Location, the view, atmosphere, comfort, design and decoration. The owners are competent, helpful. Generous breakfast.
The last 50m to/from the hotel are rather steep for elderly people, especially when partly frozen. (But owners are very helpful)

La ubicación para llegar y el trato del personal fue pésimo

It exceeded my expectations - accommodation, staff, food, culture and of course the mountains.

outstanding hotel, very beautiful and cosy, amazing view, located sunny part of Saas Fee, with also an excellent restaurant, and friendly hosts!
worth noting that the ski lifts are 10/15 min walk and the hotel does not provide shuttle service to the telecabin. you have to try and catch a bus or little train but sometimes not worth the wait.
4.7
The lodge is exceptionally well decorated and cosy, it makes you feel at home and every item of furniture matches the overall ambiance.
The room we selected (suite with spa), had a superb view on the village and the mountain. Definitely recommend it.
The hotel is family owned, and they are super friendly and helpful.
Honestly, nothing, the stay was perfect and matching our expectations.
4.7
Very extensive breakfast options, dinner was also superb.
Rooms were practical and silent, shower modern.
Stowage room for ski equipment before the stairs towards the lodge.
Pick-up service from the parking garage.
The distance from/to the start of the slopes was still a good 20-minute walk with equipment.
4.7
beautiful property, great views from our terrace, comfortable room and great breakfast
no issues at all, though the steep climb up might not suit everyone

Fabulous location, spotlessly clean, amazingly friendly hosts; breakfast was outstanding and the new restaurant could not have been better. Would recommend in a heartbeat!
Absolutely nothing not to like!

Sue is a very nice and kind owner!

The breakfast spread was amazing - huge selection including eggs any style to order. Staff was super nice and informative. Room was very comfortable, free upgrade as it was off season. Really liked everyone who was part of the establishment.

Exceptional experience. I felt so welcome from the moment I arrived. The tiniest details had been considered from bath pillows to complimentary yoga mats and umbrellas in the room. Breakfast was my favorite part of the day! Sitting in the sun with mountain views and a great variety of foods. I will come back to Saas-Fee just to stay here again.

Perfect place, beautiful hotel, location and view. Breakfast was wonderful.
Thanks to Sue and her stepmother we had a wonderful stay and felt just like at home. We highly recommend this boutique hotel.

Exceptional service, amazing breakfast, very friendly staff, extremely clean, spacious rooms, very modern, great amenities.

Great breakfast buffet
Clean room, a bit too warm though
Friendly staff
Location is misleading, it is not 50m from skilift, its a 20min journey from lift
Jacuzzi is only available in certain rooms, this is misleading
Shuttle service is only free during certain hours, not off hours

Our stay at the Boutique Lodge Spycher was incredible. The whole place is so well decorated, our room décor was truly beautiful with really comfortable bed and we had a loft with a Jacuzzi overlooking the mountains, which after a day of ski, honestly, I can't describe how incredible it was.
The breakfast was really nice with delicious, local products and the breakfast room had a fire place which created a cosy atmosphere.
Sue and her husband were always nice and helpful and you could see in every detail how much love and effort they put into this place.
Frankly I don't write a lot of reviews, but this was really special. Thank you for the unforgettable weekend!

Great hotel near the Hannig cable station.
Sue and Iwan were very very nice and extremely helpful, even for a very late check-in due to traffic on our way there.
The room was very nice, clean and comfortable and the view from the lounge was fantastic.
4.7
fantastic breakfast with amazing choice of both local and home made delicacies
owners super welcoming and helpful
very tasteful deco
the only question is the access when its either icy or snowy as the hotel is at the top of a sinewy lane

We loved our stay at the boutique hotel spycher! Quiet, luxurious, unbelievable location for hiking around the beautiful mountains and up to Hannigg. This hotel requires enough fitness to walk some pretty steep sidewalks but if you are ready you will be rewarded with a wonderful stay in the village of Saas Fee. Again, this is not the place to take great grandmother and great grandfather or others unless they are still fit but for everyone else it’s “a can’t miss” in this part of the world. The room was fantastic. Well appointed, CLEAN, very comfortable bed, lovely shower and the daily breakfast was something we looked forward to each morning. Homemade(!) muesli, jam and bread. Eggs made to order, local cheeses, yoghurts, juices and numerous fresh fruits and berries to choose from. We went in early June and it was perfect for breakfast out on the terrace, overlooking the alps and the glacier. We will definitely be back here for another stay!

The place just has an incredible atmosphere
Nothing really
