It was clean

No water in room to make coffee, even though a coffee maker with pods. Water bottles are 6 dollars to buy

We were greatly disappointed in our room, and our overall stay.

Facility staff unprepared at time of visit. Onsite staff were not knowledgeable. Disturbing partying from room above after 12:00 am. Information concerning parking for MGM tower guest was confusing and wrong in our situation.

Great facilities, rooms, view, staff

Its far from downtown AC unless u have a car o uber. Needs to improve noise proof rooms.We had to call security at 3 am because loud groups, partying next rooms, and my son couldn’t rest enough for his marathon next day.

My first time at mgm

The body soap was empty, the floor was not vacuumed, and you have to go all the way to borgato to swim with children. Hallway stunk like weed too.

Excellent choice if you’re in for gambling

Superb new hotel, spacious rooms, excellent restaurants and bars. Top ranked buffet. Excellent staff.

Pool was a disappointment. Website pictures are misleading, showing pool at night when it closes at 7pm, maybe winter time for the hardy. Small, very shallow (3.5 ft throughout), small jacuzzi had peeling paint and cracked grout lining. Also, why on earth only accept 21y+? With 3.5 ft pools. Buffet not available Mon-Wednesday and frankly top for AC, but modest elsewhere (disappointing quality seafood, for example, only medium shrimp and mussels/clams). Far from the glory days of AC or Vegas. Many facilities closed somewhat randomly during the week.

Not worth the money.

I like the actual Borgata facility and like location off the boardwalk

room carpet was not clean and the water pressure was awful . I came to find out as I was leaving that the whole hotel was having issue and for over $450 a night it should have been better

Very disappointing service for such a beautiful hotel.

Its a nice hotel with a good choice of restaurants.

The quality of the room service was so poor that after waiting 40 minutes on hold for room service, we went downstairs to complain. Secondly, we paid extra to stay at the Water Club but yet on the second day of our stay, the water club closed early, did not have adequate bar staff, zero wait staff and we had to go to the borgata for food. Really disgusting given that we paid a premium to stay at the Water Club. If I wanted 1 star treatment, I could have stayed someone considerably cheaper.

it was nice , worth the money. I won’t stay there again though

the rooms were beautiful

they changed my room 3 times. once I walked in on an older couple bc they double booked the room. then someone walked in on me and then they gave me a free upgrade.
