Chalet La Frasse is an OVO Network property. This 6 bedroom 3 bathroom terraced chalet for 12, is set over 4 floors ,150 metres squared of floor space.

With an attic that has been transformed into a haven for children, with a play space as well as two bedrooms under the sloping eaves, the property on the road up to the Cret du Merle, has simply beautiful views across the trees to Beauregard in La Clusaz.
Chalet La Frasse is also next door neighbour to another OVO Network property - Chalet Charmar, with a capacity of 13, so for larger groups (up to 25) wanting to holiday with lots of friends, why not book both properties together?
The main living space has a large flat screen TV and a wood burning stove, in the large lounge area and a spacious dining room overlooking the garden to the rear of the property and the kitchen.
This property will be ideal for families with kids of similar ages, or for groups of friends. The access to the piste is good and within 150m, it's possible to ski back via the woods above the chalet to arrive in the back garden.
Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included.
Please note the parking is a short 40m walk from the chalet. The children's area at the top of the house is under the eaves and has low sloping ceilings. The access road to the chalet can be very challenging in the winter, please ensure your vehicle is suitably equipped. IMPORTANT: if you decide to book Chalet La Frasse together with Chalet Charmar or Chalet Zamaro next door, please be aware that none of the property's dining tables can accomodate more than the capacity of each rental.

We accept a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

The equipment of the chalet is very good, everything is really available. Cyril helped us very well and responded quickly to questions. It was about a 5-minute walk to the nearest ski piste. We would love to come back.

Il est très bien équipé. La vue sur le plateau de Beauregard est superbe. La literie et les oreillers sont top. Les échanges avec Cyril, le manager du chalet, étaient très bien (il a de supers conseils, il est réactif, il est à l'écoute, il est top!) Peut-être qu'on reviendra un hiver!

Very lovely chalet

Superbe chalet sur les hauteurs de La Clusaz
Très beau, vue exceptionnelle sur la vallée, très bien équipé, vaste, en bref: tout ce que l'on demande pour se retrouver en groupe (nous étions 4 adultes et 9 enfants). Les alentours sont calmes et verdoyants. Enfin, l'accueil est très soigné/haut de gamme ce qui facilite l'accès mais aussi le quotidien avec de nombreux conseils de Cyril. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et je recommande chaudement cet immense chalet.

Excellente appréciation générale pour l'ensemble de cette location qui correspondait parfaitement à notre attente.
Chalet dont la rénovation récente offre un haut niveau d'équipement ( cuisine contemporaine, sanitaires et salles de bain ). Chalet bien exposé bénéficiant d'une belle vue et d'un ensoleillement permanent.
Une mention particulière pour la qualité de l'accueil et de la réactivité de Céline notre interlocutrice qui a répondu à toutes nos demandes pendant notre séjour.
Location à recommander.

Un très beau séjour
Ce fut un très beau séjour dans un chalet très confortable et très pratique puisque l'on pouvait partir skis aux pieds chaque matin.
Le centre ville est assez éloigné et l'accès peut s'avérer difficile par la route en cas de fortes chutes de neige.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable.
L'accueil était très bien organisé et le chalet très bien préparé. La configuration du chalet permet d'être nombreux sans se gêner. Les chambres sont très confortables et bien isolées du séjour. L'espace enfants au troisième est bien conçu. Au rez-de-chaussée la buandrie est très complète et le sèche-chaussure a été très apprécié. Et le beau temps était de la partie...

Bravo pour le chalet!
Nous avons inauguré la saison d'hiver 2015/2016. Malheureusement pour nous la neige est en retard... Peu de pistes ouvertes mais les enfants ont cependant pu skier toute la semaine à l'ESF. Nous avons profité des routes dégagées et du beau temps pour découvrir la région qui est splendide ! Bravo pour le chalet, tout est parfait! La situation, la vue, l'aménagement de très bon goût, l'équipement de qualité... merci pour tout.

Nous serions bien resté encore un peu plus longtemps !!
Nous habitons la région , mais nous voulions rassembler nos amis au pied des pistes. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. C'est très agréable d'arriver ski au pied sur la terrasse ! Le chalet est magnifique, fonctionnel et très bien placé ( la salle de jeux, le sèche chaussure, le poêle et tout le reste étaient top !!).

Séjour superbe dans votre très beau chalet: nous avons apprécié l'aménagement intérieur, l'équipement électroménager et la vue!!! L'accès aux pistes de ski est facile. Votre manager a été parfaite!

Un chalet très très agréable.
Situé sur la route du crêt du Merle, il est isolé de l'agitation et du bruit du centre. Tout est paisible à l'extérieur comme à l'intérieur. Ce chalet a été rénové de manière intelligente aussi est-il confortable et facile à vivre. Son balcon et sa terrasse orientés à l'ouest nous on fait bénéficier d'un soleil radieux jusqu'au coucher. La vue y est d'ailleurs superbe! Merci également à la manager, d'une rare gentillesse.

A great week
The chalet is large and very pretty - we spent a lovely week there. A little tip for the guest - there is a short cut through the forest just after Le Bercail restaurant. But you'll need to be a good skier because there is a lot of powder! Thank you very much and we'll see you soon.

We had a wonderful stay here
There's a lot to do in La Clusaz and surrounding areas. Wa also had a lovely day out at the Lake Festival in Geneva ! The chalet is wonderful, it's well equipped and has fantastic views. We were very comfortable here. The kids (aged 3 and 6) loved the playroom too. Thank you for making everything so comfortable for us.

We had a great time; the resort is super friendly with good skiing and the chalet beautifully renovated. Our kids enjoyed the independence of the upper floor and access to the slopes, even at the end of the season, was simple.

We had a wonderful time in your chalet!
We were 5 children and 6 adults, for the 1st time in La Clusaz. Our oldest ones did have ski lessons for the first time in their lives and they really enjoyed it. We felt very comfortable in your chalet: from the first day it felt like HOME! As an architect I love the way you designed and finished your house. Thanks for the hospitality. We had a first nice experience in the snow.

Can't wait to return!
We were lucky enough to be the first people in - gorgeous apartment, very comfortable and well appointed - we had a fabulous holiday here. We loved the hot tub and sauna, decor, excellent skiing and beautiful scenery. Any initial teething problems were promptly sorted out by Nicolas and Aurelie, and Ski Mobile also gave a fantastic service. Olivia H
