OK.

Lage war ok - fußläufig alles gut zu erreichen. Für einen Aufenthalt von 2-3 Nächten ist die Unterkunft völlig in Ordnung. Solide Ausstattung, Küche haben wir nicht genutzt, aber grundsätzlich alles da, was gebraucht wird.

Wohnung sollte nicht mit Stadtblick und als Rollstuhlgerecht angepriesen werden. Wer gerne mit offenen Fenster schläft, sollte sich dessen bewusst sein, dass die Straße sehr laut ist. Das Bad hätte definitiv eine Auffrischung nötig, Dusche nicht wirklich schön.

Handicapés s'abstenir !

La gentillesse d'Anna, et sa disponibilité.

Ce logement n'est pas du tout équipé pour une personne à mobilité réduite, contrairement à l'annonce de Booking. Un fauteuil roulant standard ne rentre pas dans l'ascenseur, à moins de le plier !!! Lit beaucoup trop bas pour pouvoir se relever, Aucune barre ni appui dans la salle de bain, WC beaucoup trop bas. Aucun fauteuil avec accoudoirs dans le studio, etc., etc. On peut vraiment parler de publicité mensongère. Je n'ai pas pu profiter du séjour et rentre chez moi avec le dos en vrac ! Quant aux équipements de la cuisine, ils sont vraiment a minima ! Et même pas de plat à mettre dans le micro-ondes ! Bref, à part grignoter, on ne peut rien faire d'autre. Enfin, l'annonce parle du calme de la Via Montebello (ce qui est vrai), mais oublie de dire que le studio donne sur la Via dei Mille, bruyante de jour comme de nuit ! Je vous signale que l'an dernier, à Crémone par Booking, j'ai eu le même problème avec l'ascenseur !!! Je demande à Booking de vérifier et de corriger leurs descriptifs. J'estime, au regard de mes vacances gâchées, qu'une compensation financière devrait m'être versée.

Polecamy ten nocleg pod kątem i zwiedzania miasta jak i jako bazę wypadowa.

Świetna lokalizacja, idealna jako baza wypadowa do innych miast. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry, pomocny przez cały pobyt przekazanie kluczy bez problemowe. Dodatkowe atuty: sklep w budynku (Aldi) bliskość dworca, ale również dojście do centrum miasta. Mieszkanie czyste, zadbane, dobrze wyposażone.

Wszytsko było na dobrym poziomie :)

Die Lage ist optimal. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte in einer Bar in der Nähe; die Anweisungen, um in die Wohnung zu kommen waren sehr gut. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist für eine Städtereise auch vollkommen in Ordnung, wenn keine hohen Ansprüche gestellt werden und man sich - ausgenommen Frühstück - nicht oder kaum selbst versorgt und kocht. Die italienische Garage (mit Abgabe des Auto an der Einfahrt) ist etwas ungewohnt, aber absolut in der Nähe der Wohnung bzw. der Bar.

Die Wohnung ist aus unserer Sicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt ab 5 oder 6 Übernachtung weniger geeignet. Der Straßenlärm ist auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern ziemlich gut wahrzunehmen und nächtliche Frischluftzufuhr ist nahezu ausgeschlossen.

A great spot for independent travelers between station and city centre

Good position between the station and the city centre highlights. Funky space with good security and water in fridge, coffee machine and pods including decaf. Easy checkin and checkout with very good communication.

Linen is a little tired and shower unit could benefit from a refresh / deep clean. A bin in the bathrooom would be useful for women especially. The lighting in the kitchen corner is poor.

Ottima posizione e professionalità

Appartamento monolocale pulito, moderno ed accogliente. Acqua nel frigo, capsule di caffè e thè sono stati molto apprezzati. Posizione ottima a 5 min a piedi dalla stazione e altri 10 per il centro, gli host ci hanno permesso (per via della disponibilità durante le date del nostro soggiorno) di usufruire anche di late check-out che ci ha permesso di sfruttare tutta la giornata senza il peso dei bagagli. Consigliatissimo!

wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. gospodarz bardzo pomocny od samego początku tzn. przekazanie kluczy- po telefonie , że jadę z lotniska taxi , już czekał na nas. pokazanie apartamentu i wszelkie informacje które nas interesowały. adresy lokali z typowym bolońskim jedzeniem. wylot mieliśmy o 6 rano wiec na lotnisku powinniśmy być na 4 rano. niestety marconi express / pociąg na lotnisko kursuje od 5.40 . nie mieliśmy czym dojechać. gospodarz zorganizował kolegę który nas zawiózł na lotnisko. czekał na nas o umówionej godzinie. kurs z taryfą nocną 60 EURO. jechaliśmy w 4 osoby więc rachunek prosty. dla porównania bilet marconi express koszyuje 11 euro za osobę. polecam ten obiekt. bardzo dobra lokalizacja. bardzo pomocny gospodarz. wszystko okey. POLECAM!!!!

