About this house rental

Located in the most romantic alleys of the old town of Noto, about 30 m from the Porta Reale, with ample parking area of the square of the alley Adda. In the vicinity of the house you will find: pharmacy, delicatessen, cartolibreria, bars, pizzerias, pubs and the most important monuments of the noble art cities. Recently renovated and composed on the ground floor entrance living room furnished with a table and four chairs, a hallway with built-in cupboards that connects one side, the kitchen with its window on the other side, the bathroom with a window in the roof, provided washbasin, bidet, toilet, shower, steel elements that fulfill the function of stretch linen, mirror and various accessories to complement. The kitchenette includes a kitchen handcrafted solid wood, topped by shelves stove and everything necessary to make pleasant and convenient food preparation, including pots, pans, ladles various, crockery and linen etc .. The living room has a solid wood staircase which acts on the underside of fitted wall that houses the fridge, various counters, pantry, niche inside n. 2 folding beds, in order to create a space easily transformable and adaptable to different needs and habits of home living. This staircase to the upper floor where the bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers, LCD-TV, and a small bathroom with sink and services.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti in questo appartamento. Ottima posizione. Centrale, in una delle città più belle della Sicilia. Nuovo e pulito, ho trovato questo appartamento una soluzione comoda e funzionale. Irene, la proprietaria, è stata molto cortese e disponibile, fornendoci suggerimenti preziosi per il nostro soggiorno. Una bella esperienza da ripetere.

Appena prenotato il soggiorno a 'casa Irene ' la proprietaria Irene si è messa a piena disposizione illustrandoci tutti i lati positivi dell appartamento, e sinceramente mi viene difficile trovare qualche lato negativo.Appartamento curato nei minimi dettagli,a tal punto che ci è dispiaciuto lasciarlo.. Un grazie di cuore ad Irene.Ci ritorneremo sicuramente .

A compact, well designed and nicely decorated apartment making best use of the small space, situated very near the old town centre. It would benefit from a few more homely touches such as a sofa to sit downstairs other than hard kitchen chairs and more 'direct' lighting (eg reading lights over the bed).

Appartamento su 2 livelli curato nei dettagli nuovo ed in pieno centro storico. Molto pulito e con possibilità di parcheggio gratuito davanti casa. Irene la proprietaria e' gentilissima e disponibile e ci ha fornito informazioni e consigli utilissimi per il nostro soggiorno. Da consigliare ♡!grazie !!!

Das Haus ist wunderbar und dazu ausgestattet mit vielen Handtüchern, Bettbezügen sowie allem, was man in der Küche braucht. Das Haus ist sehr zentral gelegen zur wunderschönen Altstadt. Allein die Matratze liegt etwas schief auf dem Bettgestell (was der Konstruktion des Bettes zuzuschulden ist) und ist eher hart als weich. Alle Absprachen mit Irene waren super und unkompliziert. Sauberkeit: top! Haus ist in schöner Holz-Optik und dazu geräumig. 2 Bäder! Großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Klimaanlage unktioniert gut. Preis-Leistung ist echt gut.

La casetta in cui abbiamo soggiornato ha tutte le comodità ed è posizionata in pienissimo centro storico di Noto. Noi siamo stati benissimo......il mio bimbo non voleva andarsene talmente si sentiva a suo agio, per non parlare della proprietaria........gentilissima e disponibile ad ogni nostro dubbio era sempre pronta ad aiutarci. Spero di potervi ritornare presto. Consigliatissima.

Splendida casa, arredata con gusto e dotata di ogni confort, in posizione ideale per raggiungere il centro storico di Noto e le sue principali attrazioni. In modo particolare si ravvisa un'accurata pulizia e una calorosa accoglienza da parte della padrona di casa. In questa struttura e in questa città abbiamo lasciato un pezzo del nostro cuore! Speriamo di ritornarci presto!

Siamo una coppia e abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per una decina di giorni in settembre. Noto oltre ad essere una splendida città è in una posizione strategica in quanto vicina al mare e ben collegata con tutte le maggiori località della zona. La casa è situata nel centro della città, a due passi dal corso principale, in una tranquilla piazzetta con parcheggi pubblici gratuiti dove abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio con facilità. L’appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione e alle foto, è molto pulito, recentemente ristrutturato e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per passare un piacevole soggiorno. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili. Non c’è WiFi, ma a soli 50 mt si può accedere al WiFi gratuito del comune nei pressidel Corso principale. Lo consigliamo vivamente. We are a couple and we spent 10 days in September in this accommodation. Noto is a wonderful town, furthermore it is in a strategical position near the seaside and well connected to all the main destinations of the area. The house is located in the centre of the town just by the main street, in a quiet square with a free public parking. The flat corresponds to the description and pictures, is very clean, recently restored and well equipped. The owners are kind and helpful. There’s no WiFi, however at only 50 mts, along the main street, you can use the free connection provided by the Municipality. We strongly recommend this accommodation

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato in questa casetta dal 21 agosto al 3 settembre 2014. L'appartamento è a due passi dal corso principale di Noto. Per due persone è notevolmente spazioso e le foto pubblicate rispecchiano esattamente la realtà. La proprietaria è molto discreta ma anche molto disponibile. Il cambio di biancheria è settimanale ed abbiamo trovato molto ordine e pulizia, Rapporto qualità/prezzo: ottimo! Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento per chi vuole soggiornare nel Barocco Siciliano.
