Nestled in the freshness of a beautiful Mediterranean garden, the Residence offers an exceptional location with a panorama of the three golden islands of the Levant, Port Cros and Porquerolles and the Fort de Brégançon Residence of the President of the Republic.
Located to the west, a few steps from the Miramar marina, the Bay of Islands has a large sandy beach, Miramar Beach. Access to the beach is direct from a path that starts from the steps of the residence without road to cross.
This residence offers a special way of life with unspoiled nature, free of vehicle traffic with the possibility for children to go from the port to the beach safely. This relaxing beach, very spacious beach with fine sand. You can swim in a guarded space with a lifeguard station in season. It is also equipped with toilets and showers. It will be the playground for children, a starting point for long walks or bike rides and a fabulous swimming area suitable for all or a discovery by the sea of the wild and natural coastline.
Its large Bastidon pine forest will be an ideal place for naps and picnics or to come and pet the donkeys.
After sunbathing, you can go to the shopping center very close to your residence, where you will find small local shops, as well as a CINEMA.
