Anirbanda from Rishop Clouds is a great host, and he does everything to make one's stay memorable.

Location. Clouds. Mountains. Serenity.

Over and above, staying was satisfactory.

Breakfast is OK. Room size is good. Bed and linens are ok. Behavior of staff is good.

Provision of basic requirements like one center table to put tea cups/food plates, 3 pin plug socket with tea making arrangement, foot mat near room entrance & outside toilet, water glass, calling bell, wi-fi, billing system and issue of payment receipt.etc.

Booked in Rishop Cloud. but Room allotted another near property. Rooms not allotted as shown in website.

Staff behaviour is good. Food quality is good.

Exceptional

It was a very wonderful experience. The homestay was amazing and clean. The view from the rooms are exquisite. The food was also very nice and tasty. Worth every penny Loved every bit of my stay.

Excellent location, good rooms, but understaffed. Food was not good.

I don’t know whether it is a problem of Booking.com, but we stayed at the property adjacent to Rishop Clouds Homestay with the name of Mountain Hill Resort, which we came to know was also part of this homestay. However, the pictures in booking.com was misleading as we didn’t get rooms in the building advertised.

Disappointing

The closeness to nature. The behaviour of the staff.

No facility for room heater and geyser. Limited qty of hot water is made available and that too after persuation. Food quality not good and too costly.

very bad arrangement in this New Mountain Resort homestay. Room service is very much poor. Poor cleanness. the stuff is average, but the service is so bad. No hot water facility, no TV facility, they don't maintain the hygiene.

Great food, peace and quiet with a mix of inconveniences

The food is great at this homestay. In breakfast, you are served aloo paratha with tea. For lunch, you will get rice, cauliflower, and egg curry. For dinner, you get roti and chicken curry.

Electricity coverage is poor, network and internet very scarce, geyser not available. You have to request a bucket of hot water. The beds were not very clean, bring your own bedsheets.

Overall, a negative experience. I doubt I will be going back there.

The view from the room was great. The beds were cosy. Food was alright.

The location is hard to find, it is shown completely wrong in Google Maps, so please call the property for directions before going. There is no geyser, you will be provided with buckets of hot water on request. Mobile and TV signals do not work there. The owners insist on taking their own cabs of "Rishop Syndicate" instead of any pre-booked vehicle.
