3 Marsh Creek Cove - Located on a secluded point on Tybee's mid-Island, this is the perfect place to enjoy all that Tybee has to offer – beautiful, peaceful marshes and the Atlantic Ocean beaches just a short walk or bike ride away. Decks on all levels and a floating dock (access to Horsepen Creek) let you enjoy the outdoors while large windows and glass light doors bring spectacular views into almost every one of the comfortable and tastefully decorated rooms in this house.

All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits.

We loved our stay here. The location was so convenient and so scenic. The house was beautiful, clean, very comfortable and very well stocked with necessities. We would absolutely stay there again. Only downside as visitors who came down via air travel is that we weren’t able to bring beach towels and beach chairs and the house did not have any. Aside from that, it worked out perfectly a fabulous time was had by all.

The rental was exactly as described and as clean as can be. Check in process was easy and seamless. Couldn't have been any better. The property is located in an amazing part of tybee facing the marsh with a small dock at the bottom of the property. I would definitely recommend this location.

We stayed at this home for 5 days with my parents and children. All 3 generations enjoyed the location, views and amenities. Of particular note, were the short walk to beautiful Tybee Beach, and the multiple places at this property to enjoy watching the HorsePen Creek tide rise and fall. There were birds, fish and flowers to enjoy from the patio, 2 decks and the dock. I’d recommend renting a kayak, as this was a great spot to launch from! The minor things that we had questions about were responded to promptly. Great stay over all!!

We loved our stay at Marsh 3!! The property was so spacious & clean! We were only there for a weekend, but could easily make this a week long trip with such amenities! Our boys, ages 9 & 11, enjoyed fishing off the dock! And the night time views were beautiful!

This place was great! It was close enough to everything where we can get to it in minutes! But far enough away, where we can get some peace and quiet! I would definitely stay there again!

It was just what we needed. Room for everyone and a wonderful covered decks. Dock was perfect for our two Kayaks. Easy to put in and out.

It was even better in person!!! The view was awesome!!! But guess what?? We caught almost 100 fish on the dock!!!! We caught soooo many fish was having sooo much fun no one wanted to go to the beach! It was perfect ! Whiting, croaker, spots, red fish, sheep head, sting rays, oysters, stone crab… the marsh is loadeddddddd with fish!

Just so scenic & beautiful !! We saw the salt creek rise and fall with the tide, saw l jelly fish, cranes, other birds, raccoons, even three dolphins that came in during a storm !!! The back deck overlooking the salt marshes was r favorite place !

The property was wonderful and this is a great location if you enjoy creekside. Easy access to the beach. TVs could be updated as they were a little slow. The only thing we didn’t like was the propert managers requirement that we email / text our drivers license in advance. This isn’t a VRBO requirement and we’ve been the victim of identity fraud in the past - this isn’t a secure method of personal information transfer.

Me and my family had an amazing vacation.We vacation once a month in Tybee because it’s so close and we put my moms ashes in the ocean. Although, this was our first time renting property on the island and let’s just say I felt like I was in my own home! Great views and a great fishing spot.

I highly recommend this property. We rented this charming place for an extended weekend and it was absolutely perfect. The house was just as presented in the pictures online. It was quaint, nice view of the marsh, close to the beach and local attractions. It really was the perfect getaway.

Surpassed our expectations! All rooms were updated, spacious, and clean. Space worked well for our two-year old son and the grandparents. No problems during our stay. GREAT view of the tidal marsh from balconies. Will definitely stay here again!

Very nice well maintained villa. This was our 3rd stay at Tybee in the last 2 years. We were in town to celebrate a 50th birthday for my wife's brother. Great location but the weather stunk most of the 3 days. Our only beef with Tybee island is the parking. We come to town to spend time with family and it's more cost effective to rent something like this instead of 2 or 3 hotel rooms. Our 3 grands loved it. Nice big kitchen and dinning area. Would recommend...
