This is Villa 3 - an inviting 6/7-bedroom holiday home for up to 20 guests, featuring a HEATED pool. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS & KITCHEN

All the bedrooms in the villa are prepared with fresh linen and towels for our guests. All bedrooms are furnished to a high standard. Please ask about wheelchair accessibility before booking.

There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor: 1 en-suite double bedroom and 1 en-suite twin bedroom. There is another spacious room which is often used as a bedroom and can sleep up to 3 guests. Guests must be aware that this third downstairs bedroom does not offer the same privacy as the rest of the bedrooms as it is located between the kitchen and the lounge.

Upstairs, there are two en-suite triple bedrooms (with one double and one single bed), one double and one triple bedroom (with one double and one single bed) which share another bathroom.

Culinary enthusiasts will love the spacious kitchen equipped with an abundance of pots, pans, wine and champagne glasses, crockery, utensils, and cutlery to accommodate large groups of guests. Coffee aficionados can savor their brew from the Dolce Gusto coffee machine.

SERVICES

@Lirios Village Marbella, we offer a wide range of tailor-made services to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We can arrange your airport transfers, include daily maid service, arrange groceries shopping, welcome surprise decoration, boat trips, and more. Maid service is included in high-season direct bookings, and it can be added to any other booking. We also offer airport transfers and private chef services.

MAID SERVICE

Our high season direct bookings include free maid service every second day. It can be added to any other booking to make sure your holiday villa stays nice and clean throughout the whole stay. Make it a holiday for everyone! Daily cleaning is 65 EUR/day and it includes a quick clean of the kitchen, common areas, bathrooms and bedrooms. A one-off cleaning can be arranged for 95 EUR and bed linen and towels can be changed for an additional 130 EUR laundry fee.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

We are happy to arrange airport transfer for your group. We usually wait for our guests in the arrival hall and take them directly to the villa or make a short supermarket stop on the way. Our fare is 17 EUR/person and a minimum 170 EUR fare per transfer applies.

PRIVATE CHEF

We proudly offer services of our professional private chef who can come to the villa with waiters and prepare a special or traditional Spanish lunch, dinner or BBQ. He can even provide half or full-board - check @chefivanduranmiguel and @liriosvillagemarbella to see photos and rates of the amazing things he is able to prepare. His special menu options start from 50 EUR/person.
Even though this villa is completely independent and offers ultimate privacy, the proximity of four other 6-8 bedroom villas with their private pools and gardens allows us to accommodate up to 90 guests in the same area.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY UP TO 20 GUESTS

Even though this villa sleeps up to 18 guests comfortaby, additional 2 beds could be installed in the largest bedrooms for 2 extra guests. There is plenty of space but you must consider if privacy is an issue for you. Kindly make sure you select the corresponding number of guests to see the applicable rate.

POOL HEATING

Have the pool heated for your winter stay for 90 EUR/day, minimum 350 EUR fee applies.

PARKING

You can safely park 3 cars behind the property gates. There is also unlimited parking in a parking lot 50 meters from the property.
1. Check-out time is 10:00 and late check-out is subject to availability and extra charge.
2. Two sets of keys with remote controls will be provided and a 250 EUR charge is made per set if lost or taken away on departure.
3. Loss of the safe key is subject to an 80 EUR fee.
4. The main gate on the street has a sensor and it won’t close if there is a car in between the gates. It closes automatically after about 1 minute. THE GATE AT THE VILLA DOES NOT HAVE A SENSOR. IT OPENS AND CLOSES ONLY IF YOU PRESS THE BUTTON BUT IT MIGHT DAMAGE YOUR CAR IF YOU STOP OR PARK IN BETWEEN THE GATES.
5. On departure, keys must be left on the table in the kitchen and door must be closed shut.
6. 24 HOURS GRACE PERIOD is granted for reporting any damages or imperfections. Further damages might be deducted from the damage deposit.
7. Rubbish must be disposed IN RUBBISH BAGS IN THE RUBBISH CONTAINERS ON THE MAIN ROAD to prevent attracting rodents. Please understand that rodents pleague is the last thing we want for your holiday villa. A 50 EUR cleaning fee applies for non-compliance.
8. AC must be switched off when not in the villa.
9. While standard final cleaning fee is included in the rent, additional 200 EUR might be charged from the damage deposit if the property is left excessively dirty or needs additional cleaning. A 10 EUR/item applies for staining sheets or towels with make-up or bronzers.
10. The villa is strictly non-smoking and a 200 EUR cleaning fee applies for smoking inside or littering the pool or the garden with cigarette butts.
11. The gardener must be granted access to the villa between 8-9:00 in the morning. The gardener won’t ring the bell.
12. The automatic irrigation system comes on every day early in the morning.
13. The villa is located in a residential area and loud parties are not allowed. Quiet hours must be respected. EVENTS AND PARTIES UNAPPROVED BY OWNERS ARE SUBJECT TO AN 800 EUR FINE.
14. The guests are aware they need to close all shutters and lock the property when not in and during the night. The owner does not take responsibility for any loss or theft. Security is in your hands!
15. Pets are subject to approval and a 200 EUR pet fee.

