Bedroom 3 has a double bed ,pocket sprung mattress and views to the rear garden.
All the bedrooms have bedside cabinets, wardrobes and sets of drawers for your clothes.
The family bathroom is located from the hallway which has a large bath, shower, sink and WC.
The open plan living, dining and kitchen area completes the property. This vast area has a vaulted oak ceiling, huge sliding doors that access the terraces and french doors to the sun deck. There is a large oak dining table comfortably seating 6, sofas and chairs to relax in after a busy day and plenty of space for everyone.
The well equipped kitchen has everything you need, whether it's a full Sunday lunch or just breakfast.....you are on holiday after all. Large fridge/freezer, hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer and dryer (located in the basement) complete the essentials.
Moving outside there is a dining table on the lower terrace, chairs on the upper terrace all enjoying the spectacular views. The lawns wrap around the front of the property and the basement area is accessed here too....there is a BBQ, surf boards, fishing nets, wind break etc.
At the rear of the property there is a deck with sofas and chairs to catch the afternoon sun.
Our property is ideally placed above the fishing port of Newlyn, between Penzance and Mousehole. The pebble beach is around a 10 minute walk away with sandy beaches at Marazion (overlooking St.Michael's Mount) a 10 minute drive. Land's End, Sennen Cove, Porthcurno and the Minnack outdoor theatre are all easily accessible as is St.Ives. The bungalow itself is set down a footpath which leads from the parking space and garage.
The property is close to all that Newlyn has offer, including the famous Mackerel Sky seafood tapas bar and The Tolcarne Inn gastro pub. The area also boasts an independent arthouse cinema, art gallery, Jelbert's homemade ice cream, pasty shop, cheese shop and art school.
The idyllic village of Mousehole is just 2 miles away and is a lovely place to go for lunch and a wander along the harbour. The Old Coastguard pub serves delicious local food and a superb Sunday Lunch that's not to miss. The Rock Pool cafe is a must on sunny days, with its tucked-away sea-front location and extensive food and cocktail list.
The bustling town of Penzance is just a mile away, and it's just a short walk to the newly renovated promenade and famous Art Deco outdoor saltwater swimming pool. The town has an array of independent shops, and you can pick up a ferry from the harbour for a day's wildlife trip (you even may see seals and dolphins!). At low tide you can venture across the causeway to St Michaels Mount and spend the day exploring the isolated island with its historic castle and gardens. There are also ferries at high tide.
This part of Cornwall is home to a stunning selection of beaches and coastal walks; Cape Cornwall and the wonderful Minack Theatre are just 8 miles, whilst Lands End is also within close reach. We would highly recommend picking up the walk from Lands End to Nanjizal Cove - where you can enjoy peaceful dip in the sea and amazing cream teas.
The property is also well setup for those on a working holiday or business trip. It features high speed internet. The kitchen table also makes a bright and airy spot to work.
Given the remote nature of Cornwall, a car is recommended for getting the most out of your stay here. That said, the property is located within walking distance of Penzance which has very good transport links. Trains run from London Paddington on a regular basis throughout the year. And there is lots to do within walking distance from the property.

This place was fab with stunning view access to lots of places. We had a wheelchair for our son so the 2 steps then a hill then 2 steps to the property were a challenge but worth it. The wheelchair accessible van fitted outside the enblock garage with just enough room to not over step someone drive The wheelchair fitted great in the porch which is enclosed All the bedrooms were of a good size the frontroom kitchen dinning area is open floor planed and lovely. I was miffed at no washing machine then my husband found the keys to the basement which the door for is out in back garden and tucked away which has washing machine tumble dryer in so was happy.
This is a stunning property and if we didn't have the wheelchair would certainly stay again. Thx u Richard

The Sunseeker was all that was expected and so much more. Perfect location for exploring Penzance to St.Ives, and specifically getting acquainted with the charming Newlyn village and people. Wonderful home with all the amenities we could have asked for. Spectacular views, it was hard to leave the house for all the beauty we could see from the outside terrace. Would love to return one day.

We had an incredible stay at Sunseeker! Mornings were spent enjoying the incredible view with our coffees. Wow, this home has views! The home was clean, bright, spacious and ideally located. We couldn’t have asked for a better home for the week. Thanks to our wonderful hosts!

The views from the extended living room and terrace are outstanding.
In good or bad weather , the view across Mount's Bay changes continually and is better than watching the TV. The house is set high above Newlyn which means that a walk down to the town and back again would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems. A lack of parking in the town also means that driving there can be difficult too. Penzance with all of its amenities is very close by.
The house is a bungalow that has been extended very professionally and is furnished with style. It is well equipped, although the frying pans were in very poor condition.
Overall, we had a great time in a comfortable house and will remember the views for many years.

Lovely property and Richard was very helpful. Very steep pathway to village/sea, and in a residential area. Only one parking space but the property itself was very nice. Everything there that you could possibly need and good location for exploring.

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday staying at Sunseeker.
The bungalow is ideally located and easily accessible to beaches, shops, restaurants as well as a wide choice of takeaways. The view from the patio is amazing….. St Micheal’s Mount one direction and Newlyn Harbour the other!!
It was spotlessly clean and there was even a bottle of wine and cream tea when we arrived!!
During our stay we had fun on the beach, went in the Sea Lido, visited St Micheal’s Mount, caught the open top bus to Lands End as well as saw a brilliant show at the Minack Theatre…..it was amazing!
We definitely recommend staying here!

