About this house rental
The property is a modern 2 bed (sleeps 5) detached house with a private pool. It is situated in one of the most sought after areas of Kato Paphos and is an easy 20 minute walk to the harbour, bars, restaurants, beaches or the old town. It is a short walk to the supermarket and there is a 24-hour convenience store just around the corner (3 minutes walk). The property has a Lounge/Dining room, fitted kitchen, downstairs WC, and two en-suite bedrooms, one double and one twin with an extra pull out bed if required. The property is fully air-conditioned and has English TV and WiFi included.

Property was great just like home from home. Everything you want is there and more, only downside for me was the bed, didnt find it very comfortable but the wife said it was ok, so personal choice. Also the the shower in the ensuite needs an update. The downside for us was the location, reviews say 15mins from everywhere, no way! First day 40min walk to old town and blisters to prove it in 27deg heat and everywhere else 25 to 35mins walk. You have to have a car and although we did it limits nights out if you like a drink so have to use cabs. Costs in Paphos are not far from UK so overall makes it an expensive holiday. Overall great house wrong location for us.

We have just returned from a very enjoyable 3 week holiday in this wonderful villa. It is in a quiet residential location and only a 20 minute walk to the harbour and promenade where there are numerous bars and restaurants. The villa is clean, tidy and well maintained and has all the mod cons. The living accommodation is spacious and there is a well equipped kitchen. The 2 bedrooms are large with air con. The double bed was so comfortable we had a great nights sleep. Both bedrooms have balconies, great for sitting out. There is a lovely pool and plenty of sun loungers and seating. The correspondence with Juliet was brilliant, from booking the villa to us leaving. A few recommendations, The Wooden Pub on the promenade, great staff and a lovely owner. The Meeting Pub. The Delhi Gate for a good Indian and for grocery shopping Papantoniou Supermarket, it has everything you need. I highly recommend this villa.

Property was spotlessly clean and provided everything you could possibly need and more. UK TV channels which actually work - a first for us on our eighth visit to Cyprus!

Huge selection of books and dvd’s, lovely pool area with all day sun and Josh the friendly pool man.
20 minute walk to Pambis Diner, less to Tasty the local takeaway and 15 minutes down to the Harbour restaurants and bars.

Our first time using vrbo and first time in paphos and we had a amazing holiday! We had excellent communication with the host Juliet who emailed us all the information needed for our stay. The house was excellent! The photos of it really need updating as a lot better when seen. Joss came nearly every day to see to the pool. Pool is a really good size! If not prepared to drive on holiday like us then be ready to have some good walks. A good 20 mins to the front strip of restaurants, bars etc. Will definitely use Vrbo again and thankyou.

Great week spent in this lovely villa.
Location is in a quiet residential area but only a 15 min stroll from pubs and restaurants at the sea front. English tv , lots of books and dvds to keep you entertained . Nice pool with lots of seating and beds around. There are shops and a restaurant very close by, everything you need for a truly enjoyable break.

There are also two well stocked mini-marts for odds and ends a short walk away, and an excellent take-away ("Tasty") Kebab shop just though a cutaway.
Do try The Curry House which is close for an excellent Indian meal and Taverna Picnic for great food and value. We had a wonderful holiday and would recommend this Villa and Paphos to anyone.

Great base for a long Paphos stay
A lovely house, self contained with everything we needed for a month's winter stay. The kitchen is well equipped. Good facilities including UK TV channels, Sky and catch up too. Huge range of videos, books and games for wet days (of which there were hardly any). Juliet gave us lots of useful information e.g. car hire, taxis and very nearby minimarts.
Do try Pambis and Hondros restaurants. Shop in Jumbo in the Kings Avenue Mall for a good laugh and great value. Love Paphos!

Great house to stay in
Me and my family stayed in the house. Great location 10 mins walk to Paphos centre. Has it's own private pool, that is spotless. Slightly over looked, but isn't intrusive. The house has everything you need. Cooking equipment, dvds, books and sky tv. Home from home. This was our second stay in the house, as we rented the property the year before. Love Paphos, so much to do and see.
The owner is lovely and helpful. I would definitely recommend

Ideal location
The house was clean had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. It was great to have our own pool and garden and to be within walking distance of the harbour with restaurants and shops. Two en-suites, air conditioning, wifi and a huge selection of DVDs were also a real bonus. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for family holidays.

For shopping use the Russian supermarket (Garden of Eden) for great fruit and veg which is just down the road.
We would definitely return to the house and area and would recommend it for a relaxing holiday.

If there is a fault in my eyes you do need a car which was not a problem as we had one so were able to travel if you are on foot the harbour is a good 35 minutes away.also the pool area is overlooked by the 2 flats opposite that's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. This was not a problem to us. As I say the villa was superb and I would not hesitate to book again.

Paradise in Paphos
Just back from 2 wonderful weeks in this lovely house...everything as described; spacious, clean, close to shops and approx 20 mins walk from the harbour and all our favourite restaurants. The kids loved their en suite as did we, and the pool is larger than it looks on the photo. Plenty of books to enjoy around the pool, weather was hot and sunny every day, also masses of towels and bedding.
Juliet was attentive and prompt in answering queries, and provided good maps to the property.
We have no hesitation in recommending this property for holidays in the Paphos area, and would definitely return.

Fantastic
Stayed at the house for 2 weeks in August and it is one of the best holiday rentals I have stayed in.
It is very close to all amenities, we hired a car but you are within walking distance to the town the harbour and the tomb of the kings road. Buses have a very good service from here .
The house has a fantastic private pool which is kept really clean, and has everything you would need for a self catering holiday and everything is of a very good standard.
I would certainly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a lovely house in a great location at a very good price.

Great Villa Holiday
My Fiance and I travelled to Paphos in July, This is a spacious, clean, well presented villa with all the facilities you could ask for. Juliet makes the bookings process easy and even updated us on the cricket scores via text message! The villa is great value for money. Spacious light and airy bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and balcony. The pool area is clean and private, there are a couple of balconies from the houses behind over looking the pool but these were not used the whole time.
the provisions of all towels, irons and hair dryers made packing light very easy. we used the BBQ one day and pool toys are provided for any children (or the young at heart like us!).
Amazon shop is a five minutes walk away for all you could need, you might pay a little over the odds but its so convenient you cant go wrong and they have a large off license on site and the BBQ coals etc as well and the fresh rolls in the morning are lovely.
the fruit and veg super market about a 15 minute walk away has some of the freshest, best value items ive seen. well worth a trip for the fruit and the taxi rank is just over the road so if you dont have a car its easy to get a lift back.
the walk into the town is quite easy and we found stopping off at the pub "The First and Last" broke the journey up a bit (literally the first and last pub you cross on the walk) the staff here are friendly and welcoming and i recommend the breakfast!. We decided to walk to and from the town but taxis are easy to get if you prefer.
all in all a great holiday and would recommend to my friends and family
