Inside, the tastefully decorated and stylish interior includes a modern living room with a cozy TV area, a fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing summer dishes, and a dining area that connects to both the elegant living room and the outdoor terrace. Bathroom with a shower is included.
On the first floor, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath. The first bedroom boasts sea views and direct access to the terrace, while the other bedrooms offer tranquil views of the lush trees of Kamenjak Natural Park.
The highlight of the property is the beautiful green garden at the back, complete with a dining and grill area, where you can breathe in the fresh air from Kamenjak, just 50 meters away.

One pet welcome (maximum)- additional charge - 12,00 Eur / day
Upon request, a Stand-Up Paddle (SUP) board is available for an additional fee, accommodating up to two persons (210 kg maximum), payable upon arrival.

The deposit is payable upon arrival and fully refunded at departure, provided everything is in good condition.
Cleaning Fee: Included if the house is left in good condition. An additional fee of €60 may apply for extra cleaning if needed.
