Brindisi 2 day stay..

This apartment is absolutely superb. The bed is very comfortable. The place is spotless. The bathroom and shower are very good. The location is 2 minutes from train station and 5 from centre, port etc. We liked the fresh croissants left for us in the morning.. Highly recommended..

Très déçu de cette attitude

Je n’ai pas trouvé l’établissement même avec l’application Waze …j’ai atterri dans un hôtel Ibis et j’ai eu la chance de trouver une chambre … Mon compte bancaire a été débité et je n’ai aucune nouvelle de Handy .. donc pas franchement satisfait ..

Handy ne m’a même pas contacté … au moins pour me rembourser de la moitié du montant

Great stuff

The room is so tidy and comfortable, but when we're there there are lots of insects and during 15 minutes after checking our clothes, we saw that all of our clothes were full of insects. That's disappointing because I have an allergy, but after we contacted the owner, he tried to send someone to help us, and she used anti insects flour, and the problem is solved in that way. But I guess if guests shouldn't open the window because of the insects, they need to put a network on the windows, additionally the shower room was leaking and the shower was broken. There are noisy sometimes because of cars. The air inside the room is awful. Hopefully, there are tasty breakfasts, and owners are so kind and help us to put our bags at the entrance after checking out. They also left the note under "Thank you" for us with pinning it to our bags. So sweet! BTW it's located in the city center and it's easy to go to popular places. The station of AP/other busses is very close. I hope the problems will be resolved soon!

Definitely not recommended, it's noisy and very old bedsheets you will not want to lie on it . I checkout 20 mins after entering the room .. didn't even want to sit on anything

it served its purpose, arrived late and left early. no complaints but impersonal by design.

it was cheap and breakfast was filling

Pleasant

Breakfast was help yourself with some fresh pastries left and room top seating area. Good location.

Property was on a main road with a lot of traffic, so quite alot of traffic noise.

Lovely place to stay in the center of Brindisi.

One of the things that we like the most was the owner of the structure, his name is Luca and is very flexible with time arrival and very kind. Thanks to him we found a parking lot near. The room was really nice and the kitchen lovely

Unfortunately finding a parking lot is not easy.

Lovely appartment, rude cleaning staff.

Nice appartment in the centre of town. Lots of room, cooking facilities, breakfast snacks. Comfy and a nice place to stay.

Checkout was 10am. The cleaners arrived at 9.30, let themselves in and starting cleaning the appartment while we were still there. They even came upstairs to the bedroom area while we were still getting changed. I rang the owner to ask for some more time who was accomodating and eventually the cleaners left. It was very awkward and embarrassing, not something I've experienced before.

Good value, but could have been better

Modern room, close to train station

The street could feel a little dodgy, even though we didn't feel unsafe at any moment. Fridge in the room was not working as well as the hair dryer. Breakfast was more of a coffee with a toast&honey.

Perfect place to stay for a budget trip

My girlfriend and I are perfectly satisfied with the hotel in any aspect and value their services more than what we've paid for. What we liked the most was the unlimited use of the clean AC which kept our room always at an adequate temperature.

The fridge was not working well and the towels were not of high quality, leaving my body some fabric after wiping.

Owner took us to another location with way way worst standard. Smelly basement with tiny window. Mold on the shower, rotten buttons in the bed. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Parking in the street was easy after 8pm was free of charge. Clean room. Coffee machine was always available. Few meters by walk you reach the train station and city centre

Budget rooms, pay another 10euro and get better accommodation

They say you pay for what you get and this sums up this property. We had messaged the host we were arriving by plane from Zurich and asked a question which he did not answer. our flight was an hour late so by the time we arrived at the property at 9pm we could not contact the owner to give us access because the Italian roaming on our phone sadly did not happen till the next day. Thankfully another couple came out of the front door after we had been knocking for ten minutes. They allowed us to use their phone to phone the owner and access our room which thankfully was on the ground floor. We forgot that breakfast was included with the room and went into the city.

I think all of the above should be in this box. The photo made the room look better than it was, quite small and not well appointed. The shower was good as was the hot water. The owner did come the next morning to collect the city tax and told us there a was breakfast up on the roof terrace. After climbing the stairs which I would say were at 45 degrees we were pleased we had gone into the city for breakfast and also pleased we had the ground floor room and not try to carry luggage up narrow steep stairs.

Superb

The room was clean and much more modernized than I was expecting. The bed was big and comfortable. There was a nice little balcony. The coffee was really good. There were also options to take it to go, as well as snacks and juices to go. I appreciated that as we were in a hurry most mornings.

Sometimes in the morning the sound of the cars outside got a little loud, but other than that it was good.
