About this villa rental
Villa Manuela is very spacious 3-bedroom luxury villa with a large terrace that hosts a private pool that can be heated in winter months (at an extra cost), a barbecue area, and private parking.
Inside, there is a spacious living room with a Smart TV including some English channels (ITV, BBC), and a large kitchen with all mod cons and a table perfect for parties of up to six people. The Master bedroom has lovely views to the pool area and hosts a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with bath. Bedrooms two (double room) and three (twin room) share a full bathroom with shower and host a queen sized bed and two single beds respectively.
A ten minute walk away you will find lively Puerto Calero, a marina full of excellent restaurants, bars and designer shops that also often hosts some of the most impressive Super yacht's of the world. Whether you enjoy relaxing with a drink and a bite to eat, or shopping for the latest designer clothes - Puerto Calero has it all.

We was allowed to check in early thanks to the app you get with all instructions on and a what’s app page as well
There was work going on building the new shopping complex but we was warned
About this before we left and it did not spoil our trip in fact we enjoyed watching the crane and builders will sat eating are breakfast

If you like a quiet Villa with a beautiful pool and lots of outdoor space this is the place is for you. 5 minutes from restaurants and an idyllic port. We spent a week here in June, the comfort of the villa allowed us to completely relax from the first day. We have two teenage kids and everyone had their own space. We will definitely be back.

Villa Manuela is a great place to stay. The villa is roomy, immaculate and well equipped but still manages to feel like a home, not just a house.
The rooms are all large with loads of storage and wardrobes and both bathrooms are massive. The kitchen is also roomy and the utility room and outdoor drying area very handy. The outdoor space is well tended and again more than enough room for the full complement of guests.
The location, a few minutes walk to the beautiful harbour in Puerto Calero (a few minutes longer on the uphill return), is spot on and there is a very pleasant (but slightly rocky) cliff top walk to Puerto del Carmen.
A few of our favourite restaurants and shops had closed since we were last here but the new Hiperdino supermarket development is coming along well which will add another great amenity to the location.
We would definitely recommend this villa but have only stayed as a couple (this feels a bit self-indulgent, but as Villa Manuela priced up the same as a small apartment in a complex, it was rude not to take advantage!).
The support from the Buenavilla team, for the very minor electrical fault we had, was immaculate and when we called to ask for help on a Sunday evening, we got to speak to someone straight away and the blown fuse was rectified within a minute with expert guidance over the phone.
If you want a holiday where you can relax from beginning to end, you can't go far wrong with this place and we will back for a third (and more) time!

2nd year at Villa Manuella. Love quiet Porto Calero and the Villa.
Great pool, nicely heated: worth the extra cost.
Could do with chairs in the bedroom, individual bed lights.
Lots of kitchen bits including super simple hob espresso coffee makers. More modern lighting and maybe better kitchen units would brighten the place.
The pool area with sun loungers is great and the covered area good when the sun is strong.
Overall good, enjoyed and hope to be back next year for a longer stay (2 weeks this year).

This is a lovely Villa with a large terrace and lovely pool. Well laid out accommodation with everything you need. Good location, 8 min walk down to the harbour and numerous restaurants and small supermarket for your everyday needs. Would recommend

We were delighted to have found this villa. It was perfect and matched the website description perfectly.
The whole booking and check in process was very easy, and the support and communication from the management company BuenaVilla was the most professional and slick we have encountered.
The villa is actually as (if not more) spacious than it looks on the photos, and in terms of kitchen apparatus, it actually seemed to have more tools than listed - not that you should really need anything other than BBQ equipment or a stroll down to the harbour's food and drinks offerings.
We love Puerto Calero anyway, and this has been the absolute stand out of our four rental in the resort of the past few years. The location will get even better when the new HiperDino supermarket opens (currently under construction, but seemingly build so as to be underground, with a very pleasant piazza/public realm at ground level) i.e. it will be a fantastic amenity for Puerto Calero, as well as an improvement to the environment rather than an eyesore.

Property is excellent for us. I was annoyed by your communication before hand and the fact that there was no written info in the property. My phone froze on the Monday of our stay so had no access to your on line info. We didn't need it but I do not want to have an app just to book a weeks holiday but a bit of info in the property abput what the symbols on the micro wave nmean is useful.

As we have stayed in Puerto Calero before we knew the area well, the villa was lovely, great location, peaceful, very clean with everything you needed, the pool was great a really good size. The local restaurants are very good, but from the villa to the harbour there is a bit of a steep hill, but plenty of parking if you have a hire car. A very relaxing stay.

Nothing was too much trouble for the management company during our stay, we needed them to fix a small issue which they did very quickly.

What a beautiful Villa !! We enjoyed a 2 week stay at this lovely villa which has a fantastic pool and outside area for relaxing. The location is great, 10 mins walk to Puerto Calero harbour and 10 min taxi ride into puerto del carmen. The villa is also in a quiet neighbourhood which we found very relaxing.
We will definitely stay again !!

