Villa Flying Dragon is an OVO Network property. It is a stunning 180m2 villa for 8 in Talloires, has two very different yet equally magnificent views of Lake Annecy.

With its outdoor living space comprising of pool, terraces, balconies, dining area, lounge area, and established landscaped gardens, the villa is a superb location in the summer. You can even watch paragliders coming in to land at the nearby landing zone from the comfort of the hammock on the terrace!
PLEASE NOTE : the property is situated on the main road from the Aravis mountains down to the lake, which makes it very convenient to visit the area but does mean that in busy periods there can be a fair amount of traffic.
Indoors the spaces are flooded with daylight, thanks to the many floor to ceiling windows. In fact our overriding impression from visiting the villa is of the amount of blue visible in the natural green landscape, provided by the sky, the lake, and the pool. Originally the villa housed an apartment and a main house, so there are two kitchens, two dining spaces, two living spaces, with 4 bedrooms. There are two bathrooms at the property, plus three toilets.
A car is needed for a stay at Flying Dragon, and as the property is split across three levels it is perhaps not ideal for those with limited mobility.
Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included.
IMPORTANT : the pool is available and heated from the beginning of May to October 15. However, should you book a week early May or late October, we strongly advise you to contact us to check the pool availability for your dates. PLEASE NOTE : the property is situated on the main road from the Aravis mountains down to the lake, which makes it very convenient to visit the area but does mean that in busy periods there can be a fair amount of traffic.

We accept a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

Lovely and modern villa with stunning views of Lake Annecy and its surrounding mountains. Inside the villa, you have all the comforts (spacious, comfortable beds, air conditioning in each room, well-equipped kitchen). The local road is directly next to the garden and quite busy/noisy during the day. Despite the size of the terrace, we were missing some cozy spots to relax and some decent chairs to sit in. There are a lot of activities to do in the neighborhood (although it's very busy during high season). The heated pool is very nice.

We just spent a lovely week in this special place. The views are sensational and it was well-equipped and immaculate. Valerie, the property manager, could not have been more helpful. The only possible negative would be the noise from the road, but it didn't particularly bother us. Many thanks.

We stayed for a week in June with two young children (1 and 3). The villa was awesome. It had a wonderful location between two beautiful villages. The pool was refreshing and provided a welcome relief from the heat! The location was perfect for sitting and watching the paragliding.

A good place for families. It has all things for cooking, entertainment, and daily needs for a holiday house. Depending on traffic and time of the day, it can take up to 25 mins by car to reach Annecy.

Jolie maison qui est bien équipée et bien située. La vue est imprenable, et l'accueil était chaleureux. Nous avons apprécié la piscine et les bons restaurants dans les environs.

Les photos du site correspondent parfaitement à la maison. Tout était parfait et un merci tout particulier à Valérie qui nous a accueulli et qui a fait que notre séjour soit parfait.

Une très très belle maison mais pas tout à fait au calme en été
Nous avons passé deux semaine dans la Villa Flying Dragon à Talloires en juillet 2021 voici ce que je peux en dire:

++++ Superbe, moderne et fonctionnelle
++++ Une vue extra dont on ne se lasse pas
++++ Une grande piscine super agréable et chauffée
++++ Tout est très propre
++++ Hyper bien équipée( portail automatique, grandes places de parking, piscine, grande cuisine avec tout ce dont vous pouvez rêver, écrans plats, PS4 avec des jeux, grandes salles de bains, climatisation partout, volets roulants, grand jardin avec plantes aromatiques et j’en passe !)
++++ Idéalement située pour permettre de profiter du lac ainsi que des principales attractions aux alentours comme le parapente par exemple, mais…
Les moins:
--- … une maison située sur une route très fréquentée par les véhicules l’été: C’est bruyant en journée et si vous laissez une fenêtre ouverte parfois vous serez réveillés par un motard enthousiaste en pleine nuit (Attention en hivers ne tenez pas compte de ce commentaire: avec les fenêtres fermées et l’absence d’activité estivale, ce point négatif est à oublier).

Like a dream !
Waking up in this house is like waking up in a dream... We had an amazing week in this cosy, warm and fabulous setting ! We enjoyed the snow in La Clusaz, long walks around the lake, visiting Annecy... If we regret one thing, it is that we couldn't stay any longer ! We'd love to come back one day. Many thanks to Valérie the manager for her great service.

Amazing Family Friendly Home
We loved our stay in Lake Annecy. This amazing home is perfect for families and close to all the best activities that the region has to offer. The quaint towns of Talloires and Menthon St Bernard are less than 5 min drive away both with great food, beaches and sports activities. We loved coming home in the afternoon and going for a swim in the heated pool and watching the paragliders sail above us and land only a few hundred metres in front of us. The home is very modern with great sized bedrooms and plenty of space to escape if you have larger groups.
We would definitely come back again!

Spectacular villa with a spectacular view
The villa is ideally located over Talloires. It is on the main Col de la Forclaz road, so is busy and can be noisy at times. The villa is modern and well equipped, all though not lived in so missing some basics. However, the owner is keen to take onboard all feedback and quickly remedy any concerns. All rooms were immaculately clean, as were the pool, decking and outdoor BBQ. All the furniture are good quality, the beds and pillows were outstanding. The villa is ideal for a large family for a long stay, making an ideal base for the lake and mountains.

Fantastic holiday
We have had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful villa. We loved the pool and the spectacular views.
We also enjoyed : the beach at Talloires, visiting Annecy, great cycling and the highlight - parascending! The villa was very comfortable, spacious and stylishly equipped, and we were made very welcome by Valerie.
Things we liked in the area : cycler's paradise, amazing scenery, good restaurants, beautiful towns, and nice beaches.

De très bons souvenirs
Nous avons séjourné à la villa pour fêter Noël 2017 en famille. Nous en garderons un fabuleux souvenir : la maison est très bien conçue et la vue est à couper le souffle. Le paysage change en permanence, c’est magique ! On se sent tout de suite extrêmement bien dans la villa. Il y fait doux et la literie est digne des plus grands palaces ! Tout le nécessaire est à disposition. Il y a énormément d’activités à faire dans les alentours si bien qu’en une semaine nous n’avons pas pu faire tout ce que nous aurions voulu. Enfin un grand merci au manager qui, sachant que nous venions avec des enfants, avait pris le temps de nous préparer un beau sapin !

We recommend a visit to "Tweedle Tea" a bakery/tea room in Menthon St Bernard - fantastic cakes. And a trip to La Clusaz, towards to Lac des Confins is worth it, for some more amazing mountain views !

A villa to enjoy 100%
A spectacular villa in a quiet area on the side of a hill, with an impressive view. Fully equipped, big beds and a large well-designed kitchen ... everything we needed. The hot tub is a great place to relax. We spent lovely days in the swimming pool watching the paragliders in the sky. The views from the terrace and the swimming pool are spectacular, you can't see the neighbours - it's a peace and quiet that enables you to totally disconnect. It's an ideal base for visiting Switzerland, Annecy, Chamonix and Lake Geneva, which are all fairly close.
