About this apartment rental

Ground floor 2 bedroom apartment which sleeps 4 Ideal for children. Lounge with corner suite, which leads to galley kitchen which is fully equipped with oven and microwave. Washing machine and washing line in outside utility area. Bathroom with bidet, bath and shower. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and plenty of storage for clothes and a safe. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds with also built in wardrobes. Lounge has comfortable corner suite, dining table and chairs, television, DVD player, Wifi and English Television. Also a selection of DVDS, games and books. There is a large outside front patio which has a table and chairs and lemon tree for those that like a slice of lemon in their drink. Air Conditioning for the summer months and a facility for hot air in the winter months. There is also electric fires if required in the winter months. Fans are also provided. A selection of beach items also available. We have tried to make the apartment like home from home to ensure people have a relaxing holiday.
There is also a highchair, travel cot, baby bath and steriliser available for those with small families.

There is a shared communal swimming pool situated at the back of the property which is accessible through security gates. There is a shallow end for the children and a deeper end for the adults.

San pedro is a small typically Spanish town but does have some of the modern twists so the best of both worlds are catered for. There is a large market on a Monday where you can buy fresh produce. Nearby supermarkets either a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute walk. The Mar Menor is a 30 minute walk or a 10 minute drive. Here you will find a large beach which is very safe for the children as the water is not very deep and water sports for you too enjoy.

Bars and restaurants can also be found here. Near to the apartment is a shop and a few bars where you can get a meal. There is also a small park opposite and a 5 minute walk away you will find the Thalasia which has a Spa and pools for everyone to use at a charge.
Murcia is very popular for Golf as there are courses nearby in Campomor and surrounding areas.

Key holders are nearby and can provide information and help with any problems.

A changeover charge of €50 is payable to the key holders upon arrival.
Welcome pack can be provided at an extra cost for those that have a late flight.
Murcia airport is 50 minutes drive away or Alicante is about 1 hour drive. San pedro is a 15 minute walk away and the beach is a 30 minute walk. There is a ice cream parlour 10 minute walk away. The salt lakes are ideal for bird watchers and nature lovers just a short walk away.
There is a kebab restaurant located next to the Thalasia and is very reasonable.

If you want a relaxing break and enjoy this beautiful area San Pedro still holds those traditional values but with a twist or glimpses of modern culture.

We stayed for 5 weeks and the location suited us very well with easy access to the town, port, salt lakes, sea front, shops and local bars and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the west facing terrace which gets the sun almost until sunset. The property had everything we needed during our stay. The local manager was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. She was easy to contact during our stay when we needed to. The owner also responded well to communications. Overall a very enjoyable holiday and we would definitely stay there again. Thank you.

Cosy and comfortable . Everything we needed. Very pleased with how close it was to the supermarket, the English pub . Enjoyed walking to the salt flats, the port and the local plaza and market

For us the location was where we wanted to be having visited this area many times The property was clean and had everything we needed, also catered very well for families having all baby equipment We looked into this as we have a young grandson Owner and property manager were both very good with communication and prior to arrival we received messages from both Property manager had our number as we had theirs and check in was prompt to our arrival We were also asked if we needed any provisions put in before we arrived as the property manager would have provided these with us to pay for on meeting Overall lovely location, accommodation and perfect communication

El televisor no funcionaba bien lo ponías en un canal y se pasaba a otro sin tocar el mando, las paredes de la vivienda necesitan pintura y la limpieza queda que desear,la ubicación de la casa está genial para ir con familia y el pueblo es super tranquilo nos encantó.

No lo recomendaría a nadie. Ni siquiera pasamos allí ni una noche. Solicitamos la anulación del contrato. Estaba indecentemente sucio. Azulejos con restos de comida pegados, tostadora oxidada, horno y bandeja muy sucio, goma de la nevera rota y mofosa, utensilios de aseo personal de propietarios o antiguos inquilinos en cajones, bañera llena de pelos y mucho polvo. En resumen salvo que hagan una limpieza a fondo no lo recomendaría. Agradezco a la propietaria que haya aceptado anular el contrato. La ubicación es excelente y zona tranquila.

Very nice property. Very comfortable and homely. It is in a good position. Walking distance to the beaches of the Mar Menor, the Med. and the town square where there are lots of really good restaurants and tapas bars. Great facilities in apartment including british tv with a full sky package. Which was great for watching football. We had a great time here and would book again for another holiday. San Pedro is a lovely Spanish town and a great base if on a golfing holiday as there are many courses close by.

lovely winter stay lots of sun with in back yard or afternoon sun on the patio. lovely quiet area but with enough properties being lived in to make it feel a comfortable and residential. your own lemon tree to scrump from and good tv internet links. property was well equipped and easy to manage.
