El lugar es muy bello, limpio, tranquilo, Mauricio es una persona muy tranquila y amable. Todo perfecto con los servicios que se ofrecen en la app. una casa muy bien dotada.

A acomodação é ótima. Confortável, banheiro limpo e arrumado, tem microondas, pia, cafeteira, ar condicionado. O senhor Maurício, que nos recebeu, é muito simpático. Quando chegamos não tínhamos todo o dinheiro em mãos para pagar a nossa estadia e ele nos levou até o banco para tirar o dinheiro e depois no levou ao supermercado para fazer compras.

Apesar da acomodação ser muito boa ela está há meia hora a pé do centro e um pouco mais das praias mais famosas. Sendo assim, é necessário alugar um carro porque o ônibus por ali é mais difícil de utilizar.

Todo excelente con respecto a las instalaciones y la atención del señor Mauricio, antes de llegar al departamento nos llevo a un super para que pudiéramos hacer nuestras compras, las habitaciones estaban bien equipadas y la piscina espectacular y lo mejor es que está abierta 24 horas.

Great property but location sucks if you have no car

The property itself was great. Functional a/c, spacious room, comfy bed, good wifi, fridge in room and access to shared kitchen outside

Not exactly the property’s fault but the location is awful if you dont have a car / an unlimited taxi budget. Its super far from everything and minimum 30 mins walk from anything remotely interesting

Belles destination pour les amoureux, de sable blanc et d’un climat rude, sans restriction COVID

Le patron très serviable et accueillant. A tjs répondu rapidement aux questions et messages à travers la plateforme Booking.com. De plus, quand nous sommes arrivés est venu nous chercher à l’aéroport et nous a vite montré le bord de mer et quelques hotspots locaux. Au top merci à lui!

Excepcional, cómodo, central y tranquilo.

Fue una excelente experiencia en todo el sentido de la palabra; es muy limpio y cómodo, tiene aire acondicionado funcional, la zona compartida de la piscina es muy agradable y el anfitrión es muy atento y cordial. También quiero resaltar que el lugar de ubicación es muy central y todo queda muy cerca hacia el norte y sur del país.

Todo nos gusto.

Excellent Hospitality in Aruba!

The host family was so friendly and helpful! They are so knowledgeable and they told me where to go. Also, the host Maurits took me to the local market and showed me around. He didn't have to do that but that was so nice of him. I also met other travelers and they were friendly too. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would book with them again.

There are a lot of dogs barking in the area. I was able to sleep but you can hear them during the night. Also, I wish that the surrounding areas had more lights so you can see where you are going.

Best house to stay in Aruba

The best host I met. Maurits gave us a mini city tour,take us to the market and were extremely helpful in all other questions. The pool and facilities were awesome. Very well recommended.

The owner mister Maurits is very friendly and very service oriented. He arranged for us to rent a car at a affordable rate. He came to pick us up at the airport. And recommended us which places to visit and restaurants to eat at.

The apartment was nice and clean, also the garden with the pool. location was very quiet so we had a great night's sleep. The owner was very nice and helpful, offering lots of great advice on the island. We could park either inside or on the street, there were always plenty of spaces.

The kitchen and pool area were very nice and the room was comfortable.

We had a misunderstanding with the price, I had a different price in my Booking app, and they had a higher one, at the end I paid more. However, the bad part was that one of the staff told us that "they always have problems with Colombians because of this difference in price", it was very aggressive, even telling us "if you dont pay what I'm telling you, go find another place to stay". Additionally, the bathroom sink was clogged since we arrived, we tried to contact them the first and second day without any luck (we had to brush our teeth in the shower). I had to write them through booking, they fixed it but telling us "it was our fault since they found rice in the sink" however we never cooked or brought rice into the room. Again, it felt that they were not trying to help or to be kind to us since arrival.

Great value for money! Good location if you rent a car!

Maurits were extremely kind to us all the time. He picked us up at the airport and took a short tour around the zone to show us some spaces to eat, closest beach, etc. We had an issue with one of the rented bicycles but at the following day he took his time to fix it, unfortunately, I got sick and couldnt use it again though.

Twice when using the shower, the energy came down due to the high amount of energy the heater was pulling. Maurits fixed it at the same time, but it was a little inconvenient.

Small rooms, tight space but good for a short stay

Nice clean pool. Rooms were small but clean.

Did not provide the King room I Booked although I demanded it. Rooms are very small. Advertised at 50 sq meters and I measured them generously at 28 sq meters. Beds advertised as Queen size and measured them to be small double beds. No tables in the room or counter space to prepare foods or anything. Just two beds and a fold out couch. About half the size of a typical American hotel room. Space around the outside pool and kitchen is small, very tight.

The apartment is very good located 7 min away from the city. And if i have to go back to aruba this is definitely my first choice.

The facilities (microwave, kitchen, pool, AC, large bathroom, etc). The hosts are very friendly and they gave us important recommendations about places and transportation by bus. It's close to the McDonald's and you can walk 20 minutes to get the bus station and downtown.