We love Puerto Calero, not just for all the facilities in the Port, but the central location for getting everywhere.
Villa Manuela is very nice indeed; spacious, very well equipped and clean. It is also very private with a great patio, garden and a gorgeous big pool (we paid for heating which we reckon is essential in the winter). There was air con in each room (apart from in the bath rooms), which converted to heating, - quite nice in the early morning in the winter.
If at all we should criticise anything, we recommend an update of the en suite bathroom, especially the bath and shower.
After a late arrival on a Sunday night, we received a message from David Newton, Buena Villa's guest relations manager, welcoming us. We have rented villas on Lanzarote for years, and this has never happened before, a guest relations manager for a villa! - GREAT! David came along the next day to say hello and check us in properly, this gave us the opportunity to ask questions if there were any queries. This was new to us and a HUGE plus from Buena Villa, David and Manuel (Manager/Owner) were both excellent!
Thank you for the best three weeks ever on Lanzarote, not to forget the glorious weather of course - we are just sorting out dates for next year!

We have just had a lovely holiday with 4 adults and 2 small children. The villa was spotlessly clean with extremely comfortable beds. Well equipped with everything you need. Just a short walk downhill to the Marina with a nice selection of restaurants.

Great villa with all amenities and a lovely pool
We had a great 4 night stay at Villa Manuela in Puerto Calero. Spacious secluded villa with sleeping space for six. Indoor seating would only fit three but we spent most of the time outside, which had ample outdoor furniture. Pool was great - I would recommend buying the heating option in winter months.
Information in advance from Buena Villa was very clear. Team did tend to communicate by email or what’s app very close to time of wanting to meet when we were out in Lanzarote but were very accommodating when they missed us as not checking email on holiday. It would be helpful to agree time of check in before arriving in Lanzarote.
We would recommend heading to Playa Quemada, Yaiza or El Golfo for more authentic Lanzarote dining as the options in Puerto de Calero tend towards English options.
You definitely need a hire car if you want to head to the beach or do sight seeing.

Perfect Villa for a family holiday
Excellent communication from the BuenaVilla team during the booking process and the lead up to our villa vacation. We arrived much earlier than the check in time but were welcome to leave our luggage at the villa whilst the cleaning was completed. With restaurants and the beautiful marina only a 5 minute downhill walk away, a long lunch passed the time until our check in.
Villa was on one level (apart from a couple of steps to the bedrooms / bathrooms) which suited us as we had kids of 3 and 6 in tow. Furnished to a high standard and very clean.
Our welcome representative was very helpful and informative of the villa facilities. The villa provided filled soap dispensers, bathroom and pool towels, washing tablets, dishwasher capsules. This extended to including milk, tea,coffee and condiments all of which made our first shopping trip much easier and cheaper. I mention this because we have been on other villa holidays where none of these domestic consumables are provided (a big plus for the BuenaVilla team). The pool area, of course where we spent most of our time, was perfect with plenty of shade available. We chose this villa also based on the built in steps into the pool which suited the kids and adults alike.
In summary, our best villa holiday experience by far. If this is typical of the BuenaVilla villas then we can totally recommend the BuenaVilla team for your next villa vacation.

Nice stay, nothing magical
Firstly, there is no air-conditioning and the pool heating is extra, so not ideal for this tune if year when it can be both cold for the pool and too hot to sleep. The Villa itself is adequate, but there nothing magical or wow about it. The letting agent is a nice guy to deal with and responded immediately when contacted. Tye pool is nice and cleaning is provided.The town is an average harbour town about 500mtrs away, with lots of high priced restaurants, with varying quality. This is not for those who want any kind if entertainment at all. Theres no beach either, but is one nice hill walk. It would be suited to an older couple or a young couple, not for a family with teenagers, they will be bored by it. All in all, not a bad place but it's only ok and to be honest, I wouldn't stay again, there are better options for cheaper, plus the pool heating cost is a bit mean for a few degrees warmer, which I thought was quite sneaky. Also, it's 2018, with no air-conditioning, come on....

Outstanding experience
The villa was outstanding and had everything we needed. The standard of customer service was also excellent, they checked with us during our stay to make sure we were happy with everything. We would also like to mention the Pool Man. After he had been the pool was crystal clear, his standard of cleaning far exceeded anything we have experienced in the past. We would highly recommend this villa and will be returning.

A lovely Villa in a great location.
Villa Manuela is a very nice, well equipped Villa in a great location. The Villa is a short walk down to the shops and restaurants of Puerto Calero. Not the place to stay if you don’t like steep hills! The street is very quiet and the Villa has nice Spanish families living on either side so great for a restful break. This Villa would also be ideal for a base for a cycling holiday with bikes available to hire in advance from Lanzarote Bikes based in the Costa Calero Hotel ( a 100m walk). The management company are also very good and their communication is brilliant.
