The appartment was just perfect for 3 of us to stay several days in and around Innsbruck. Well equiped, clean and comfortable. Special thanks for Josef threating us nicely! If you book here be careful the appartment is up on the hillside.

Friendly greeting from lovely hosts. Quality of apartment, with everything you could need. Lovely touch of a bottle of wine, and chocolate on the bed, waiting for us.
Very steep hill from town, with bus only going half way up. Internet was intermittent.

This place is just so authentic. You're in a house that looks like a fairy tale, right next to a bunch of cute cows, and surrounded by breathtaking mountains. You get all the quiet of nature while also being within walking distance to the city center.
Ok, yes, it's quite a walk from the city center like other reviews have mentioned. If you're out of shape like me, walking back will take some getting used to. But what do you expect booking an apartment in the mountains? It's not the property's fault. There were, however, a couple of other small issues worth mentioning:
1. We were given the ground floor apartment and heard every single noise from the guests above us during the night. If you're a light sleeper like me, make sure to ask for the top floor.
2. The wifi was spotty in certain parts of the apartment. We had to hang out in the bedroom because that was the only place we could get a proper signal.
3. We never met Josef, the owner. We were a little bummed by this because everyone wrote that he was super nice.

Great location, nice apartment, very friendly owner, cool animals.

A pleasant clean and cosy apartment situated in the Hötting district of Innsbruck. Be warned, it's located in the hills which makes for a pleasant walk down into the city centre (approx 20 mins) but it's hard going on the return, although you can get a bus about half of the way. Josef is a friendly host and was kind enough to introduce me to the cattle and sheep.

The host was amazing and very accommodating, he gave us coffee on arrival, even though we arrived too early. And the host kindly gave us a lift to meet someone on his way to work to save us relying on a taxi, aswell as giving us a lift to the airport on the day of departure to save us getting the bus.
The location was lovely with great views of the mountains and located close to a waterfall and stream coming straight from the mountain.
It is quite a walk uphill from the the Town of Innsbruck, although only about a 20 min walk from the centre of Innsbruck it was all uphill. As the week went on we did get used to it and built up more stamina. You can't have great views and not be up the hill so the views were worth the trek 😊

The apartment was very clean with a fully equipped kitchen, very easy check-in, comfortable bed, etc. The owner was very kind and hospitable, such a warm welcome to Austria! The neighborhood was very calm and close to the nature. It is around 15-20min walking to the town center and 15min by taxi to the train station (around 13€). Definitely recommended to go up to the pic of Innsbruck for a hike, 45€ per person but the view and the mountains are so worthy!

Beautiful apartment. Everything was new and well thought out. Kitchen with everything for cooking. Very clean. Caro was a fantastic host and even gave us a free voucher for the cable car. Loved the apartment and would definitely stay again.
