Ich hatte kein Frühstück, LAge o.k.

Mein Schlafzimmer hatte keine Tür, Anstelle eines Fensters war ein winziger Wintergarten davor, so dass man keine frische Luft zum schlafen hatte. Der Fernseher war defekt.

Frühstücksbuffet. Habe spontan darauf verzichtet, als ich es sah. Auch der frühstücksraum war eher deprimierend. Da ich von Silvester auf Neujahr dort übernachtet habe, gab es im Kühlschrank/Flur lediglich 2 Flaschen stilles Wasser…

Wir werden Lüneburg garantiert wieder besuchen.

Sehr aufmerksames und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstück war einfaches Buffett aber ausreichend.

Das Gebäude bietet einen besonderen Anblick. Die Sanitäranlagen könnte eine Reparatur vertragen.

Ein rundum gelungener Kurztrip

Das Personal war super freundlich und hat uns sogar mit unserem Koffern geholfen, da wir im obersten Stock untergebracht waren, was nicht immer selbstverständlich ist. Vielen Dank!

Selten so freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal erlebt.

Die Freundlichkeit, Serviceorientiertheit und die Zuvorkommenheit der Mitarbeiter. Super Lage des Hotels

Die obigen positiven Punkte konnten nicht darüber hinwegtäuschen, dass das Hotel einen Renovierungsstau hat und in die Jahre gekommen ist.

Lüneburg war sehr schön, das Hotel weniger.

Das Hotel war mitten im Zentrum. Viele Restaurants waren in nächster Umgebung.

Das nächste Parkhaus war ca. 600 m vom Hotel entfernt. Man konnte nicht an das Hotel heranfahren, sondern musste die Koffer tragen. Es gab im Hotel keinen Fahrstuhl. Zimmer lagen aber auch in der dritten Etage.

Great location. Highly recommended. Would stay here again.

Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Central location. Perfect for sightseeing in Lüneburg. Very friendly and accommodating staff. On the first night we had very rowdy and inconsiderate neighbors, but the management very competently dealt with the problem - full marks for management leadership!

No elevator.

Beatiful building, but not well kept inside

Room and breakfast good.

The hotel were in poor condition. We were locked out off the hotel in the evning because the lock did not work. It tok a long time before we help arrived.

Superb

The service was very nice. We got a phone call at the morning of the arrival and could agree a earlier entrance to the room which was very nice. Cause we had a appointment for a weeding. So it was very nice to fresh up after the long way. Next time in Lüneburg we will chose the hotel again.

Perfect location for a short stay

This lovely old hotel is situated right in the center of beautiful Lüneburg where you can walk to everything or rent a bike about two blocks away to get around faster. We stayed on the top floor (80 steps up?), no elevator but we didn't mind as we live in Amsterdam. Our rooms were on the front of the building with a view over the many red brick roofs, with a little sitting area so a good sized room (#8). The owners explain everything which is great as they are not at the property at night.

Parking lot a little far away near the famous water tower but only €10 a day so worth the walk.

Staff were really helpful. The property is very clean. It’s central.

It’s quite outdated and could do with a refurb. I only stayed at the hotel to sleep and not somewhere you would spend any time other than to sleep.
