About this house rental
Welcome to our beautiful, brand new heated pool home, across the street from the beach. This home truly has it all! The gourmet kitchen is stocked with all the essentials of home and more including a wine cooler, ice maker, large quartz island with breakfast bar, industrial refrigerator, and gourmet appliances.
Throughout the home, there are many features to make you feel like you are in a luxury home. There is a private elevator that takes you to the rooftop sundeck that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, hardwood floors, marble, quartz, and granite all thru the home, wood burn fireplace, 2 - 50" and 3 - 65" smart TVs. Other amenities include a washer and dryer, linens and towels, Free Wi-Fi, and a large heated pool with outdoor seating.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and private master bath that has marble countertops and a large 70 gal soak tub, multi-shower heads, bidet, and an attached sitting room which has a twin-size day bed trundle off the master. Bedroom #2 has a queen, bedroom #3 has a full sized bed, and bedroom #4 has another twin-size trundle bed. This property is very beautiful and spacious, allowing up to 10 guests.
This unit is pet-friendly with a 2-pet limit (up to 30 pounds), pets are limited to dogs only. A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. A non-refundable $200/animal fee applies for pets and emotional support animals. The fee will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. Additional charges will be added for each unauthorized animal if animals are brought without permission.
We would like to note that there may still be construction occurring or construction materials near the property as a result of post Hurricane Ian renovations.
This property is on keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check in time.
For the security of the home, there are 4 cameras along the exterior. These cameras are turned off at the time of check in and are only on when the home is vacant. There is no access to the garages.
This property is restricted to monthly rentals during peak season (Jan - Mar). Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals are available. Shorter stays may be available during summer and fall months.
Must be 25 years or older to book. $100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

We has a fantastic time as a family getaway! The house was great. We had plenty of room and the location was great. We had just steps to the beach and then came back to relax in the pool. The two decks provided a great view of the gulf and the island. The upper deck provided great views and a great place to relax after a long day in the sun. I would strongly recommend this location as a place to stay!!

Profound disappointment - Heartbroken
I rented this for our yearly family trip (My kids, Aunt, Mom, Sister, and Niece). It became a nightmare. A week before arrival the 3rd party vacation tried to switch houses. Talk about stress. They couldn't find something to match with a pool 4 bed/4 bath and elevator with the square footage. I tried to speak to the manager, but they he/she would never speak with me. In the end we did get this house. Upon arrival the pool was filthily, after 2 trips in the elevator it got stuck and was not in use 95% of our stay. The elevator takes you to the upper level to see the ocean. Both my girls have feet problems and my mom is 70, the spiral staircase to the upper level was available but no elevator limited our use of that portion of the house. In addition, we had no hot water for 90% of the stay. My sister was boiling water just to do dishes. We did not pay that kind of money to use our camping skills. The advertisement for the house stated 4 bed/4 bath. Nope only 3 bathrooms. It appeared they were remodeling one in the basement but it was not workable. The house layout was beautiful and comfortable, but you should get what you pay for. There were no welcome pack to say "hey this is what is you can use for the beach etc.". I called the rental property daily and again asked to speak to the manager, but never one time would he/she speak with me or has called me back. They sent the maintenance man which treated us like we broke the elevator. Really? He had to come several times to try to get us hot water and he let us know what a problem it was. Never once did a pool cleaning occur. My sister and I both own pools but really on vacation and what you pay, should you have to clean someone else's pool? Our girls could not swim because it was so dirty. The adults never used. Needless to say at checkout the maids arrived an hour earlier than our checkout and it just topped of the stress we had from this house. We have rented houses on VRBO for over 10 years within the family and never have had an experience such as this. It was our first third party rental. This house is rented through a vacation rental rather than the owner. Something I will never do again. There needs to be some improvements with the communication on what is available to the renter such as kayaks, beach wagon, cooler, ect. and the house needs pool cleaning, hot water, a working elevator, and the 4th bathroom as advertised. I would never suggest this property to anyone.

Love the proximity to beach, pool and privacy. Perfect beach house and spacious enough for our family. Ft Myers is a great beach for dogs. Noseeum bugs were bad and got in the house so keep doors closed.

Beautiful house and month
The check in process had us a bit nervous but after we got into the house we found it to be as advertised. The house is well supplied with everything you need. Plenty of beach and bath towels and a large washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable and there are plenty of large flat screen tvs with xfinity cable service. The furniture was comfortable and well placed. The master bath shower is at least 10ft X10ft with 3 different watere sources to choose from. The pool is heated and perfect for those who prefer over the ocean. Traffic on the island can be a challange but we found going south off the island was our preferred exit for shopping and restraunts. The fact this is one of the few pet friendly houses available was what drew us to it and the best review i can say is we rebooked for next March again. Its not cheap but we found you get what you pay for
