Fantastisk hotellupplevelse i fin miljö.

Bekväma fina rum. Klassisk sydstatsarkitektur när den är som bäst. Otroligt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Tillgång till en County club med pooler.

just okay but really the price is not worth it!

The Room was really large and nice

The breakfast was not really a good mealoption you can choose and also not a nice presenting of the food just eggs in a brown box and hashbrowns. I would expected much more in this price category. Also a negative point was I booked a room with balcony but no room was left.

Great old spot just outside of Charleston, seconds from the beach!

Unfortunately breakfast was not available for our departure time. Late night on the porch with a ceiling fan and a view of the street was lovely. a tad out of the way for our on-the-road travels, but worth the drive our there.

Staff arranged an early check in for us, suite was stylish and comfortable, staff was friendly

Lighting in room was harsh, furniture was a little large for the space which meant we ran into corners a lot

our favorite place to stay when in Charleston

it’s fantastic place to stay at. great location, very clean and comfortable. upscale look and feel but without the price tag.

this our first time we were staying in the room on the third floor. room was large but bathroom was small and room didn’t have the balcony. I wouldn’t stay in this room again.

Loved everything about the Inn and will return!

First time we stayed here and it was lovely. Location was a quaint area in Mt Pleasant. Everything was comfortable, room size, sheets, bed, towels. They offered to deliver breakfast but we declined due to other plans. They had water and orange juice in the refrigerator for us.

Maybe offer a microwave.

Bed & Breakfast Heaven

This is our second stay at the Inn and it was an incredible experience once again. The staff is absolutely fantastic, attentive, and helpful.

We were booked into the wrong room type, but we were accommodated the second night. The only other issue was a strange smell in the first room. I can speculate to what it was, but I don’t know for sure, so I’ll just say it wasn’t a horrible smell but not an overly pleasant one.

It was perfect in every way.

The Inn at I’On was excellent. The staff, Amy and David, were so responsive and went above and beyond in accommodating our stay due to health conditions. They were so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, plus some! The property itself is so quaint, very clean, and well taken care of. The daily free breakfast was amazing. It is also very convenient to restaurants, attractions, and Charleston in general. Definitely a 10 out of 10! Highly recommend this property.

Overall, good stay.

It was very convenient to order breakfast the night before, and pick it up in the morning in a to-go bag. That gave us the option of eating in our room or in the dining area. The manager was friendly and helpful, talking us through late check in, and the housekeeping staff helped us out with water, orange juice, extra towels, etc. Thanks Amy!

The beds needed updating. We felt as if our king was sloping, and the daybed where our son slept was very lumpy.

Phenomenal, charming, and a wonderful experience

The inn was just what I had invisioned for celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary. The ion neighborhood was so quiet and charming! I was in love with our room and the wonderful robes provided, the in room coffee maker (keurig!), and the location of the hotel. Also, the complimentary breakfast was phenomenal and we savored it outside ! What a wonderful and romantic getaway we had! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Perfect Place to Stay in Mt. Pleasant. And Charleston is a bridge away.

I’On is a special community and the Inn mirrors the charm. The breakfast was excellent, high quality. The room was lovely, beautiful bed, great appointments.

We had a great time and are already planning a return trip!

The character and charm of the room was great. The staff made us feel welcome. The breakfast was really good and filling. The amenities were really nice as well. Loved the area!

There was nothing we didn't like except maybe the pillows.
