This is a comfortable and airy apartment with a lovely owner. Allowed an early check in despite high season. Greeted by a welcome pack which included olive oil and local honey. You are close to everything Malcescine has to offer. Wonderful walks,food and vino. Ferry and bus 5 mins away. Everything was perfecto and we would certainly return to this apartment. Highly recommended.

Brilliant from start to finish. We were late arriving because of a train delay but was greeted by owner who couldn't have been more helpful. The apartment was lovely and in an ideal location. A few minutes to the port and a huge choice of restaurants. It was our golden wedding anniversary trip and she gave us a card and a lovely bottle of prosseco. Tha balcony was ideal to sit out on and watch the world go by. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to return one day .

This is my family & friends second stay with Vincenza and her fabulous apartment in Malcesine.
It’s location is fantastic right beside Old Town with the harbour to your right and the lakes to the left.
Our Host was wonderful she has a beautiful apartment with a generous balcony, everything you need for a comfortable holiday.

We have just got home from a 9 night stay in this wonderful property in malcesine. We were there for our wedding and this was the perfect apartment. Light and bright and spacious. There was plenty of room for the me and the bridesmaids to get ready with the hairdresser and friends. The balcony is spacious too. There are electric shutters on both the patio doors to the balcony which were great for keeping the apartment cool (we didn’t once need the air con) and dark in the mornings too.
The host, Vincenza, met us as we arrived and showed us everything. She was available during our stay should we have needed anything.
The location is great, a minute or two’s walk to the harbour - you can almost see it from the apartment. More accessible than some apartments as it’s on a small road (many central apartments are on the small cobbled streets). With this comes a little morning noise, but further into the central cobbled streets there is more noise from restaurants and bars. All in all a lovely place and we’ll certainly look at coming back again when we next visit malcesine, which won’t be long as it’s such a wonderful place 😊

A very comfortable, spacious and clean apartment with a large outdoor terrace. The location in central Malcesine is very good, only minutes away from the port and all amenities. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with both before and during our stay.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich, toll eingerichtet. Der Balkon hat morgens noch keine Sonne, was aber nicht schlimm ist, man kann trotzdem wunderbar draußen frühstücken.
Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist schnell in der Altstadt und zum Einkaufen.

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung in Mitten des schönen Malcesine
Die Wohnung ist wunderbar gelegen, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Apartment ist tadellos sauber und bequem eingerichtet. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, sollte den Parkplatz in der Nähe mitbuchen. Vincenza war sehr um unser Wohl bedacht und unser Aufenthalt war perfekt!

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung in bester Lage! Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders über das Willkommenspaket (regionales Öl, Kaffe für den ersten Tag, Brot etc.) haben wir uns sehr gefreut.

Sehr gelungener Urlaub
Wir möchten vor allem unsere äußerst freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieterin erwähnen. Wir mussten unseren Urlaub coronabedingt leider zweimal verschieben. Und letztlich auch die Personenzahl reduzieren. Unsere Vermieterin Vincenza war stets entgegenkommend. Bei unserer Anreise fanden wir alles top vorbereitet vor. Es war einfach an alles gedacht. Noch nie hatten wir im Süden eine solch saubere und gepflegte Unterkunft. Vielen lieben Dank an Vincenza für diesen gelungenen Urlaub!

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage!
Sehr nette Vermieterin, problemloser Kontakt zur Klärung aller Fragen. Die Wohnung selbst war gut ausgestattet, die Lage top, was allerdings auch frühmorgens und abends eine entsprechende Geräuschkulisse mit sich bringt. Jedoch haben wir die Lage mitten in der Altstadt genossen. Die Parkmöglichkeit für 10 € / Tag haben wir gerne in Anspruch genommen, da die Parksituation wirklich schwierig ist. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert.

Sehr schönes und vor allem gastfreundliches Urlaubsparadies
Wir verbrachten 10 supertolle Urlaubstage in dieser schönen, geräumigen und hellen Wohnung mit großer Terasse (die wir leider auf Grund der Temperaturen Ende Oktober nicht so oft nutzen konnten). Die Wohnung, am Rande der Altstadt mit Blick auf den Gardasee gelegen, ist super ausgestattet, sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin , Vincenza Zani, ist sehr nett und gastfreundlich, danke für die vielen netten Überraschungen (Honig, Olivenöl..........) bei Anreise.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Absolte Empfehlung am Gardasee
Es handelt sich um eine Ferienwohnung direkt in der Nähe zur Altstadt von Malcesine. Von der großen Terasse schaut man quasi direkt auf die Fußgängerzone.
Die Wohnung hat uns seh gut gefallen und alle Erwartungen erfüllt.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.

