is very good). It's a 10 minute walk downhill to Valbonne, which is a lovely small town with several great restaurants (try Le Bistrot du Sommelier). The walk back is uphill - but it's easy enough unless it is punishingly hot! A large Super U supermarket is less than 10mins away for supplies. A great base for exploring Grasse / St Paul de Vence / Cannes etc and only 30mins from Nice Airport. I would thoroughly recommend!

Cannot say enough about this charming villa! Bernadette was so friendly and quick to answer any questions we had. The pool was clean and beautiful. The yard was well kept and the house was very clean. Short drive to town. Love Valbonne and would highly recommend the house to anyone in the area. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms were clean. Great house for a family with kids - there are even legos! Probably the best VRBO we have ever been in - didn't want to leave!!!

savoir vivre und Erholung pur
Beim Ankommen wurden wir herzlich und freundlich von Jörg & Bernadette in Empfang genommen und die Kinder ( 14J, 9J, 8J ) vergnügten sich direkt nach der Ankunft im schönen Magnesium Pool. Auch der südfranzösische Willkommensgruss - einen erfrischenden Rose- machte uns (3 Erwachsene ) das Einleben leicht. 10 Minuten Spaziergang zum Bäcker für frische Croissants und Freitag Vormittag nach Valbonne Village auf den typischen provencalischen Markt war uns ein Genuss fürs, Auge, Mund und Nase. Die Villa ist sehr ruhig und friedlich gelegen, uneinsehbarer Garten und Tischtennis und Badminton mit Netz war uns eine grosse Freude nach dem Strandbesuch.
Der Supermarkt für grössere Einkäufe befindet sich in ca. 10 min Autodistanz, dort findet man ALLES.
Positiv zu erwähnen ist auch der sehr grosse Gasgrill, den wir natürlich auch gerne genutzt haben. Das i-Tüpfelchen ist noch die Klimaanlage im Haus. Wir waren rundum vollstens zufrieden und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder! Vielen Dank für die entspannenden Tage und ein wenig südfranzösische Leichtigkeit, die wir wieder mit zurück in die Schweiz nehmen konnten! A bientot......

Beautiful property
We had an amazing stay in this well appointed home. The pool was nice, the kids bounced on the trampoline and we had family ping pong tournaments.
The house is very close to Valbonne village and a short drive to all the beautiful towns along the coast (Nice, Antibes, Cannes).
Bernadette and Jorg were incredible hosts and made our stay very comfortable. I would like to stay in this house again.

The two of us have just spent the whole of March at this lovely property and can’t recommend it highly enough. The house was very clean and well-presented and we appreciated the special touches when we arrived, like fresh flowers and a bottle of Provence rosé waiting in the fridge.
We had perfect communications with the owners, who set up a What’s App group, giving us recommendations for restaurants, golf courses and answering questions by return. On each occasion we met, they were very gracious, friendly and responsive.
Bernadette and Jörg even had a new satellite dish installed while we were there to provide us with English channels.
It’s a 10 minute stroll into the village, which is terrific with everything on hand, including many pétanque courts where we both watched the locals for tips, and played ourselves.
Valbonne is a great location for visiting the whole area - with the beaches of the Côte d’Azur and the gorges and mountains of the Alpes Maritimes reached within half an hour.
Our weather was wonderful, with sunshine every day - we had a brilliant time. So did our cocker spaniel, Ellie, who was made welcome in shops and restaurants - it’s super that the French are so accommodating with dogs.
We’re looking forward to returning next year and would certainly recommend the property to others. Jo and Norman

A REALLY NICE HOME
A really nice home - also Bernadette is a wonder- and always helpful nice Person. For a stay about 6 weeks it is important to feel good "at home" and my dog and me did. Valbonne is a nice small town and ok for having some coffee or wine at Place des Arcades and to shop some things. It is always a "sporty" walk because of house is a bit up in the hills. The home by itself is very nice always because of for guests there is sleepingroom and bath on seperate floor. Netflix and TV in German Language have been comfortable. Best regards, Andrea

Un séjour tout en douceur pour le passage en 2019
Nous avons passé quatre jours très agréables. Tout y a contribué : la maison est spacieuse, fonctionnelle, rien ne manque : des ustensiles de cuisine aux équipements ménagers… Elle est située dans un endroit calme à 5 mn à pieds du village. Valbonne est un petit village plaisant à proximité de Cannes, Antibes, Mougins, Grasse…et de plusieurs parcours de golf !!! Bernadette, la propriétaire des lieux, est très accueillante, chaleureuse et nous "offre" sa maison…Même le soleil était de la partie!... Bref un sans faute !!!
