The charm and comfort of a friendly Breton house, quietly located, 400 m from the beaches. Beautiful garden of 2000m2, with private heated pool, sea view, accommodating up to 10 holidaymakers. Ideal for two families. The house is located in the perimeter of an exceptional tourist site, close to the sea, beaches and hiking trails. Inside :
- 1 fully equipped kitchen open on 1 dining room (table seating 8) and 1 living room overlooking 1 large terrace and garden.
- 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed
- 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds
- 1 open-space 2 single beds and 1 living room with DVD player screen
- 1 mezzanine with 1 single bed
- 1 fitness area with bike, rowing machine and small muscal equipment
- 1 bathroom
- 2 independent toilets
- 1 laundry room equipped with 1 washing machine, 1 dryer, 1 iron and ironing board.
The decoration combines stylish furniture with contemporary elements.
Outside: 1 terrace of 50m2 on 3 levels is equipped with 1 living room of garden, 1 table, 8 chairs, 1barbecue, 1 parasol and gives on 1 swimming pool of 11 m X 4,5 m, (open from mid June to end of September) and a beautiful garden of 2000 m2 (fruit trees and vegetable garden depending on the season). Sea view, very quiet site, 2.5 km from the center of Paimpol.
City of sailors and fishermen Paimpol is a very typical and tourist port that has preserved its authenticity. Terraces of lively cafes, seafood restaurants, creperies, pedestrian streets, shopping, museum of the sea, Breton costume museum, galleries of paintings and sculptures, old bookshops, regional artisans, local market every Tuesday.