A perfect and comfortable base for exploring

The well equipped studio apartment equipped with an elevator was perfect for us. The surprised element was the fully stocked fridge with water, yoghurt, breakfast pastries, cookies and coffee capsules. The location is within walking distance to the piazza and all attractions including restaurants. It is also a short distance to the train station and the walk to to train station dragging luggages was east due the smooth walkway. A big supermarket and departmental store is next door. Highly recommended

Nothing as will stay here if we next visit.

Everything was great!

Sante was very welcoming, we arrived at midnight and he stayed up to give us the key. The apartment is everything the photos show and more, beautiful facilities and the location was also great, walking distance from the Train station. Self check-out was also a plus since we left early in the morning.

A convenient apartment to explore Bologna

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Someone had to meet us on the street to show us to the Apartment and since we walked the wrong direction from the train station the poor girl was waiting for a while. I was initially expecting an apartment sign of some sort, so in addition to getting lost, we walked up and down the street looking for the right place. There was a selection of food for breakfast but we preferred to buy breakfast cereals and fresh milk at the very convenient Aldi, right next door. We did appreciate the fruit juices and bottled water in the fridge. I thought that 2 knives, 2 forks and 2 spoons a bit skimpy, until a friend pointed out that owners have a theft problem, so they keep the supplies to a minimum. The bathroom was fine, with no shortage of hot water or towels. We really appreciated having a washing machine and the WiFi speed was fast, although I had to contact the owner about the connection since the instructions did not have the correct code. The train station was only about a 10-15 minute walk and the city centre about 20 mins. All in all we had a good stay.

Since we both read a lot, we did not like the lighting. it was not bright enough for us, but that is actually a problem in many hotels too, not unique to Smart House.

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff with good contact. Very close to the supermarket.

We found the bed rather uncomfortable. We think a thicker mattress might help. There was quite a lot of street noise, but this is Bologna.

Highly recommended!

Location - just between the main train station and Piazza Maggiore. The apartment was very clean and was equipped with everything you could need. The host was very kind, communicative and helpful, he let us check out after the set hour. A lot of sweet snacks for breakfast available.

There was a lot of noise from the street at night. Earplugs recommended!

Very clean and comfortable apartment just a few minutes walk from the center. Sante the host was really nice and provided a lot of amenities and things for breakfast in the room. we could check out late the day too. highly recommend for a short stay in Bologna

there was a tiny noise in the kitchen which didn’t stop but nothing to keep you awake all night

A perfect studio for two people. We got the keys from our landlord as soon as we arrived to Bologna and the apartment was just great! The location is excellent, nearby are good restaurants and cafes and shopping possibilities. Even museums. Will definitely come again!

The best equipped studio in Bologna

One of the most complete apartments I have ever been too. It has all the amenities needed and more and a very generous breakfast package including drinks. I would stay again 100%.

City Studio

Location: The property is about a 10-minute walk from/to the train central station. Everything to see is within a 20-minute walk from the house. There is an Aldi's next door and many cafes and restaurant options within walking distance. Apartment: Great apartment for no more than two people. The shower is great but on the small side. There is a fridge, stovetop, coffee maker, and washing machine; no dryer or microwave though. I stayed seven days so it would have been nice to take leftovers to heat up but again this is still a great apartment with very minor inconvenience. Host: Very responsive, uses WhatsApp which was great for me being from the U.S. Like others have stated the pantry and fridge were stocked with snacks and drinks including a welcome bottle of wine. Recommendation: I would stay here again, as a solo female traveler I felt safe, it was easy to get around and I even did some day trips on the train.

No real negatives of note.

Great lighting and very fast WiFi. Very convenient location (a few minutes away from both the train station and bus station). Fridge and pantry were well stocked, too.

We wanted to cook a meal or two, but there were no pots or pans in the kitchen. We would eat out most of the time. Also, the Smart TV was not working correctly. It wouldn't connect to the WiFi and we couldn't use Netflix or Amazon Prime Video

The position, actually is really close to the train station. The room, it was bright and with all the comforts. The breakfast, it was plenty of different type of beverages and biscuits for the breakfast. The owner, he was actually super kind and helpful for everything.

Fantastic location, fun apartment and good value for money.

Location, location, location!!! There wasn't a traditional breakfast, but rather the owner stocks the fridge and cabinet with all kinds of snacks and juices. We even got a bottle of wine and some beer. In the end we went out for breakfast, but had all kinds of munchies when we'd come back late.