Wunderschöne 8 Tage in Malcesine in einer TOP Wohnung …
Wir (Ehepaar mit Hund) waren mehr als zufrieden. Die Vermieterin Vincenza ist sehr freundlich, hat uns noch während unserer Anreise informiert das wir früher in die Wohnung könnten und uns herzlich mit einigen netten Überraschungen empfangen. Für uns gab es zusätzlich schon Einiges, wie Kaffee+Milch, Süßes, Marmelade, Kräcker, Wasser+O-Saft, Blumen usw. und sogar für unseren Hund gab es eine ganze Tüte Leckerlis in schon vorhandenen Näpfen.

In unserem zu Hause auf Zeit haben wir uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt, gemütlich, ansprechend und man merkt einfach das die Wohnung von Ihrer Vermieterin privat und mit viel Liebe geführt wird.
Ein Parkplatz auf einem abgeschlossenen Grundstück kann auf Wunsch in fussläufiger Entfernung dazu gebucht werden, für 10 € am Tag >>> wir haben diesen genutzt.

Modernes Apartment mit großartiger Terrasse
Es war alles perfekt. Die Wohnung ist bis auf das Sofa (es ist ein helles Ledersofa, Zweisitzer) und die Loungemöbel auf der Terrasse (2 Sitzsäcke) genau wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Die Kommunikation mit Vincenza war super, die Wohnung tiptop sauber und die Küche gut ausgestattet.
Das beste an der Wohnung ist die große Terrasse, von wo aus man das Treiben auf den Straßen von Malcesine super beobachten kann.
Wir sind mit Baby gereist und haben ein Babybett gestellt bekommen. Außerdem hat uns Vincenza einen Parkplatz organisiert. Zum Strand sind es etwa 900 m. Die Wohnung ist auch bei warmen Temperaturen angenehm kühl.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Erwartungen übertroffen!
Sehr netter Empfang durch die Vermieterin. Man hat sich auf Anhieb wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist top. Man ist mit ganz wenigen Schritten am See oder in der niedlichen kleinen Altstadt. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, modern und hat eine sehr gemütliche Terrasse, von der man auch einen kleinen Blick auf den Gardasee hat.

Top Lage
Die Lage ist perfekt, egal welchen Wassersport man betreibt, ob man mit dem Bike oder zu Fuß unterwegs ist, auch das Kulinarische kommt nicht zu kurz. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und mit zwei Schlafzimmern ideal, wir kommen jederzeit wieder gerne an den gardasee.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt. Die Unterkunft ist genau wie im Inserat angegeben. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und Vincenza ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Wir hatten zur Begrüßung, Obst, Marmelade etc vor Ort. Besonders schön war der Honig aus der Region.

Alles wunderbar!
Bereits beim ersten schriftlichen Kontakt mit Signora Zani hatte ich einen äußerst angenehmen Eindruck,der sich dann auch beim Anreisetag bestätigt hat-so wurden wir herzlich empfangen,im Kühlschrank stand Mineralwasser,Obst auf dem Küchentisch und selbst für das erste kleine Frühstück war alles vorhanden.Den PKW konnten wir auf einem nicht weit entferntem,abgeschlossenem Parkplatz unterstellen. Die Wohnung bietet alles,damit der Aufenthalt in Malcesine perfekt ist-vor allem die grosse Terasse lädt zum Verweilen ein:man kann das Städtchen beim Erwachen beobachten,draussen frühstücken und den Abend ausklingen lassen.
Signora Zani hat sich an unserem Abreisetag wegen eines kleinen Problems ganz besonders liebevoll um uns gekümmert -auf diesem Weg noch einmal ein großes Dankeschön!
Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Malcesine
Die Ferienwohnung war insgesamt sehr gut. Perfekte Lage, sauber, modern eingerichtet, sehr funktionell und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett, spricht deutsch und war immer erreichbar.

