Welcome to the Vail Fairway Lodge, by Mountain Vacation Lodging. This fantastic Vail Golf Course home is perfect for your large group that wants to be close the Vail Village. Golden Peak is only 1/2 mile away, and Ford Park is a short walk. Take the shuttle, which picks up just outside the front door, to anywhere in Vail. The views are spectacular - Gore Range to the East and Vail Golf Course and Vail Mountain to the West! Your family will love the large living room and spacious deck, perfect for spending time together. After a long day of skiing, relax in your private outdoor hot tub or sauna and enjoy the beautiful scenery. With good WiFi, Roku streaming TV, the fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor grill, you have plenty of options for staying in. The 6 bedrooms are large and beautifully decorated and offer ample space for couples, singles or kids. There are 4 spacious bedrooms with King Beds. One of the King bedrooms is actually an "In-Law's" suite that also includes a living area, and a kitchen, making it perfect for couple who want some privacy and space. Another of the King bedrooms includes an alcove, with 2 Twins, making it perfect for a small family. Bedrooms 5 and 6 also quite large. Each easily accommodates 2 Double (Full) sized beds with space to spare. With 4 Kings, 4 Doubles, and 2 Twins, this home is ideal for up to 10 single adults, or groups with a mix of couples, singles, and kids. The Fairway lodge is exceptionally located with a short 3-4 minute shuttle to Golden Peak at the end of the driveway. The house was perfect for a large group, with plenty of rooms and beds. The house had great space for large group meals and socializing. Large hot tub and a bonus sauna made for some great apres ski / pre-dinner fun. The house has great historic charm and has been well maintained and updated over the years.

we have stayed there 4 consecutive years for fathers day weekend and it couldn't be better. we have a large group and it is perfect for our needs. they have always been super responsive if we needed anything.

Great home and a better location. It was perfect for our extended family summer vacation. We've been privileged to have stayed in this home on several occasions since the mid-70s, so it really did feel like home away from home. Also, from our first contact with Mountain Vacation Lodging of Vail and Beaver Creek through our entire stay, the staff could not have more professional, more helpful, or friendlier.

We celebrated my mother’s 80th birthday with our entire family of 11, which included adults, teenagers, and children. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and play games. We all enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. The location could not be better as we walked to the symphony, botanic gardens, and shopping. The only issue we had was that there were no paper towels when we arrived and wind. I contacted the property management company. It took them three days to get them to us.

I’m sorry for the late post. Our stay was the first week of February. Our annual snowboarding trip was made that much nicer because of our stay in your lovely home. The amenities (hot tub/steam room) were just what I personally needed having a recent knee replacement. Access to the mountain was easy & walkable. Couldn’t have had a better time.

The house fit us perfectly. Rooms were spacious. The kitchen had everything needed to make big meals. The location was perfect with the bus stop at the driveway.

Stayed for our daughters wedding
Chose this for location to vail Nordic golf club was a block away
Our code did not work on arrival and took 2 other codes to get in
Home needs updating - green and red rugs
Also of note there are 4 stories so quite a few stairs
Hot tub was dirty and they had to call service finally useable last day of our stay
Cleanliness was good even though home old and carpets worn
Good stay overall but would not pay this much for this home again rented another for the wedding at half the cost that was pristine

Great House for Friends and Family Ski Trip
The house is very comfortable for an array of groups, whether several couples, a large family or a combination. There is sufficient privacy when needed, but room for all to gather in the living area. It is a charming house reminiscent of days gone by, where the owners have obviously spent many happy days together.

Great location, perfect for families/
Property owner responds within minutes. Walking distance to Vail Village. Perfect for a family get together with many extras such as 3 roll away beds, high chairs, boosters, some toys. We will be back.

Incredible Location
The location on the golf course, the bus stop at the end of the driveway, the yard and the number of bedrooms were all a huge WIN in this house. We loved the deck and ate dinner out there every night! The bathrooms were updated which we appreciated. The kitchen cupboard that housed the baking bowls, baking dishes, etc was a bit unorganized but there were lots of spices and oils in the pantary. We will stay here again and look forward to coming back!

The location was perfect for getting back and forth for wedding festivities. Plenty of space for 13 of us. The porch was delightful.

60th bday
We had a great time! There were 5 couples so just one couple had full beds. Good outdoor space, flat yard for yoga and big deck where we spent so much time. Close to the village. Enjoyed sauna and hot tub. We opened windows for great breeze. Enjoyed playing “bags” even tho they were Chicago colors😊. We would go back for sure! Thank you owners!

Vail with friends
We had a great time at the "Kelly's" house with our family and friends. Lots of room and large table to play games. We enjoyed the history of the house and spending time in the mountains. The house is very close to Vail and we enjoyed walking into town.

This is the second time we have rented the house and both times have been great.

Great location and perfect for groups
This house has a great set up with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The bus stop is literally at the end of the driveway. With Covid, there was a limit on bus passengers so if we couldn’t get on the bus, it really wasn’t an issue as the walk was flat and only 8-10 minutes to the Golden Peak area.

Great for a group
Excellent location within walking distance to Vail Village, Nature Center and walking trails. Spacious house with large bedrooms - we had room for group and individual activities. We really enjoyed our stay and the real fireplace!

Perfect Vail group rental
This house is very convenient to town and can accommodate a large group very easily. Very pleased with the home and location. The bus stop to town is right across the street from the home.

Excellent location and tons of space
We loved staying at this property. The location is unbeatable, right in front of the shuttle stop and 5-min walk to Ford Park. The house is huge. We were a party of 9 adults and 8 kids, and every couple had plenty of space with a private suite and bathroom. The kids had a blast with the bunk beds and hot tub, and we all enjoyed grilling on the porch and walking around town. Only negative is the decor is very dated and the cleanliness could be better (we found some old clothes and dust on the drawers). Also, we asked about pack and plays for the babies and were told there were none, yet when we got to the house we found a crib and a pack and play. Not a big deal, but it would have been easier to not have to carry these items if they were already in the house. Other than that we had a wonderful stay. Would come again. Recommend for large groups.

All good, the only reason I ranked 4 is because property management team was not aware of actual sleeping places which causes some confusion before we arrived to the house

Great house for big family.
We loved the location. The house was right on the bus-line and near town, so if you missed the bus it was only a 10-15 minutes walk,
The house was great, a little dated but comfortable. It had lots of space for a big family and we certainly enjoyed our stay.
