Comfortable with all the amenities for a short or long stay and a great position

Location was great overlooking the slopes ski in ski out

The front entry design Everyone had to walk down a flight to then walk up a flight of steps to the ground floor or above, an entry at street level would take us straight to our room without two flights of stairs….very odd design

The location just perfect, the view exceptional!

Location was great!

For 4 people there was only 1 warm duvet, and 2 very light blankets, so I would recommend to bring from home extra blankets.

very good everyone was friendly and the hill and lifts were great

how close we were to the hill. snow was really good, never had to walk to a lift and usually the lift lines weren't too long. everyone was very friendly too.

just had to walk a little distance to get on the hill but overall not too far. not too many things to do in town had to drive quite a distance for more activities in town

Nice unit and location, but not a true 2 bedroom unit.

Good location, nice views, modern space.

This is a nice place, but just a heads up that it is not a true 2 bedroom condo/apartment. It has one true bedroom, and the second bedroom is an open air loft that is fairly private, but open to noise and light from the main living room, as well as lights from the ski hill grooming equipment that runs in the very early morning. A sleeping mask and ear plugs helped.

Agréable endroit pour recevoir famille sur les pistes.

Mezzanine bien organisée avec lit queen et lit simple. Suffisamment de serviettes de bain. Plusieurs plats pour cuisiner, four à raclette de fourni super. Propreté ok même si le condo est vieillissant usure (par exemple, céramique craquée).

Pas de draps contour ni housse de couette. Oreiller de qualité inégale. Pas assez d’ustensiles et mauvaise qualité des couverts. La balayeuse de service était pleine avons dû vider le sac.

Except for the A/C location we loved our stay

Location, kitchen, almost everything was good, very pleasant place

wrong door code=managed by calling office. A/C controler was out of battery=managed easily by calling office again. A/C is noisy, location is on top of the bedroom window, even closed it’s still noisy cause the neighbours A/C is side by side with ours.

A wonderful family stay.

Ideally located, a beautiful setting and close to activities like the water park and zoo. It was very clean and well equipped. There was a dedicated parking space. Access was easy. Guidance to the condo was well thought out and very helpful.

There was a problem with temperature control since there is only one AC. The first night was particularly uncomfortable trying to keep all three sleeping areas cool.

Wish we didn’t have to worry about covering them with jackets during the night

We arrived in the evening to our condo. We had no blankets or comforter for one of the beds. Unacceptable. The next day, I had to call 3 times to get the proper bedding. Never once the employee acknowledged or apologized. Again unacceptable

Great location, ski-in ski-out (with a short walk), beautiful view of the mountain and slope.

Cute and cozy condo with the view of the slopes. With a short walk we could get into our skis so very convenient for us as we took turns baby sitting and skiing.

The bed could be more comfortable. It was a double bed and the pillows weren't great. That was my only complaints.

the pull out couch was broken, I have pictures. making the bed terrible in the living room for the kids. I would not recommend this unit for a family, especially if someone is sleeping in the living room. way too expensive for only one bed.

OK, room to improve

The view of the mountains. A short walk to the hotel and balcony restarant and bar. Staff at the hotel were very polite and friendly.

View of wave center and park park, there was nothing really personal in the apartment. e.g. a welcome basket or local tourist guides.The rubbish from the previous occupants and their travel details were left in the apartment when we arrived. The sofa bed was broken at the base. The second sofa bed was worn. I requested a 2nd flr apartment but got a ground floor instead. The apartment was functionally OK, but looked a bit worn out - there was a stain on the carpet, the towel rail was crudely repaired.

Had everything we needed with a great view of Mountain

Location was great for the ski resort/water park. Close to stores as well Was nice to have full kitchen with everything provided. Was nice to have the loft and a separate bedroom. Condo was very big and spacious. Was very nice to be able to just go to room without having to wait at a front desk upon arrival.

It wasn't very clean. The place was very dusty ( picture frames, lamps, tvs, cabinets in baathroom etc), not vaccumed very well,had food left under couch which you notice as soon as you use the pullout couch which also had popcorn inside the bed, looked like someone had just been in it. Sheets weren't changed good thing I brought my own in case. The beds were very uncomfortable and lumpy!

Superb

Location, layout (loft for kids with two beds) design, bed comfort, view, proximity to ski hill, fireplace, kitchen equipment, dishwasher, laundry, ski rack.

To make it a 10 / 10 : add ski boot / glove dryer, laundry detergent, bar soap in bathroom, a pizza cutter :)
