Stay in a perfect place built in 2008, offering endless fun for everyone. This 5-acre property features a huge private deck with a gas grill and ample seating for entertaining. There's an outdoor fire pit, ideal for roasting marshmallows, an office center with wireless internet, and two large living rooms with flat-screen TVs. The dining room is designed for entertaining, and the fully-equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze.

Located just 7 miles from Lake Geneva and 1 mile from lake access in Williams Bay, this vacation home is also conveniently 45 miles from Milwaukee and just an hour and a half from Chicago, IL. Additional amenities include a cozy fireplace and access to a variety of vacation activities in the Lake Geneva area, such as excellent restaurants, golf courses, spas, and shops. It's a perfect spot for kids with a beautiful tree house, swing set, and spacious play areas.

House was good for large family. Kitchen was well stocked and water was hot. Some beds were comfortable. The house was in a private neighborhood. Area above the front door needs a good cleaning. Hosts were responsive to our message when we had an issue. Whole house could use a decor update.

Great location to have a fun gathering. Neighbors aren’t close on this large property so we weren’t worried about disturbing them when playing games and sitting around the fire pit at night. Such a fun trip! Thank you!

We were in town for a family wedding and this property was perfect for our large group. We had plenty of room for getting ready and for hanging out the day after. It was just minutes from Geneva National and the other locations we needed.

We loved it! The space was ideal. Loved to cook together, sit with extra friends at the dining room table. The deck was lovely with the beautiful flowers. We liked that it was a distance from Lake Geneva, very quiet. Want to come back in a year or so.

There was plenty to like about this property. The location is private but not too far from conveniences. The home is very spacious and the quantity and layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms was great for our multi-family stay. The home was also very clean with one major flaw other reviews have already pointed out. The water stinks! If the bathrooms are used or dishes are rinsed, the house smells like sewage. The water problem is also apparent in the dishwasher which is coated in rust colored buildup which makes the dishes not seem too clean. I would absolutely not bathe here. Besides the smell, the house was very comfortable with plenty of seating and everyone was pleased with their beds. The kitchen could be better stocked, but had enough of the basics to get by.

The property and rooming experience was great! The house and property were spacious. Beds are comfortable and accommodating. Great for cookouts, hangouts, and entertainment.

The furniture need to be updated. All of the faucets had calcium build up (need CLR). Shower floor rugs were filty. Update comforters and linens. Pool table covers were horrible. Pictures of the house did not match our stay. Christmas tree was very inviting. Also was not able to dispose garbage into the containers because they was already full.

The house itself is great, location is great. Many items broken or in disrepair. The water is very bad. One of the showers was broken, hot tub broken, garbage overflowing. The size of the house was perfect just so many disappointing items but the price was reasonable for a family watching dollars

This is a huge gorgeous house that is perfect for a large family gathering. The three couches and chair that provided seating for everyone opening Christmas gifts were much appreciated. The owner provided a gorgeous Christmas tree. The paintings and curtains need updating and did the house a disservice. The house has well water that I think caused a yellowish tinge to the water and a water filtration system is needed. The price was low relative to the size so I suppose that reflects these issues. Property manager was very nice.

Communication with the owner was excellent, responded within a reasonable amount of time. Owner allowed this user to rebook this property a year in advance since a family gathering got postponed due Covid. Check in process was easy but the garage keypad didn’t work after initially getting into the house for the weekend but had access to keys to the front door. Plenty of room, property should be listed as 5 bedrooms and not 4. Didn’t spend much time at the house since we had family events all weekend so the minor home improvements that could be done were addressed by this user to the owner and didn’t bother my family. Would definitely stay here again, great location in close proximity to the various lake towns.

There was a lot of things not great. The master bed was awful. Over used mattress with body sunken spots. Many light bulbs out. Several things broken like molding, old chairs just covered over used couch. Not enough fresh water. The curtains were sheer so let in all morning light. Several beds over used. No extra blankets. I felt like the family moved out for the weekend to let us stay there rather than it actually being a rental property. The house size was great. I did love the upstairs connected bed rooms. And the pool table & air hockey got plenty of usage. We have stayed at several VRBOs so expect way more than this mediocre rental.

We were a group of all women, so plenty of bathrooms were a must. Since we had some people who could not handle stairs well, this property worked out perfectly for us with bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor as well as the 2nd. Plenty of room for our group of 10 to all gather around the dining room table, living room or outside deck. The owner was responsive to our needs and accommodating with our check in request. We would stay here again.

Big house needs attention

I was really excited about this home, but very disappointed upon arrival. The garage lock was busted so we had to walk on the ice covered sidewalk to get to the front door. My sister ended up shoveling the walkway. Ridiculous. The house is very big with all hardwood floors and no rugs. The decorator should be fired. As should the cleaning people. The water smelled terribly so we literally used baby wipes to wash up. The scarce amount of paper products were of very low quality. No directions or instructions on garbage or recycling. Appliances need fixing or better yet, replacing. This would be great for guys that don’t care about detail, but not for women. Like I said, disappointing. Pros: lots of rooms/beds, huge backyard, not far from Lake Geneva, quiet, cheap. Cons: coffee pots barely worked, stove was filthy on the outside, sink needed scrubbing, water smelled, no rugs so sound echoed, water pressure horrible, shower heads need replacing, frozen unbagged fish stuck to back of freezer, gross. Dirty house.
