This beautiful condo boasts an outstanding location near shopping, theater, ocean, inlet waterway, parks, restaurants, and much more!! Spacious living room with vaulted ceilings. Full service kitchen with dining room. Upstairs has master bedroom with full bath and a loft area with balcony to enjoy lake views. Another bedroom downstairs and a half bath makeup the 2-bedroom unit. An additional Master suite with full bath. (6% Palm Beach County tourist tax must be paid on gross rent at time of booking.)

Kitchen had utensils and cookware we needed to prepare all of our meals. Publix grocery within a mile. Felt safe. Clean. Beds comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. We've stayed at other properties in Bella Vista before but we enjoyed this unit much more. It was clean and had what we needed. I appreciated the extra fans because I'm one that needs one to sleep. The unit has beach chairs, some toys, a cooler and umbrella we didn't use them because we had our own but it was nice they had them. I no longer have small children but they did also have a pack and play. We didnt cook while there but appeared to have everything youd need. They had shampoo, conditioner and body wash in all bathrooms. It's in a great location and would definitely stay here again.again.llonger have little onesbeach chairstoys

Our family (including two young kids) had a wonderful stay at this vacation home. The entire stay was smooth, easy, and comfortable. The host made sure that many little conveniences were available, like the toiletries on hand, movies, board games, and books for the kids, and supplies for the beach. For anything else we needed, Publix was only a few minutes away. Location is perfect and the beach was close by (we decided to drive and park closer since we had little kids and lots to carry). Would definitely return. Thanks for a nice home away from home for our family!

Host Tyler was great from the beginning. He worked with our group, and made sure everything was available for the long weekend. The condo was extremely comfortable and spacious for five adults. Extremely clean and well kept. Location was fantastic, and the pool was a welcome treat after a long day at the beach. We will definitely book next year’s girls weekend with him.

We were looking for a place that is clean, quiet and comfortable and within walking distance of a pool and the beach. This fit the bill perfectly. The pool is a short walk away in the same complex and the beach is a less than 10 minute walk through a really nice park. The owner was very responsive when we had a question. I would highly recommend.

This property was great for our party of 6. We were In town for a tournament in Jupiter and it was convenient to the fields. There was a broken pull on the bathroom vanity and the toilet paper bracket was broken- a few minor repairs needed. The property was well stocked. Carlin park was nice. We were close to the beach but to say “ practically on the beach” is a bit of a stretch. It is walkable but with carrying coolers and chairs, we drove the short distance. The beach access is across a main road with great pavilions and restrooms and an area to rinse feet after the beach. We had several families book condos in Bella Vista which was convenient for get togethers.

My husband and I with our two sons and their spouses with a 3 year old and an eight month old enjoyed this property during our stay in Jupiter for a family wedding. It was clean and comfortable and close to the beach and pool which we enjoyed!!! We came away with great new family memories!!!

Spacious, clean, well-appointed, great location. Walk to the beach in one direction, walk to the harbor/yacht club in the other direction. Nice swimming pool on property that was never crowded. Close drive to DuBois Park, Lighthouse, Coral Cove. Easy shipping close by. Excellent communication with Tyler.

The property layout/accommodations worked well for the 4 adults and 2 children who stayed at the property. A few minor repairs and updates are needed, but overall we really enjoyed our stay. The owner, Tyler, was very helpful with any questions we had before we arrived and after we were there. Our one complaint would be that we were not made aware ahead of time that the pool closed at dusk. It would have been nice to knkow that beforehand as our group rented three condos on the site, and we had 12 teenagers with us who would have liked to be able to swim and hang out around the pool more.

I rented this unit for my family visiting for a wedding. It was the perfect location for all Jupiter has to offer. We’ll equipped with necessities. The host was very responsive and gracious. One of my guests left with the pool key accidentally but we returned it. Highly recommended!

The layout is perfect for families. There are two master bedrooms with ensuite full bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs There is also a bonus room upstairs with a daybed and an outdoor patio off the bonus room. The upstairs is perfect for a family with older children while downstairs is great for a family with young children. The downstairs family room and dining room are spacious and very comfortable,

Check in was delayed until 6:30 because condo had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Tyler responded quickly and credited us $200 for the inconvenience. Condo is well stocked with kitchen and beach supplies. Great location and short walk to beach. Numerous fantastic restaurants close by. The sofa bed in the loft is extremely uncomfortable to sleep in. Even with need areas of improvement, we had a very pleasant stay.

Easy 10-minute walk to a nice beach, within 2 miles of several good bars and restaurants (Calaveras Cantina, Guanabanas stood out) groceries, etc. Kitchen had some staple supplies; some beach supplies (chairs, umbrella) were also included. and everything was clean. Patio off the loft was a nice place to drink coffee. My only issue was that the management company asks for a very large security deposit, and then did not return it until 3 weeks after we checked out. There was no issue - that's just their procedure.

Great property and location within walking distance to the beach
Took a 4-day vacation with my wife and kids. The place was very nice, clean, inviting, everything looked just like the pictures. Like the description stated, it was maybe 1/3 to 1/4 mile walk to the beach which we did a few times with our kids. Tyler was very responsive by text. He contacted us to coordinate a 2-hr window to fix a shower which wasn’t a problem since we were out for a couple hours anyway. Later that day, we ordered a movie on demand for $3.99 from cable TV thinking it would prompt for payment info but it auto charged Tyler. I reached out to him and he told us don’t worry about it considering the small inconvenience of the shower fix so that was very gentlemanly. Great stay and would come again.

We came into town for a wedding, the condo was perfect, plenty of room and towels ( some places we have been before have very few towels). Great location. Had a minor issue and owner responded immediately and also accomodated our flight delay and allowed us to stay a couple hours after checkout time.

A post-pandemic cure for the blues.
Jupiter was the destination for a family reunion of over 20 of us who hadn't gotten together for about two years. The condo was as described and the pictures were accurate. The location was fantastic with Carlin Park out your front door. Carlin Park was the site of our reunion and early morning walks on the beach. We were privy to a sunset hatching of loggerhead turtles!!! And one morning my sister and I watched a green turtle lumber back to sea after burying her eggs!! These are rarities for which we were blessed.
The pool area is great, with lots of shade for game playing or snacks. The pool was great for swimming laps. Tyler answered emails promptly. We had four lightbulbs that were out and the chain on one toilet kept coming off. I emailed Tyler and he explained that he was going out of town, but would remedy it. I had emailed him earlier in the week, but I don't think it was received. So the second email was on Thursday and we left on Saturday, so I'm assuming before the next rental he'd take care of it. The condo is beautiful but I would suggest replacing some broken tiles and the upstairs master sink needs replacing or refinishing because of the rust (this was a turnoff for my husband). The deck upstairs is perfect for morning coffee and the loft was a bonus space. We would definitely like to come back and perhaps stay longer.

Wonderful place to stay
Property was just as it listed. Easy walk to beach and plenty of room in the rental. Tyler had everything we needed down to beach chairs, cooler, boogie board and shovels and pails for the little ones. Pool was above excellent!!! Tyler was easy to get in touch with and answered my questions quickly. If ever in Jupiter again I would definitely rent this place again. We had a great time.

Location was fabulous, close to beach, restaurants and all the events for the wedding we were attending.
The pool was nice and clean
There was a great walking/running path directly behind the unit.
Parking was good, our group had 3 cars, there was plenty of space for the second and third vehicle right in front.
Tyler was great at responding to all my questions.
