Surfside Resort is a Gulf Front residential condominium featuring its iconic ocean view port window and floor to ceiling sliders. This 2-bedroom, 2- bathroom condo offers one of the area's most outstanding views from every room in the unit. Enjoy each day of your stay on Surfside’s private beach in your own complimentary beach chairs and umbrella set from March 1 through November 1. Surfside also offers great on-site sport deck with tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts, Royal Palm Grille Restaurant (on-site), The Beach Bar, Event Venue, beauty salon and day spa. This 15th floor unit is full of upgrades and can sleep up to 6 people.
The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed, 55 “ smart TV. The adjoining en suite master bathroom has a newly renovated modern, walk-in shower with granite counter throughout and fixtures. You will also find large capacity, front loading washer and dryer.
The large fully equipped kitchen has been recently renovated with new stainless steel refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen also has a table that seats 4 with an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico. Additional seating is in the adjacent dining room, which features a fabulous country style table that seats 6 with a family bench.
Surfside Condo Unit 1505 has a unique floor plan with incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico from its floor to ceiling windows providing an open floor plan concept. The recently renovated living area has a 65” smart TV and Streaming Blue Ray Player. The large balcony gives you views of beach as well as breathtaking sunrise views. The guest bedroom features 2 full sized beds and a 50” Smart TV with a DVD Player. There is an adjacent en suite bathroom to this guest room with a shower/tub combination and new granite counter tops and fixtures.

This was the perfect beach vacation stay! Lisa and Jerry were amazing hosts, greeting us at the door and helping with our luggage. Lisa checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Our kitchen was stocked when we arrived after they offered to do a grocery run before we arrived. The condo is meticulously clean and had everything we could possibly need-even beach toys and boogie boards for the kids! The condo includes an umbrella and chair set up and you can’t top the view from the beach. We loved every minute at Miramar Beach!

My family and I were greeted the moment we arrived by Lisa and Jerry. They had a luggage cart ready and waiting to take us up to the condo and show us around. They told us all about nearby restaurants we could try and some fun activities for the life. The condo was perfect. So clean, the beds were comfortable and it had every thing you could possibly need. They even have toys and boogie boards for the kids. We went to the store on the second night and I had forgotten to check if the condo had a muffin pan. I texted Lisa and she thought that it did but said she would personally bring me one when we got back. They were such great hosts! Miramar Beach is beautiful and we will certainly be back and will stay right here in this amazing condo again.

It was a perfect stay for a family vacation! Only wish parking code was more strictly enforced as several vehicles were allowed to park without parking passes and walk to the beach. Several handicap parking stalls were used by people who had no placard or plate. This did not give the people who were supposed to be allowed to park in the area a place to park. The room was perfect across from the beach and the swimming pool was a bonus to use daily! We never tried the restaurant so we can not say how that was.

Beautiful property....the view from the balcony will take your breath. It is our 40th wedding anniversary and Lisa and Jerry made us feel so welcome. Very personable and caring. They told us places and restaurants we should try and we're always available if we needed them. The condo is awesome, beach access easy to maneuver. Everything was perfect....except we had to come home. But we will definitely go back.

We had the best time! The host greeted us when we arrived and they were so helpful with communication ahead of our stay. We appreciated helping us park and check in. The condo was perfect, beautiful and spacious for the four of us. We had a gorgeous view of the beach! It was convenient to walk down to the pool and beach, as well as the concert venue each night. We could walk most places we wanted go go. The running path out front was perfect to exercise each day. Thank you Lisa, Jerry and Ava for being so friendly and helpful so we could enjoy an unforgettable week together!!

Wow! The accommodations, views, and amenities were beyond our expectations. We even saw dolphins from the balcony! Lisa and Jerry are the kindest and most helpful hosts we have ever encountered. They have truly thought of everything and provide 5-star treatment from the moment you book, even greeting us at the door and bringing our luggage to the condo, showing us around, and providing great dinner suggestions and what to check out around town.
We were a group of 4 (two couples) and by the first evening we were already looking for a time we could return and stay at Lisa and Jerry’s place again. Every single thing you may need, they have already thought of. I greatly appreciated that they provided laundry items so that we were able to arrive back home with all our clothes cleaned. They took the time to check in on us to see if we needed anything.
The beautiful beach is directly across the street. It could not have been any more convenient, the condo comes with an umbrella and 2 chair setup in front of the beautiful turquoise water. Lisa and Jerry kindly provide you with beach towels, a cooler (and extra chairs and beach toys if needed) so need to pack any beach supplies other than sunscreen.

