Cozy beautiful 5 star cabin just 10 minutes to Keuka Lake located in the heart of the Finger Lakes near many wineries, distilleries hiking trails , antiquing, , and many scenic fall attractions. Much to do in the Finger lake region, just 45 minutes to Corning glass museum .Dogs are welcome. We are located just 10 minutes from Keuka State Park in Branchport .N.Y Nestled. on 5 acres, with it's own stocked 1/4 acre fishing pond.! The cabin has a wonderful deck with table for outside dining, and a propane gas grill. This is a beautiful region to enjoy nature and the great outdoors. The cabin has a fully stocked kitchen with hickory cupboards , quaint refurbished bathroom, new living room furniture including couch & 2 reclining chairs for your relaxation , large oak kitchen table, the master has a queen bed and there is a queen bed and 2 twin metal heavy duty cots upstairs in the loft area (Please note the price listed is for 2 people, review your itemized listing for additional guest fee). This cabin has a beautiful attached screened- in porch with additional sleeping space & dining space, couch, Adirondack rocking chair', large deck, propane gas barbecue grill, fire pit, mowed paths behind cabin to walk. A children's play house is also located on the property. The cabin is on a five acre lo that is t beautifully maintained surrounded by nature with stocked pond for catch and release fishing ( Many fish!.). Located in the heart of the Finger Lakes wine country this property is private yet 10 minutes from Keuka Lake and the town of Naples, and 20 minutes to the quaint town of Hammondsport and 20 minutes to Penn Yan. This is a perfect location for wine tours, summer blueberry picking at the Sugar Shack in Penn Yan, Public swimming at Keuka state park, winter skiing at Bristol Mountain, 18 miles to CMAC, close to Folk Art Guild in Middlesex, and many other attractions such as Roseland Water Park (20 minutes), Keuka Lake Wine Trail (10 minutes), many local breweries, hiking trails, antique shops, pottery shops, aircraft museum and much much more. The cabin has a attached screened in porch area. with full utilities, air conditioning unit downstairs and one upstairs in the loft, also has a heat furnace it has a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, propane gas grill and fire pit. Very sweet and fun acres. Kids liked fishing. Close to a lake with a great boat rental we used. The cabin was roomy and had fun games for kids. I might have missed this but on the way there we were reminded by the host to bring our own towels and sheets so we had to purchase some from Walmart. This might have been in the description but I didn’t remember seeing it so just note this. No laundry so just make sure to plan accordingly and bring your own water bottles if you are particular. Great hiking trails to walk and AC worked well.

Our family had a great weekend stay in the Grey’s Cedar Cabin. We enjoyed paddle boarding on Lake Keuka, hiking the Gorge Trail at Watkins Glen, & jet skiing via Keuka Watersports. Each evening we came back to the cabin to grill our dinner out on the deck. Firepit & s’mores to cap off the nights. Kathy & Ted were excellent hosts!

What a relaxing, quiet, cozy cabin to stay in! Grounds are beautifully maintained, and the cabin is tidy, efficient , and so comfortably appointed. The owners are easy to contact, so friendly, and very helpful, and let us a bottle of scrumptious dry red wine from Hunt Country Vineyards. Our two dogs loved it too!

We had a very relaxing weekend here in a cabin that was homey and well furnished, a very useful kitchen, and absolutely peaceful and quiet. We were here for a long weekend to visit area wineries and the location was very extremely convenient. I would consider staying here again when I next visit the finger lakes region.

We mostly stuck to the wineries and ate at a few local places. The cabin was cozy and we enjoyed our getaway. Would definitely stay again just to be able to check out more places when we have more free time.

We loved our time at the cabin! The space was perfect for our family of 4 plus our two dogs. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out and the dogs loved having room to run too! We unexpectedly had an extra guest and Kathy easily accommodated the change in our plans, which we greatly appreciated! We explored both the Keuka and Seneca Lake areas due to the convenient location of the cabin. I expect will be back again soon!

Easy check in, nice location, nice cabin. Has everything you need for a short or long stay. On hot days, the two window ac's have trouble keeping up. The ponds are small but would be fun for little ones to fish in.

A nice little cabin with wonderful view of the foliage. The private pond was fun, and the surrounding area is beautiful. Only tip for future guests: The well water does have a mineral taste (the host warned us of this ahead of time). It's potable, and fine for cooking and washing, but you might want to bring bottled water for drinking.

Remote and difficult to find at first, but cabin very attractive and well furnished. Our visiting friend loved the property as did our dog. No WiFi and spotty at&t cellular phone service. Surprisingly good tv reception with antenna.
One week gave us ample time to see the west/central finger lakes region. Will stay there again.

Family getaway
Spent the week with our family, perfect place to get away. Cabin well appointed lots of space to enjoy both inside the cabin and out. Beautiful setting, with a pond and hiking trails. Host Cathy and Ted were wonderful and responsive to any questions we had. This is our second time visiting and plan on going back again next year.

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. So much to enjoy both on the property and in the area. Our dog had fun as well exploring the mowed trails around the cabin. July 4th stay
We came to attend a memorial service for my wife's mother in Penn Yan. We chose the place because it appeared to be in the woods away from the normal hubbub of being near the lake and all of the noise that that would produce, particularly on the fourth of July. It was all of that quiet, peaceful and when the weather cleared quite beautiful. We also discovered a State Forest 5 minutes away where we were able to hike.

We enjoyed our time at the cabin. It was a quiet and restful place to relax and unwind. We enjoyed every meal outside on the deck. We made the short drive to beautiful Keuka State Park. The owners responded in a timely manner and we had a short visit with them. The cabin had many amenities and everything we needed. We would love to come again.

Relaxing Anniversary Getaway
This property is such a quaint cabin and very clean. Kathy and Ted were so nice and checked in to make sure everything was ok. They gave us many suggestions of things to do in the area. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck with our morning coffee and in the evening with our glass of wine from the nearby wineries. We would love to return and maybe bring the family.

We had a great weekend away at our cabin here. There's lots of space and it's so cozy and warm. The cabins are pretty remote, so it's very quiet, but within convenient driving distance of restaurants, hiking, and lots of wineries. It was a great way to get away safely during the pandemic as there's lots of outdoor activities and we checked in/out without ever interacting with anyone in person. Ted and Kathy were a quick text/phone call away and were very friendly and helpful. They even left us a bottle of local wine!The only things I'd note for potential renters (not as complaints, just FYI!) are that there's no wifi and we had spotty cell service, so don't count on having GPS etc all the time. Also, the water is a bit sulfur-y, which isn't a big deal but it's not the best tasting so you may want to bring some bottled if that matters to you. Overall fantastic experience and would definitely recommend! Thank you Ted and Kathy!
