The photos on the website dont do this apartment justice. It is spacious, well decorated and has all the facilities required. The view from the balcony is to die for. In the heart of Oasis Del Sur there are many bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. You will not be disappointed.

Clean, well appointed apartment with cracking views and a good pool, all you need is roundabout with shops and restaurants to choose from. Good comes with John for arriving and entry, all in all a great trip!

As there is no reception, we had to wait to be let in through the gate by another owner as there was no one there to meet us. The apartment is clean & tidy but i was in the small bedroom & the only plug was under the bed. Lighting in the kitchen is not brilliant. No cleaning service whilst we were there (12 nights) but there was a washing machine if you were prepared to wash the sheets, towels etc on your holiday. lovely quite area. Up quite a steep hill but the taxi's are cheap enough. Overall a good holiday

Perfectly located for the sun from 1st thing until sundown. Our initial excitement was soon dashed when we discovered the apt' had not been cleaned with only the beds made up and towels laid out. No welcome pack was left, the microwave was food splattered, pots were unwashed, the bathroom was heavily calcified and needed a new shower head and everything was generally unclean. An audit of the kitchen utensils would benefit as currently there is a miss mash to items there. We contacted the agent and they came and cleaned up a bit and left us to finish the rest. I contacted the owner who contacted me by 'phone to apologise and explain that due to the pandemic he had been unable to visit the property and had to rely on his agents to maintain the property in his absence. He says he will be visiting in Mar 22 to rectify the apt' shortcomings and in which case the property will be an excellent base for a holiday in the Los Cristianos area.

The apartment was a bad experience

The apartment was a bad experience

. The property complex was under renovation, noise and dust from the railing of the handrails every day, no balcony for 4 days when it was our turn. The owner could well have told us this so we could have chosen another apartment, he has shown it for about 1 year, we have been told by another owner. When we arrived, there was no internet, we later got it, after contacting the owner, he also knew that, since everyone in the complex should have a new Internet provider. Shower hose leaking. Very worn bedding with holes. The landlord does not always respond when contacted. He promised us 200 pounds back when we complained to him, but we haven't heard from him since and no money received. This is not a quiet complex, there are children nearby who cry several hours every day.

Great apartment in a great location that is nice and quiet and with a great pool area, plenty of shops and bars nearby as well and a within walking distance of Los Cristianos harbour and beach area. Apartment was like a home from home with everything you need and with fans for the rooms to keep cool in the night, the complex is very quiet in the night so we were able to have a great nights sleep each night. The pool area is kept clean and tidy with the only small downside is the extra charge for sun beds but this only worked out to 10 euros per day for four of us so not extorinate at all. Overall we had a great time and loved the apartment and the area and will definitely be coming back in the future.

We enjoyed a great family holiday in a very clean well equipped apartment. The complex is quiet, very relaxing and a short walk to restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The owner was very accommodating and easy to contact and communicate with. We have no hesitation in recommending the resort and this apartment.

Apartment is not cleaned to a very good standard. it’s very very worn out in desperate need of up dating. Complex is very clean. The pool is lovely but a bit cold but clean.Pool bar is very good food and drinks is at a good prices staff are very polite with a smile. There are good bars and restaurants within a 5 minutes walk THIS IS NOT A LUXURY APARTMENT as advertised on your site I never put reviews on normally but I was not happy for what I got for the amount I payed for this apartment

We had a fantastic 10 days in John's apartment. We've stayed in the same complex twice before but this apartment is our favourite. Clean, well mantained, comfy beds, powerful shower and balcony well located for securing the winter sun. Swimming pool heating is one of the best we have experienced. I have no doubt we will be back.

Nice and spacious apartment in a well maintained and very safe complex. Well equipped with all things you may need! Unfortunately we had cold and rainy weather, and the apartment was very cold during the nights and mornings so we missed some quilts. The balcony is very big and has a great view :-)

Vi hadde tre fine uker i leiligheten. Verandaen var stor og fin, god plass til både å spise og slappe av i solen. Godt utstyrt kjøkken og gode senger! Sentralt med både buss og taxi rett i nærheten. Kort vei til restauranter og butikker. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake i 2018!

The Appartment and complex is of a high standard and very safe for the kids who enjoyed the fast wifi and pools throughout our stay. The location is great with a supermarket across the road and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The beach and Siam Park is a short taxi ride away and well worth a visit. John was helpful throughout and we look forward to visiting again next year. Highly recommend.

Jon's apartment was clean and tidy. It was very much home from home. It had everything you needed for a stay here. The pool is great and we (2A2C) had hours of fun it in. The complex is very clean. It is a 15 minute stroll down the hill to Los Cristianos. Jon was very quick to answer any queries we had. We would recommend a stay here.

Lovely clean apartment in great complex. Well equipped with everything that you need for holiday. This was our third year in this complex and the icing on the cake was the WIFI in the apartment so could hardly get kids outside and down to the recently refurbished pool. Would definitely stay again and thoroughly recommend the apartment. Communication with owner was easy and everything ran smoothly.

We (2 adults, 2 kids) were totally satisifed with our week in John's apartment. It had all we required plus more (dvds etc), It was neat and tidy, comfortable and well-located. It really added to our holiday experience. The balcony was huge and offered the best views in the complex (with direct sunlight). John, the owner, was very proactive with easy directions and access instructions. The complex itself was quiet, well-maintained, close to restaurants, shops and the sea (a pleasant 20 minute downhill stroll). There is a bus stop to Siam Park 5 minutes from the apartment. The complex pool was large and warm and the on-site bar/restaurant was friendly and good value. We would recommend this apartment and it would be our first choice if we return to Tenerife. Thanks again John.

This apartment was absolutely spot on. It had everything you needed for a self catering holiday. The location for us was perfect lots of bars near by. The local bars and restaurants were very reasonable with good food. We had a great holiday. The only down side was having to pay for the sun loungers round the pool. oh Linda the president doesn't like music so be aware if you can't play music on the balcony even at 8pm while you are getting ready for a night out. Make friends with the pool side bar owners and they will let you store your luggage in there back room if your flights are late in the day like ours where

We had an excellent holiday. The appartment was perfect for our family. It is situated in a great location near supermarkets and plenty bars and restaurants . The view from the balcony is wonderful ... The pool area was washed clean every single morning and all the staff at the Goodfellas pool bar and the man hiring out the sunbeds were very pleasant . My 15 year old would have been even more delighted if wi-fi was available however When I return to Los Christianos I will be disappointed if I can't stay in this appartment . Thank you and Valerie for the lovely welcome you gave us