I can not say enough about this condo. My husband and I took our daughter and three of her girlfriends for their senior spring break. Lisa and Jerry met us and helped us get to the condo with our millions of bags. They showed us around the condo and taught us how to use the TVs and get hooked to WIFI. They answered every question I had. The condo was fully stocked with everything a family would need. The condo was immaculate and renovated. My husband and I especially loved having coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean. The condo comes with two beach chairs and an umbrella. That was our favorite part of the day. I will book here again.

Beautiful condo! Well kept and decorated! The owners Jerry & Lisa were so kind and thoughtful! They had a balloon waiting for my granddaughter when we arrived! They greeted us at the front and unloaded all of our luggage and took it up to our condo! They went through everything about the condo and answered our questions! Lisa & Jerry were amazing even before we arrived giving us tips on our travel from Houston. They were waiting for us upon our arrival and made every moment a breeze! The condo was breathtaking, view was exactly what I had dreamed it would be.

We did not try out the pool, but it looked clean. It’s in a great location, near shops & restaurants. We only drove to get groceries & to shop at the outlet mall. We could’ve walked, but it was high 90’s when we were there. Tons of food options. Lisa & Jerry let you know their favs. It was so nice that the beach chairs & umbrella were included. We went down to the beach every morning to watch the sunrise and pick out our chairs for the day.

We had an INCREDIBLE time at the Surfside Resort! The hosts were so kind and attentive, and they really went above and beyond with meeting us at the door, helping us unpack, meeting everyone—it was like coming to visit your grandparents! The place was literally just like home. So cozy, cute decor, great view, so accessible to many places including outlet mall and restaurants/stores, beach right across the street. They had everything we didn’t pack—beach toys, wave boards, towels, you name it! The accomodations were sooo comfortable, and we got the rest that we so desperately needed. Plus, we could not have predicted the amazing treat of professional fireworks not only right in front of our building, but also views of it all along the beach! We plan to visit again, thank you for having us!

The condo is very clean and decorated so nicely. Our family of 4 was very comfortable in the unit. The kitchen had every appliance you could want, including a griddle, which we loved as it is a tradition to make pancakes on vacation! The balcony was our favorite part as the views are amazing. There is great attention to detail from the owners. Not only can you see it in the condition of the condo, but you also experience their personalized touch during the process of booking, check in and check out. Jerry and Lisa are awesome people who go the extra mile to help their guests enjoy the area and have a great vacation. We enjoyed the convenient beach access and accessible tennis courts (easy process checking out equipment from the front desk!) We loved being close to Destin to enjoy the activities and restaurants but enjoyed staying in the quieter area of Miramar Beach. The water is as beautiful as the pictures show!

We had an amazing spring break week at this Surfside Resort property in Miramar Beach. Lisa and Jerry are incredible owners who communicate frequently and clearly and make sure to help you get into the condo with all of your stuff and give you a tour. It was so nice to know that we could ask them if we had any questions or needed any help and knew that they would respond quickly!
The condo itself is updated and new and perfectly clean. The beds are comfortable, and they have every kitchen appliance or item that you could need. We loved sitting on the balcony and being able to look at the beautiful water. They also had some boogie boards and sand toys available for the kids.
The building was very busy because it was spring break time, but we still never had an issue getting an elevator, or finding chairs at the beach. The beach attendant was extremely helpful and accommodating. It is evident that the building itself is very well-built, because no sound traveled from floor to floor or wall-to-wall. We used the outdoor pickle ball and basketball courts, as well as the fitness center and the pool. We also ate at the Royal Palm Grille one night, which is the restaurant at the resort, and had a delicious dinner.
The resort is located very close to any shopping or restaurant that you might need. Our two favorite restaurants were Stinky’s, Fish Camp and Louis Louis, but Lisa and Jerry have also provided a binder full of restaurants, excursions, and other things to do.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely go back!

We stayed at this condo for a week on spring break. It was extremely clean! Every room was comfortable and the view from each room was spectacular! The owners were very friendly and very easy to communicate with! They go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met and you are enjoying your vacation. We enjoyed the chairs being already out and available on the beach and how easy the pool and beach were to access! We will definitely plan to return and stay here again!

I've rented condos at least once a year for the past 30+ years and this condo, and the owners Lisa and Jerry, who were amazing and have been doing this for years, went above and beyond and exceeding our expectations!! The condo was just recently renovated and was absolutely beautiful! Anything you needed, was in that condo! They literally thought of everything! Thank you again, Lisa and Jerry! My husband and I enjoyed it so much, we tried booking it for the next weekend again, lol, but of course, it was already booked. Hope to see y'all again in the future!