Our recent stay was nothing short of spectacular. We were a group of nine, and the villa comfortably accommodated all of us with plenty of space to spare. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the villa’s design and condition. The open-plan living areas were perfect for our group gatherings. Each of the bedrooms offered a serene retreat, ensuring everyone had their own slice of tranquility. The outdoor spaces truly set this villa apart. The private pool was a hit with everyone, offering a refreshing escape during the hot days. The outdoor dining area was ideal for our al fresco meals and evening drinks. The location was another highlight—close enough to the vibrant Puerto Banus marina and its fantastic dining and shopping options, yet far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. The property’s proximity to local attractions made it easy to explore the best of the Costa del Sol. Throughout our stay, the communication with the property manager was smooth and efficient. They were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed to make our vacation memorable. Overall, this villa exceeded our expectations in every way. It provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable vacation with friends. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Puerto Banus.

Had a fantastic week staying at the villa. Our flight was delayed but both Eva & Laura were fantastic at keeping in contact with us for when we would arrive. Check in process was smooth and a very nice welcome pack of coffee, wine, milk, bread & some beers were there for us. Villa is very close to a shop (2 mins walk) and the marina of Puerto Banus (5 mins) with all it's bars & restaurants. Villa was immaculate and large enough to fit all of our family (7 members) Would highly recommend.

Our group of 12 golfers stayed at this lovely villa for a week 11 to 18 May 2023. Eva made the online booking experience so easy and Laura was there to greet us on arrival. We ordered a shopping list of food drink and toiletries which was delivered for us.and made the whole experience perfect. At the end of the week I was met by a very nice guy Jose to take the keys back. The whole experience from booking to the end of the holiday was great and we will certainly be returning next year . Vi var 17 st från små barn till äldre o det gick bra att bo i den här stora villan med 7 sovrum o 5 toaletter. Vi hyrde inte bil men det gick bra, det var även billigt att åka taxi el Uber vid behov. Vi fick bra hjälp från värden med att boka tillval i god tid innan avresan o värden var även lätt att komma i kontakt med. Poolen var fin o populär bland barnen. Tomten är dock mindre än vad det ser ut på bilderna o vissa saker tex markiserna behöver bytas. Promenad-väg till stranden går genom en vägtunnel med smal trottoar men avståndet var ok. Totalt sett var vi mycket nöjda!

Es un chalet antiguo pero muy bien cuidado. Adecuado para un grupo grande de gente. Éramos 13 personas y sobraron camas. El jardín con piscina es estupendo para no tener que estar dentro de casa a penas. Tiene mesas en el jardín para poder comer y sillones para descansar. Fue una estancia muy agradable y recomendable.

Los que mas destacamos en el grupo es el trato y servicio de Eva y Alicia. Desde que la reservamos atendieron todas las dudas con rapidez y en la estancia Alicia estuvo super atenta a todo, le hicimos algunas peticiones y tuvimos alguna cosa que se nos estropeó y con una predisposición excelente lo solucionó todo enseguida. En cuando a la casa, la ubicación es muy buena, todo muy cerca andando. Estaba limpia y en buen estado. La zona de la piscina es la que mas hemos disfrutado, cómoda para un grupo grande y bien equipada. La recomendaríamos sin duda porque tiene una buena combinación calidad precio. Para tener un 5 habría que hacer algunas mejoras, la casa es estupenda pero tiene algunas cosas antiguas, la nevera es correcta, algo pequeña para un grupo grande, algún baño etccc estaríamos dispuestos a pagar mas por la misma versión mejorada. Repetiríamos sin duda
