About this apartment rental
Relax in your modern 3 bedrm Apart built in 2016.
It comfortably accommodates 7 adults with 3 Large Queen Beds and a double fold out sofa bed. Bathroom plus an en-suite.
Located just 200 metres to the seaside with minor sea views.
Dine out in the nearby cafe/restaurants.
4 min walk to the waterfront in Qawra & 14 min to Bugibba Square.
Check-in is flexible, as we have a key less entry and we will provide you with codes to let yourself in .
This 1st floor Apartment with Lift access ,( finished built in April 2016) , comes with all the necessary & modern amenities.
A fully equip kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Eat at the 4 person breakfast bar.
Bathroom plus ensuite, washing machine ( coin operated), hairdryer, iron & ironing board.
Enjoy the 49' flat screen TV in the living area, and room 3 has a 43" Ultra HD Smart TV. Rooms 1 & 2 have smaller flat screen TVs with android boxes .
All linen, bath and beach towels are provided.
There is a desk & chair in 2 of the bedrooms.
We have a baby cot but no linen, you will need to bring your own for the cot..
Air conditioning is provided in each bedroom which is operated on a pay-per-use basis.
There is a coin machine which accepts euro coins which adds time for the air conditioner.
1 euro will provide approximately 1-1.5 hours depending on the temperature selected. The air conditioner has both cooling/heating function.
Ceiling fans and freestanding fans in each room and we have a small table and 2 chairs on the balcony
Free on-street parking with many spots available most of the time.
There is NO daily housekeeper. You are expected to clean up after yourself.
We have our own cleaner that comes in after you have left the apartment at the end of your stay.
Please note that the property includes water as per below:
1.5 cubic meters of water per 7 days. (0.21 cubic meters of water per day)
This FREE allowance is more than sufficient.
However, if the inclusive amount of cubic meters will be exceeded, the extra consumption will be charge at the rate of 8 euro per cubic meter.
Meter readings will be taken together with you on arrival and on departure.
Also please note that when the monthly rate is selected, water and electricity bills are NOT included in the agreed rent price and would be paid for as much as one consumes (at the above mentioned rates).
On check-in, a cash payment of 100 euro as a utility deposit for bills will be requested. If not used, the difference will be refunded on departure - if more is used , the difference will have to be paid for.