Super entspannend
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Centrum, ohne das groß Lärm von Autos zu hören ist, da die Strasse dort nur eingeschränkt befahrbar ist.
Die Wohnung ist toll geschnitten, modern eingerichtet, mit großen Fenstern im Schlaf - und Wohnzimmer. Eine wunderbare Terrasse mit Morgensonne und Blick in die Stadt.
Eine ganz reizende Vermieterin hat uns empfangen. Sie hat uns sogar mit dem Nötigsten für den ersten Tag (getränke, Aufschnitt, Obst etc.) versorgt und war jeder Zeit ansprechbar.
Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und möchten diese Wohnung unbedingt weiterempfehlen.
Einziger kleiner Nachteil: es gibt keinen Parkplatz am Haus. Aber auch da konnte unsere Vermieterin helfen und hatte ein gute Lösung.

Wunderschönes Apartment in toller Lage
Wir wurden sehr herzlich von unserer Vermieterin Vincenza in Empfang genommen.
Über die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten, wie die tolle Obstschale, die Getränke im Kühlschrank und die italienischen Spezialitäten haben wir uns sehr gefreut.
Die Lage - direkt am Ende der Fußgängerzone von Malcesine - war wirklich super. Man kann hier alles binnen kürzester Zeit zu Fuß erreichen!

Herrlicher Urlaub!
Nachdem wir im letzten Jahr schon bei Signora Zani eingecheckt hatten und begeistert waren, mussten wir versuchen in diesem Jahr wieder einen Termin zu ergattern. Hat geklappt.
Und wieder: herzliche Begrüßung durch Signora Zani. Im Appartement ein riesiger Korb frischen Obstes. Der Kühlschrank voll mit gekühlten Getränken. Über Ordnung und Sauberkeit verliere ich keine Worte, weil wohl selbstverständlich.
Alles in allem, tolle Location, man ist gleich mittendrin sobald man das Haus verläßt.
Hoffentlich klappts im nächsten Jahr wieder.

Hervorragende Wohnung und Betreuung
Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und modern eingerichtet. Zu der überaus herzlichen und freundlichen Begrüßung durch Vincenza gab es einen tollen Obstkorb und ein große Schale mit vielen Snacks, Wasser, Bier und Orangensaft stand gut gekühlt ebenfalls bereit. Wirklich toll!!!
Dank der Klimaanlage kann man auch die heißen Tage gut überstehen.
Vincenza ist eine sehr nette und sympathische Vermieterin, die jederzeit zur Verfügung steht.

Absolutely fabulous Apartment right in the centre of Malcesine stunning views from the terrace balcony . All amenities right on your doorstep. Warm welcome from Vincenza whose hospitality was superb, the apartment had everything you could possibly need and more, Spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend staying at this location if your looking to stay in Lake Garda. Beautiful location beautiful food and very kind friendly people. I hope to go back to this apartment again in the future.

Lage hervorragend - Appartment gut
Die Wohnung liegt hervorragend am Rand des Zentrums von Malcesine. Ausstattung ist komplett. Bei der Ankunft stand ein Obstteller auf dem Tisch. Im Kühlschrank befand sich Mineralwasser und eine Tüte Milch.
Vincenza hat uns freundlich in die Wohnung eingeführt. Bei An- und Abreise wurden wir bei der Schlüsselübergabe nicht an die vorgegebenen Zeiten verwiesen.
Malcesine war in dem zu erwartenden Maß mit Touristen überfüllt. Morgens und abends war es nicht so voll. Alles in Allem ein schöner Urlaub bei goldenem Oktoberwetter in einer bezaubernden Landschaft.

Tolles Apartment im Herzen von Malcesine
Weil wir einmal autark sein wollten, sollte es in diesem Urlaub mal eine Ferienwohnung respektive Apartment werden. Wir wurden hier fündig und wurden wahrhaftig nicht enttäuscht.
Ein tolles Apartment in dem man „mittendrin statt nur dabei“ ist. Kurze Wege zum Hafen, zum Marktplatz oder in die Altstadt. Das Apartment selbst ist groß, hell und mit einer großen Terasse auf der es sich dank diverser Sitzmöbel und Sonneschirm prima, ja, abhängen läßt. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche ist selbstverständlich von der Mikrowelle bis zur Spülmaschine komplett.
Last but not least natürlich die sehr nette und super hilfsbereite Vermieterin Signora Zani, die immer erreichbar ist und der unser Dank gilt.
Ein superschöner Aufenthalt in Malcesine den wir mit absoluter Sicherheit wiederholen werden.
