About this house rental
Fully furnished three bedroom. lst bedroom has queen size bed. 2nd bedroom has two twin beds, 3rd bedroom has bunk beds, one full on bottom and twin on top. Two bathrooms. Non-smoking inside house. No pets inside. Lake access at end of street. Could launch small boat etc. Close to shopping, restaurants, golfing and entertainment. Boat launches and beach short driving distance away. Trails for riding four wheelers and snowmobiles within blocks from my house. Very easy to get to. Quiet neighborhood. Coffee and fixing provided as well as breakfast food. Paper products provided. Sheets, towels, extra blankets for your use. Fully furnished kitchen, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, coffee pot, can opener, toaster, mixer, crock pot. Firewood provided for outside fire pit. Plenty of outdoor sitting around outdoor table as well as around fire pit. House is much larger than appears from outside pictures. Come have a great time at my home.

This is a very nice well kept property, lots of room for a group of people. The house is very nice and clean. The host event has it stocked with everything but what you would need to eat. The host even had made a cake for us as a welcome to the property. Our stay was in the winter as a ice fishing trip but mother nature wasn't much help in the area this year, but there is lots to do in the area. Everyone in the group was impressed with the property and we have even started talking about the fact that we might like to come back next year. Thanks for everything and the cake was an awesome touch. Thank you

This is a perfect cottage for a perfect getaway. It’s close to restaurants, shops and bars. Definitely would stay there here again!!

This property is an up north cabin. Great for family’s visiting the lake and participating in outdoor activities.

We left 2 days early. The place was okay, just too much clutter for me. It looks like there has been many updates, which is good, but looks like a sloppy clean up from construction. A little more effort would good a long way.

Yard was a mess. Trash cans, yard tools, junk were a mess. Didn’t look as good the as the pictures. Needed general clean up.
Water was unbearable to smell, drink or bathe with.
Throw rugs of multi hight presented dangerous condition.
Toothpaste on mirror in bathroom.
Furniture was comfortable.
Stocked well in kitchen.

Great cottage just a few blocks from the lake! The owner made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

The host was very responsive on all my questions. She made me a cake and left it in the refrigerator for me, very nice extra touch. Place would be perfect for a family with children.

This was a fantastic house and we had a wonderful stay for our ice fishing trip. House was in a great location, had everything someone could need plus more. The home made banana cake was delicious too! Wouldn’t hesitate for a second to stay here again

One thing we all would suggest is to invest in bettet & more bed pillows. Beds were very comfy. The fridge was kind of dirty inside & not all of the tables were dusted. We didn't get ti the house until late. Would of been mice if the pourch light was on.

Spent two nights and was very comfortable with the house. Nice one floor layout and spacious throughout. Kitchen was amazing. Everything you need is in the house. No kids this trip, but this would be a very kid-friendly place. Directions to location were perfect.

Gwenda’s place is located in a quiet neighborhood with mature trees. Kitchen is well-equipped. A pan of of homemade brownies awaited us at check-in. Our gracious hostess provided wood for the backyard fire pit and charcoal and starter fluid for the grill. Short drive to Sullivan Beach and Dairy Queen.

The house and location were great!! The only thing is the listing should say boat launch at end of street. You still had to get in the car to get to the beach. Otherwise great time.

Family reunion
My brother walks with a walker. I had to remove of the rugs in the house due to trip hazard. There is a lot of furniture in the house. Kitchen area had everything that you would need. Beds were comfortable. Two bathrooms ! Nice place to stay at for the money!
