This is like a dream place. An experience you would hardly forget! The location is dreamy, my room was facing the hills with cowbells ringing all day. Breakfast are exquisite, whatever you like will be served within a minute. Service everywhere in the resort is amazing, stuff is the friendliest and the most entertaining for the ones who travel alone too. You can enjoy several different restaurants with great cuisine and views. Spa in the Waldhotel is perfect, clean and quiet, not many visitors during a low season (i was basically alone there all the time). You can also enjoy some attractions around or visit Luzern by boat fastly.
There is nothing i could possible mention.

The Spa facilities were first class, I just wish we were there longer to enjoy it.
I genuinely cannot think of anything to complain about.

The room was so spacious with a cute little garden. The view to the alpine mountain was amazing.
It was quiet, close to the nature, the lake view amazing. I even liked the smell of the cows. And the Spa was so good.
I’ll come back for sure.

Excellent location and access to other facilities in the area with an easy walk to the other hotels and restaurants
No a la carte during breakfast, you could not order eggs benedict, pancakes, waffles, french toast, etc. Only basics fried egg or omlett. Felt more like a business hotel.

The place is very beautiful for those who are looking for self-comfort and cleaning the negative energy of a person
The amount of rooms was deducted, knowing that the method of payment was chosen upon attendance and the method of deduction, there was some confusion, but the situation was remedied and resolved... Please take into account the customers' choice of payment method

The rooms were very nice and so was the view.
Staff at breakfast were very nice but seemed like they were in training. Overall staff were pleasant but we had an unpleasant experience at the Brasserie. More casual dining options that don’t require a reservation would be nice. Not being able to access some of the lakeside views was also disappointing. The hotel could have advertised their activities - we had to ask to get details about what was offered and some lakeside activities would have been nice.

Location, rooms, surrounding nature attractions
The hotel charged extra EUR 4,500 and didn't charge them back. They told me I need to communicate with my bank, it's not their problem (although all authorizations were made by hotel taking my card). Absolutely awful experience, I didn't have it even with motels, but this hotel call itself 5 stars hotel.
Dear hotel management, please study your staff to get some basic knowledge about cards and payment systems:(((
Breakfast service is similar to what you usually have at 3* star hotel, not 5*, the list of dishes is very limited, the food quality is poor.

They have 7 restaurants but eventhough I tried to make a booking 5 days before my stage it was impossible to get a place. Once in the place I tried to book and eventhough they have lot of table empties they say they don’t have place. I end up eating in a good restaurant after begging for a place , it’s weird to pay what the hotel cost and be begging for have dinner when you are a guest of the hotel
