Walk 5 min to the end of the lane to your private Bay Beach for swimming, fishing, endless beach walks, and spectacular sunsets. Year-round original Cape Cod cottage attached to owner's residence on quiet dead-end gravel road, with separate driveway and yard. Close to National Seashore and Bay Beaches. Short walk to Wiley Park at Great Pond for fresh water swimming, playground and fishing. One mile to Cape cod Bike Trail. Bedroom 1 w/queen bed (queen sheets provided) Bedroom 2 w/3 twin beds (twin sheets are not provided but available for rental on request) Blankets, and towels for each guest. Full complete kitchen including range, microwave and expandable dining set for 4-6. Full bath with tub/shower. Washer/dryer and storage for personal items (bikes, beach chairs etc.).Outdoor shower, gas grill and picnic table for 6. Cable TV/DVD, wireless Internet access, books and board games incase it rains. Regular trash pick up. Close to area attractions and restaurants.

We loved our stay! Bob and Lori’s rental is comfortable, clean and in an excellent location! We loved having a quick walk to the beach. We especially enjoyed the beautiful outdoor space and outdoor shower! Bob and Lori also helped us when our son left his favorite blanket after checkout. We highly recommend!

Perfect location to explore the Cap, and close enough for a 7 min walk to a private beach. Hosts are great resources for local recommendations, and the cottage had everything we needed. Very much appreciated non teflon cook pan and pot options.

Bob and Lori are really conscientious hosts! The property is very clean and has everything you need and also only what you need, so it's immaculately clean and easy to feel comfortable. They were attentive and thoughtful in just the right ways that helped our family relax and make the most of our time on the Cape. In the past we've stayed nearer to Chatham, but we are so glad we tried Eastham -- the easy access to the points of interest on the National Seashore and to the calmer bayside beach was perfect for our April stay. Nightly jaunts for sunsets over water made for wonderful memories. Plus, Provincetown is much closer and has so much to offer as well in the "off-season." I don't usually like or leave all-5-star reviews because they don't seem genuine, but this one definitely is.

The cottage was lovely, and was a major factor in our enjoying our time in Eastham. We had several rainy days, and the cottage was the perfect place to curl up with a book. Also loved having a fully equipped kitchen for extravagant breakfasts!

The hosts left no detail overlooked. The cottage was charming, cozy, clean and provided all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The location on “a quiet country road” was just that, and only minutes from the beach which we took full advantage of. Our hosts were friendly and attentive. The location though off the beaten path was within easy driving distance to the Cape Cod National Seashore, bike trails and restaurants. We had a lovely time.

Everything was great - there was even a new patio umbrella and vacuum. Owners were very responsive and even helped us discard some large items we needed to dispose. Will stay again for Year 3 in 2024

We enjoyed our stay at this well-stocked little cottage in Eastham. The cottage had an old-Cape feel with modern updates - perfect for a family vacation. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking. I was a bit worried about having the cottage attached to the owners' residence but the cottage felt completely private.

My partner and I took my parents to Cape Code for the first time. This quaint cottage was a perfect spot for us to be based for a few days as we explored the various spots around--from the local beach only a few blocks away to P-Town about a 30 minute drive away. Bob was also a great host--very responsive. Overall, we really enjoyed our time and would recommend this cottage for anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

My husband and I, retirees from Virginia and formerly of Massachusetts, traveled to Cape Cod to spend Christmas with our daughter and her family, residents of Eastham. We could not have chosen a more perfect rental for the two of us. The bathroom and kitchen are both updated and immaculately clean. The living area is comfortable and includes a small dining table which was great for the two of us to enjoy our breakfast. Most importantly for us, the property has an excellent heating system, a must for those interested in visiting the area during the winter. The temperatures were very cold during our stay, and we were fortunate to feel warm and cozy throughout our visit. The owners were very attentive when, upon arrival, I encountered a minor issue with the television. This was easily resolved. They seemed very interested in assuring that we were comfortable in their rental. The cottage, though directly attached to the house, is quiet and peaceful. We hardly knew they were there. I highly recommend this property to others. We would certainly consider renting here again.

My wife and I traveled to Boston to visit our daughter. She just recently transferred there and it was our first visit. She had to work 3 days during the visit so we decided to visit the Cape. This place was the perfect launch point to see the things we wanted. It was very clean and very quiet.

Everything was wonderful- short walk to an amazing private bay beach. The house had a beach cart, chairs and even toys for our kids too. The cottage was attached to their home but you’d never know it. Outdoor shower was great and thankfully there’s laundry in basement. Lots of privacy and peace and quiet on a very quiet street. It even had a good selection of books if you forget yours. Really close to Great Pond/Wiley Park too which was excellent change of scene for our kids. Drive to wonderful restaurants in town (we loved Caroline’s), and a 10-15 min drive to orleans and welfleet. Less than 10 min drive to Coast Guard Beach, and a little farther to Marconi. Will def stay again.

Nice property on a quiet road. Enough space for 2 people. Kitchen was well stocked, granite countertop. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, eat in kitchen, good sized living room. The deck was very peaceful, a great spot for the morning coffee.

We had a great experience staying at the house. The beach is right down the street and they provided a cart which was helpful to bring stuff down. My kids had a blast and loved the outdoor shower. We used the beach toys, pool and boogie boards. We would definitely stay here again. Only thing was the property doesn’t have AC. It was pretty hot a few days but we did bring a fan.

The cottage has become our annual family vacation stay and every time we go back is better than the time before. The cottage is great for a couple or a family and provides the perfect location to explore the cape. It is quiet and peaceful, with a private yard and deck to enjoy. The private beach access just a short walk down a shaded drive is perfect and has not been crowded any time we have visited. I cannot recommend this location enough.

My family and I spent a cold and rainy weekend on the cape and while the weather awful, the rental was great! It was spotless and very comfortable. It has a private entrance and parking and we loved its proximity to the beach. We will be back and hopefully the weather is better so we can take advantage of the beach!

We had a great stay at the cottage. We loved the private beach access down the road and especially enjoyed watching the sunset from the beach. The place was very clean and check-in was easy. It was a great location and a quick drive to Provincetown too. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner because we didn't realize it was not provided until after we arrived and had to buy some nearby. There was also only one coffee pod when we arrived -we enjoyed the tea on the second day. Overall, a lovely place and we would love to stay again!
