Its a lovely 100sqm apartment with 2 balconies. Newly painted with a new master bathroom and new kitchen (see photos). Fully self contained one bedroom apartment, however the second bedroom is locked up and is NOT available.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a large ensuite bathroom.
Full second bathroom with laundry facility - FL washer/dryer/ldry tub.
Private balcony overlooking the beach to the north. Well equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hot plates, rangehood and fully equipped with utensils. Includes POD coffee machine, sandwich maker, rice cooker, slow cooker. Ceiling fans and cross ventilation in the living area and bedrooms. 2 Lifts to all floors from your secure under ground car park. Internet access via WIFI (ADSL2) is installed, is unlimited and FREE !

The whole apartment is yours for your stay. Direct beach access, Full size tennis court, 22m heated swimming pool, wading pool, bbq facilities, garden, squash court, gymnasium, games room, heated spa, sauna and steam room, remote garage to secure parking. Fully fenced and secure. In house Indonesian restaurant.

We will meet you on arrival and show you through the apartment and the resort facilities. There is a resort managers desk for information and enquiries during your stay. We live locally and are readily contactable and can assist with most things should you need it.

The apartment is approx 100 square meters and is on the 12th floor and totally private as the highest nearby buildings are only 4 levels. The apartment outlook is to the east and north and west so you get sunrise to sunset. It's fully self contained and furnished, including beach towels and beach umbrella, tennis rackets/balls, table tennis bats/balls. Also there is a 711 store and a McDonalds across the road and 'walk to' coffee shops and cafes nearby. The apartment has 2 balconies : Balconies are very dangerous for young children and its your responsibility to take due care. You can lock both balcony doors and there is an additional slip bolt at the top of those doors.