This is a stunning property with panoramic views of Newlyn harbour, Penzance, St. Michael’s Mount and all around the bay to the Lizard. It was spotlessly clean upon arrival and is well equipped with quality furnishings with everything there that you could possibly need. It’s a great base from which to explore the whole of southern Cornwall, thank you Richard and Joanne for a fab holiday!

Excellent location with views over Penzance, St Michael's Mount and Newlyn harbour. Scenic walk to Mouseholes.
Plenty of room in the property with the largest bed I have ever seen in one bedroom. Gardens all round to catch the sun at all times of the day. Hope to visit again.

Great location. Spacious, comfortable, well-equipped bungalow which was spotlessly clean. Fantastic views. Good WiFi signal. TV in each bedroom and Freeview TV in lounge where you can sign in to your Netflix / Amazon account (handy for those not so sunny evenings!). I can't think of anything else you could want from a holiday property. Would recommend!

The property was truly amazing, very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking at home and the outside areas are great to enjoy the sun. The views from the property are gorgeous, we loved waking up with panoramic sea views. Richard was great, we had a little issue with keys late in the evening and he solved it very promptly.

When we arrived we were greeted by friendly, attentive reception staff wearing masks and following current Covud19 guidelines. Although the bathroom could be updated a little, it was spotless as was the bedroom. The bed was as described and was a true king size and very comfy. The easy access to Gregg's in the morning for coffee and croissants was all we needed to get going. Would stay again.

Everything about this property was fantastic, the views from the living room and main bedroom were wonderful, it was warm, peaceful and comfortable. The standard of cleanliness was outstanding and gave us peace of mind especially at this time. Richard was very helpful and quick to respond and fix the one small problem we had. (Smoke alarm battery) Netflix was a bonus on a rainy day! We hope to return again soon.

We had the most amazing holiday in Newlyn. The location and views from the property were gorgeous. The house is very well equipped, comfortable and homely.
Whilst on holiday we walked along the coastal path to St Michael's Mount, we took the train to St. Ives for a prosecco cream tea at Olive's Cafe, took an open top bus to Porthcurno, taking in the Minack Theatre, before having a boozy lunch at the Logan Rock Pub. Another day we took the ferry across to St Mary's on the Scilly Isles, wrap up warm and take your sickness tablets!! A visit to Lands End was one not to be missed too, stunning views and a gorgeous Cornish pasties. Dinner at The Bridge was not one to be missed, nor was the Chinese take away, China Garden. All in all a perfect week in a perfectly located property.

Excellent quality of fixtures and fittings with high levels of cleanliness . Clearly lots of careful thought and planning has gone in to the layout and design of the property and it is extremely well equipped. There was everything we could wish for and gestures like a bottle of wine and cream tea made our welcome even better. Communication with the owner was easy and arrival went very smoothly. We highly recommend a stay at this property and the area of Newlyn which is a must if you like fresh fish- two minutes to the harbour.

From start to finish, the booking process, pre arrival info, wonderful cream tea, wine, extras and to the accommodation itself, I can only give nothing but praise We had a fabulous 7 night stay. The property was immaculate with additional hygiene supplies and information to satisfy COVID-19 requirements. I would highly recommend this property. The location suited us perfectly and the views across Newlyn Harbour and Penzance right across to St Michael’s Mount were stunning. Thank you to our hosts Richard and Joanne.

My wife and I visited St Just in the autumn, and decided we would like to come back to the area for Christmas with my elderly mother and disabled son. When researching all the available properties Sunseeker stood out because of the 3 large bedrooms, it being a bungalow and the views. Booking was easy and Richard responded very quickly with excellent directions to the property. When we arrived we parked outside of the garage belonging to the property, then found it down the pathway next to the garage which goes past Sunseeker and down into Newlyn. Although the path has a slope my elderly mother managed it with no problems using the handrail running down the right hand side of the path. Sunseeker had been tastefully decorated for Christmas and looked wonderful. The evening views over Newlyn Harbour with the Christmas Lights were superb and during the day you can see right around Mount's Bay to St. Michael's Mount. The property was spotlessly clean and there was a lovely welcome basket which was much appreciated. My wife loved the kitchen with full size fridge / freezer. The washer and tumble drier are in a separate basement room which means you can't hear them running. We were not disappointed by the size of the 3 double bedrooms and all slept well. The Smart TV had a great picture and we had a strong wi-fi signal in all rooms. All of the fixtures and fittings are of a good quality and there is plenty of crockery and cutlery. Overall we cannot fault Sunseeker and look forward to coming back again during the summer.

beautifully maintained bungalow. very modern and clean. stunning views over ocean and Penzance. Only downside was path leading down to the bungalow. It is quite steep and not easy to negotiate for anyone with walking disabilities. Within driving distance of many attractions.

We loved our stay at Sunseeker, definitely the best rental property we have stayed in. Beautiful views from all windows across Penzance Bay to St Michaels Mount.
Lovely sun terraces and all rooms in the bungalow were beautifully furnsihed and well equipped.
Richard, the property host, was super helpful from the time the property was booked. The basket of Cornish goodies and wine on arrival was a very nice thought. We would love to return to this property some time in the future.

Lovely house and great holiday in our favourite part of Cornwall.

Our family has stayed in many vacation rentals over the years but we would now rate this as one of our favourites. The hosts were lovely and welcoming as is the town of Newlyn with easy access to all that Cornwall has to offer. The accomodations more than met our expectations. Sunseeker has already been recommended to family and friends!
