Villa 61 is positioned on the lagoon, in a fully gated, secluded community, South Shores providing a wonderful Holiday atmosphere in a resort like setting.

Villa 61 has free WiFi.

It is a fully air conditioned 2 storey holiday home with open kitchen / living area, 3 bedrooms plus 4th bedroom / family room, 2.5 bathrooms, laundry, 2 outside deck areas and 2 undercover car parks all set up to provide all the comforts required to have a prefect holiday.

There are 2 solar heated pools and a private board walk to the beach for you to enjoy. You'll have full use of both swimming pools and lawn areas with BBQ and tables plus a basketball ring.

The north facing aspect of villa 61 on the lagoon ensure an all-day enjoyment of the stupendous view without the western sun in your eyes needing you to draw the blinds.

Open the bi fold doors and enjoy the sea breeze and lagoon view.

Have BBQ on the upper deck or just sit around and enjoy the truly relaxing atmosphere.

Villa 61 south shores can easily accommodate 3 families, sleeping up to 12 people. The bedding configuration has been arranged to allow for 2 bedrooms with queen bed and 2 family type rooms. One with a double sofa bed plus 2 sets of bunks and the other family room with 2 queen futons. Porta cot, and high chair available.

Family room containing 2 queen futons has a 42’ flat screen TV and ping pong table, an absolute success with the teenagers and provides hours of family fun.

The 3rd bunk bedroom has bi-fold door that open up onto a private deck overlooking the lagoon.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped you won’t want for anything.

We have stayed at different villas at South Shores over the past five years, and have thoroughly enjoyed it. Unfortunately we found this villa to be a bit lacking in the basics compared to all the others we have stayed in. There was no coffee pod machine, no hairdryer and the television wasn't a smart tv so unable to watch anything other than basic television. It was also very small and low for the area in which it was in. The quilt cover in the master bedroom was dirty as were the cushions in the living area. The door handle was very loose and the some of the knobs on the side tables came off when opened. All in all for the price it was a tad disappointing.

This is our second time here as a group of 3 generations and it ticks all of our boxes: - lots of spaces in the villa for everyone to have some me time - pool for the children - lovely walk to a lovely beach - plenty of space for the children to play - quiet, private and secure location - plenty of places to eat nearby, plus a supermarket - day trips to Victor Harbor, Goolwa and McLaren Vale Just one request for next year - yes we have booked again - could we please have some lovely comfy chairs /sunbeds on the deck for reading, evening drinks, and naps?! That would be awesome :) -

Perfect location

I stayed here with friends over the weekend and we had a great time. The house was ideal for us (4 adults) as we could each have our own room. We had an issue with one of the internal doors but a quick call to the owner had it sorted out. We walked to the Main Street each evening which took around 20 minutes along the main road which is not lit but has a wide walk way. Perfect access to the beach. It was cool while we were there so we did not use the pools but we would love to return in warmer months and make more of the facilities. We may even bring the children next time.

Situated in a great spot with beautiful beach on the doorstep & short drive to main street. Great amenities, pools, bbq & grasses areas, parking. Accomodation roomy, airy, comfortable, functional with everything you need for a couple of families. Our 2nd stay here & will be back for sure.

Wonderful spot and great set up for our family with bunks and seperate rumbas room with fold out futons, tv and table tennis table. The pools, bike track (kids) and beach made for a relaxing stay. One small issue was the amount of spider webs in the eves and outside - a bit more focus on this would have made this a 5 star for us.

So relaxing to stay somewhere kids can safely ride around on their bikes independently. The pool was chilly in March but kids did not care. The accommodation was comfy and we loved the views of the lagoon from the deck. The kitchen was well equipped - we hosted a barbie for three families and there were plenty of plates, cutlery etc. BYO DVDs and coffee plunger/machine.

We enjoyed our stay. Table tennis great success as was the swimming pool. Lovely view of the lagoon and bird life and easy access to the beach. Well equipped kitchen with notable exception of a coffee pot, which was greatly missed, as was salt to go with the pepper.

The house is big and spacious. My family and friends had a nice and relaxing time. We loved the small park and the walk to the beach. Angela and Tina are wonderful hosts they are easy to talk to. When you rent the place just bring your own condiments and cooking needs.

My friends and I had a lovely weekend away here. The property was large and spacious with lots of natural light. All of the beds and furniture were in good condition and the house was fully stocked with games, books and loads of other things to entertain. Lots of luggage storage. We did have to do a quick clean upon entry as a few things were a bit dusty/dirty, there was huge amounts of bird droppings on the outdoor furniture and the barbecue was really dirty. Not a huge drama, it was sparkling in 10 minutes. All of the bedding and kitchen items were clean and fresh, and the beds were pretty comfy too! I would suggest bringing extra toilet paper if you have a large group as there was only 3 rolls in the house with 12 guests. Also, bath mats and dishwashing liquid. The guests staying in the garage/rumpus room on the futons were so cold in there on the first night that we had to put heaters in there to warm it up. Bring extra blankets. Communication with the property owners was excellent and the check in process was super easy. I would definitely stay here again, it was great!
